• Caesar (1/5): - Location was fine. The place did not have even one airconditioner. The bedrooms have no pedestals. We had to put our phones and keys on the floor. The dish cloth in the kitchen was dirty.

We only got access at 4pm, and even then the unit had not been cleaned at all. It was left in a complete mess — an unacceptable way to receive paying guests. The linen was visibly burnt (photos attached). When I contacted the owner, her response was shocking and completely unprofessional. She claimed the previous guests were hungover from drinking and didn’t leave on time, and dismissed the burnt linen by saying it was “from a previous smoking guest and not dirty.” Burnt linen is unhygienic and unacceptable, regardless of the excuse. It got worse: The washing machine was left full of someone else’s filthy, unwashed clothes No mirrors in the rooms No hand towels provided Towels supplied smelled foul 1 out of 2 fans provided worked Plug points in the main bedroom were inaccessible The so-called cleaning service showed up only 1 day out of 4, despite being requested daily. The balcony door was broken off its rails, creating a serious safety hazard for my young children. Despite reporting it immediately, it was only attended to 2 days later, leaving us to sleep with the door open for two nights. This is beyond negligent. When I raised these very real and valid concerns, the owner’s response was: “I can see I’m not going to meet your expectations. Please request a full refund from Booking.com and find alternative accommodation.” This was said to a family 800km away from home, with children, after already enduring multiple failures. No apology. No urgency. No responsibility. This accommodation is poorly managed, unhygienic, unsafe, and the owner shows zero concern for guests. What should have been a relaxing holiday turned into a stressful ordeal. Avoid at all costs. Iv used bookings.com for many years and by far this has been my worst experience, this accomadation should not even be able to advertise on such a reputable platform.

• Prue (10/5): A Beautiful Stay - It was a lovely and cosy apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Next time we will definitely stay longer. The host was very friendly and able to attend to any queries we had very swiftly. The place is conveniently situated close to shops and other amenities. Would have loved an air-conditioned place but we did have fans provided which definitely helped with the heat.

• Alfred (8/5): awesome weekend - The property was just as advertised. The host accused me and my friends of stealing a towel and wanted me to pay for it right there on the spot. The manner in which this issue was addressed did not sit well with me and my friends as we were accused of being thieves. The host could have first asked and triple checked the property for the missing towel instead of accusing us. I honestly hated that part of the trip. She was just rude as we did not take anything from the property
