• Raja (9/5): Superb - The location and the hotel halls &rooms although were with simple decorations but definitely homy and wrapped up with elegant style, modest and quiet even though at groubd floor because abit far from road traffic. Lots of favorite snacks and drinks on sale in the hotel, aircon is very good cooling and adjustable automatic system. Theres an electric kettle and 2coffee sachets and cups available, and also hair dryer. And hot water shower and bidet and good functiong flush, Yes :) Checkout until 2pm, Great :) Staff are friendly and helpful :) Location very near to Larkin Sentral &Bus Terminal :) The tv screen or channels in our room were not finely tune so that be able to see the display clearly. &Then, did see about 2 or 3 units available after housekeeping make bed done, have abit of elevated higher floor design toilet cubicle inside room, which is if whenever want to go to toilet have 1step ahead upon entering the toilet, but only 2 or 3 units of room with attached toilet like that, while the rest are with toilet design that are normal without step inside the toilet. Our Room Toilet, , Thank Goodness Hv Normal Floor/Non-High Flooring Toilet Design Cubicle:), But Not To Woery, Can Always Ask For Other Room If Got A Room.With Attached Higher Floor Level Toilet Design. When we see in past reviews from other guests, they say no internet, but actually theres is good wifi internet, what the guests need to do is just ask the front desk the current password because on the room number keychain card have wifi info but is invalid.

• Priyangka (1/5): 😑 - Nothing Very poor cleanliness. Toilet heater did not worked, the pipe of shower suddenly broke and created too much mess and uncomfortable situations. Room was not as per advertised. Staff was rude and cut the call as were talking when we conveyed this situation to her. Didn't provided us a new room also, said that maintenance will come at 10am when this issue happened at 8am and until then we were asked to use cold water to shower. Plug in point was damaged also and there were dangerous possibilities of passing current. Yes, we knew this was a budget hotel, but what is the use of budget term in service and basic amenities in hotel. Budget hotel but paid Rm190 for bad service and poor amenities. I recommend anyone want to stay here think more than twice, don't waste your time and money here.

• Othman (2/5): Very poor - Firstly, I would like to commend you on the complimentary Nasi Lemak offered to guests. It was a delightful surprise, although I was not aware of it initially as it was not clearly mentioned at check-in. It would be beneficial to inform guests about such amenities to enhance their stay. Additionally, while I was able to accept the small shared bathroom, I was disappointed to find that no shower gel or shampoo was provided. These are basic necessities that would greatly improve the comfort of the guests. Due to a tiring trip on the day of my arrival, I did not initially check the condition of the bed cover. However, I noticed in the morning that the bed cover was dirty, with visible blood stains and long hairs. This was quite unsettling and did not reflect the level of cleanliness I expected. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that no internal-use slippers were provided. Given that the bathroom facilities are shared, it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot to the shower and toilet.

The staff told me that the picture is wrong. Conditions in the bathroom were bad too. No hooks and weird bidet that laying on the floor all the time

Furniture is very old wooden things and towel is pathetic. It’s dirty as well, I won’t recommend this to anyone
