• YA MEI (10/5): - 這是一整棟民宿寬敞舒適又漂亮，我們停留4個晚上， 房子有3間房間都是king size的雙人床，床墊非常舒服好睡，我們很喜歡廚房和餐廳，所以我們總是停留在哪裡，我們利用廚房的電磁爐和烤箱做我們的餐點。感謝屋主事先給我們非常清楚詳細的入住資訊，而且他總是即時迅速的回覆和處理我們的問題。 主臥室的蓮蓬頭是固定無法調整灑花的方向和高度，對於個子矮小的女生很不方便，出水的灑花太高了。 房間如果能有床頭燈的話會更好，還有我們覺得枕頭實在有點太高了。

• Monica (9/5): Great Fresno location in a quiet neighborhood. - The Cedar Tree was in a great location to explore Fresno and the surrounding areas. We could walk to a few restaurants and the drive to others was not long. The neighborhood was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. Russ was very helpful in his communication! The inside is stark - all white walls, cold lighting, no pictures on the walls. Only very thick pillows on the bed.

• denisesha (10/5): Russ was great. Kept in contact with us if we didn’t anything or if I wasn’t sure about something. He responded quickly. - Russ was very helpful with anything we needed. He brought over extra face towels. The wall heater wasn’t getting hot enough for us. So he brought over 2 more little heaters. It made the night very pleasant for my family. The only thing that wasn’t so pleasant was the wall heater. Russ made it more comfortable by being 2 more little heaters for our comfort.

• Martina Cucchi (10/5): Super casa e super host - La casa è bellissima in pieno stile Americano. Il proprietario è molto gentile!! La casa è grande, molto ben attrezzata e pulita. Le camere sono grandi e la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono molto comode. Nella cucina ci sono tantissime cose, all'arrivo ci hanno accolto con un cartello di benvenuto e dei carinissimi snacks. Grazie mille, quando torneremo a Fresno certamente vorremmo alloggiare ancora qui!

• martin (8/5): Fantastische uitvalsbasis voor Yosimety. - Heerlijk groot huis met goede bedden. Gordijnen bieden onvoldoende verduistering. Hiervoor hadden we slaapmaskers bij ons.
• Tiffany (10/5): Charming Spacious Gem in Fresno - We rented out this home to visit family who live in Fresno. The layout of the home was very spacious and unexpected. Upon entering the home and into the kitchen, I noticed the personal touch of a message board with my name, welcoming my family with a coffee bar. I have rented many airbnb and never encountered this before, nor was there product readily available to use. My family commented on the home day after day how they wish to have it as a retirement home because it is all on one level. The backyard was huge and beautiful. You could host a small wedding from the back to backyard if allowed. There appears to be what may have been a garden in the back because it has the irrigation system. I say enough how in awe I was about this property. Russ, the host, was very responsive and easy to speak with. We had a mishap of thinking the lock box atcside door was how we entered the home after telling my cousin the instruction stated the front door, Russ saw us struggling and came over to help us instruct us it was indeed at the front door. I felt so stupid and embarrassed, lol 😆 I had a few questions, and he would always answer the phone or respond to text in a timely manner with a friendly casual demeanor. My family and I will definitely be back if we all visit Fresno again, and if you are thinking about this property to rent...Do It! You will NOT be disappointed I loved everything about the property. I did not want to leave, lol
• SPocalun (10/5): Great home to visit Fresno and National Parks - Great home for 5 people family to stay for few days (or even more) :). Perfect base for visiting Sequoia National Park or Yosemite. Perfect support from Owner. My family loved it very much. We had all we needed to spend a great time in Fresno and National Parks.

• Carol (10/5): Very spacious, comfortable house - The house was lovely - very modern, spacious and clean. It was really nice to walk in and find a welcome sign and snacks waiting for us. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable and the kitchen and sitting area were really nice. The house was in a particularly nice neighbourhood and was easy to locate. The master bedroom could maybe have done with slightly thicker curtains.

• Roberto (10/5): Wonderful Stay in a Spacious and Welcoming Home! - We had an absolutely fantastic two-day stay at this lovely home in Fresno, and we couldn’t have asked for more! The house is incredibly spacious, warm, and inviting, with all the comforts you could need. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus, and the garden added such a nice touch for relaxing outdoors. The location is perfect – super convenient with supermarkets nearby and strategically placed for day trips to Sequoia National Park, which we loved. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to help whenever we reached out, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return ourselves! Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about – everything was spot-on, and the value for money is unbeatable.
