Тихий и уютный район, по близости есть обменник и супермаркет, а так же заведение где можно поесть. Номер чистый, отдельная благодарность хозяйке за апгрейд номера.

Рядом с хостелом находится большой фуд-корт с недорогой и вкусной едой. А с другой стороны находится круглосуточный магазин. Все слышно, что делают на коридоре.

- Felina (10/5): - We loved our stay here! We even extended. It's quiet and easily reached by bus. Supermarkets and bakery are close by. Washing was for free! Since we travelled off season, we were upgraded to a better room for the same price. The kitchen is well equipped. It is warm. Staff was lovely.

- Elena (9/5): - Нужно было разместиться на ночь перед отъездом в Грузию. Номер вполне комфортный, в нашем номере был кондиционер и отдельный санузел. Единственное пожелание: не помешал бы резиновый коврик в ванной так как душ и остальная часть ванной никак не отделены друг от друга. То есть после душа пол весь мокрый и скользкий. В общем коридоре есть небольшой кухонный уголок, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, утюг с гладильной доской, фен. На первом этаже также кухня с газовой плитой. В целом нас все устроило, тем более цена не высокая. Хозяивам процветания!

- Anastasiia (8/5): Рекомендую! - Впервые в Армении, отдыхала с дочкой. Расположение очень хорошее - от центра действительно недалеко. Можно пешком пройти, можно подъехать на транспорте. По дороге в город прекрасный вид на Арарат! Рядом автовокзал, пекарня, магазинчики. Отличный супермаркет возле остановки общественного транспорта - покупали кулинарию, хлеб. Все отлично! Номер очень хороший, кухня тоже. Бытовые условия полностью соответствуют заявленным. Уютная беседка во дворе. Люба - приветливая радушная хозяйка! Спасибо за гостеприимство! Все хорошо!

- CHRYSOULA (8/5): - The location is just a few minutes walk from Ararat Brandy Museum. You can also reach the city center on foot if you are a keen walker. Wifi was working. There is a big parking area and there are supermarkets and bakeries around. Usually, they keep the light in the entrance/common corridor of the rooms lit during the night. I understand the security aspect, but the light comes into the rooms through the glass of the door and can be disturbing. The last day there were some noisy guests in one of the rooms.
- Olga (10/5): - Отличный номер "люкс" (заселили по приезду раньше по времени) с удобным местоположением! Всё в шаговой доступности: магазин 24/7, кафе "FoodPark by Downtown", автовокзал. До центра города можно на городском транспорте или пешком. Очень приветливая хозяйка, встретила, все рассказала. В номере все есть для комфортного проживания (холодильник, чайник, телевизор, фен, посуда для чая, полотенца, шампунь и гель для душа). Очень удобные кровати, везде чистота и порядок.Было чувство, как-будто мы остановились в отеле, где всё предусмотрено. Обязательно вернёмся ещё, большое спасибо!))) Мы останавливались на одну ночь, поэтому нас все устроило, но если дольше отдыхать, наверное, нам бы не хватило шкафа, куда можно было бы сложить вещи (может быть в других номерах есть шкафы)

The place was spotless — very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. I truly enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I definitely recommend this guest house to anyone visiting the area. I would happily stay here again!

The internet was fast. The host is perfect, very friendly and helpful. Good price. There are thin walls, so if other guests are noisy during the night, it is difficult to sleep.

You can do your laundry and cook and there is a place to sit outdoors. Beds are basic, a mattress topper will help.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood! - It is in a nice quiet area, close to public transport, a great 24 hour grocery store, and there are plenty of taxis around when you need one. The land lady is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for good value in Yerevan. As a general note about traveling in Armenia, it is well if you can speak Russian, as nearly everyone I interacted with spoke it.

The property was easy to find and well signposted. Big space for parking was a bonus for us! There is a washing machine and we were allowed to store our bags there after check out before getting the bus back to Tbilisi.

Good water pressure and temperature in shower. Washing machine available to use for no additional charge. Microwave in kitchen. The hall was a little noisy with the sound of doors opening and closing. There was only one bathroom shared by a number of rooms, although this was not a big inconvenience.

We arrived late at night, woke the lady host up, and she already had everything ready for us, the room, keys, wifi password. Hotel is very close to everything, short cab drive away from the city center. The room was clean, we had our own bathroom and shower, high ceiling, two separate beds, a table to eat, a window on the sunny side, it was absolutely beautiful. Our room was on the second floor, and we had a view from the window of the Cross, and at night the Cross would be illuminated bright white. Glory to God ✝️☦️❤️ it was beautiful. Beautiful people, great kind host, very very decent prices here, (she didn't even take money from us until the very end, because we didn't have Armenian money yet, only dollars, host said no problem, take your time). Amazing experience, great place, highly highly recommend. From Brooklyn 🙏🇺🇲❤️ We loved everything!

The main advantage -proximity to the central bus station. booking.com rating of this guest house is much higher than what it deserves, it should be around 6.5 and not 8.5. Very simple rooms, crowds of people, noisy.
- Ian (7/5): A little rough around the edges, but more than adequate for a short stay. - The guest house is conveniently located close to Kilikia bus station (one of the stops for the airport bus) and only 30 minutes' walk from Republic Square and the historic city centre; the room was clean, with a mosquito net at the window and the communal kitchen boasts a fridge, microwave and kettle (there is also a coin-operated machine downstairs dispensing hot drinks at reasonable prices). Although there is only one shared bathroom on the first floor, there was no time when it was occupied when I needed to use it (some rooms on the floor have private bathrooms) and the shower was a good temperature. There are shops, bakeries and other amenities within five minutes' walk. The property is on a (signposted) side alley off the road, but on arrival it was difficult to find someone to check me in; of the two beds in the room, one had a very worn mattress and the other was only slightly more comfortable, but fine for two nights. Although the room was clean, the kitchen wasn't so great and it was difficult to find cups which weren't stained for a cup of coffee. There is a frosted glass panel on the door of the room which lets in a lot of light from the communal hallway at night, making sleep difficult. The room's specification states that the walls are soundproofed, but I could hear almost every noise in the neighbouring rooms, hallway and kitchen - on my second night, several people returned to the property at 1am and were making noise until 3am, which wasn't great when I had to be up at 6am to catch a marshrutka to Tbilisi. Despite all this, I was quite happy here and would stay again, it was good value for money.

- Anonymous (8/5): Comfortable price friendly stay, friendly hosts. - it is well situated, grocery stores nearby, also bus & taxi stop. Walking to the city centre takes about 20 minutes. The beds were new and comfortable, the room and (private) bathroom were very clean. The hosts are concerned for the well being and comfort of the guests and are ready to help. WiFi works fine. For me not an issue, but it helps to speak Russian to avoid misunderstandings. The property is an expanding family run business. You might encounter workers during the day but they don’t enter guest rooms. Outside can be a bit dusty.
