Ibrahima (1/5): Francisco et Carol sont à éviter! - Absolument RIEN. We arrive at the airport at 21h59. We asking for a pickup with them when we arrive. We wait 2houes and we don’t have the driver yet. A pregnant wife wait 2h for a transfer! We call the number of the MANAGER, is very disrespectful, arrogant and not professional. His name is CAROL. After we do our check-in, please see the dirty appartement they gave us … nothing was clean, they came the day after around 2pm. AND OF COURSE they didn’t refund our transfer, first compagny that I saw they told you to come with your lugage to office for Check-out. palhaços
