- Whitaker (1/5): READ THIS IF UR WANTING TO STAY HERE - I didn't like any of it when we where just walking up to the hotel there where women out side the hotel that just left the strip club (which is right across the street) trying to make a little extra cash if u know what I mean. So the rooms don't come with towels or toilet paper u ask to get that at the front desk the elevator doesn't work and u have to walk up the stairs with 1-2 inches of gunk and stuff on it. Going down the hallway there was dried throw up in the carpet that's been there at least a month. When we entered the room it was terrible the floors coming up there was USED NEEDLES in the bathroom and there was a USED NARCAN (a medicine that's given by emts when you overdose on drugs) and right beside it was a blunt already smoked on right beside the bed. That's just what we found in the room if you want to watch TV u better bring ur own if u don't want your nextdoor neighbors watching u sleep bring duck tape because there's holes in the walls straight through and if u don't want to hear your neighbors and the girls from out side entertaining them selves I would suggest get some really good ear muffs. This place needs the health department honestly because there are kids living in here not 14-18 year olds I am talking about 1-10 year olds crawling and running around in this it's sad! We only stayed 1 night and that 1 night was more than enough the cops stayed longer than we did.
- Jesmaine (1/5): Horrible - Price It was horrible, dirty, no running hot water. Property filled with prostitution. I didn’t feel safe
- Floyd (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend - The price! Everything, the pictures look nothing like how it is. It’s dirty and very nasty. The hot water don’t work inside the rooms, no tvs! It’s ran down. The only reason we stayed was because we didn’t have anywhere to go at the moment and it was very last minute.
- Samer (1/5): I do not recommend this hotel to anyone - I found armed men as a security which made me feel uncomfortable and unsecured. That no one was in front desk which meant that I need to go to different hotel
- Jones (3/5): - The manager was awesome but that was it Almost everything

- Regina (1/5): This hotel needs to be shut down, don't waste your money! - The staffs were ok The hotel and rooms are dirty. The heat were not working, blowing out cold air. There were no hot water, no TV, no microwaves, no venting machines, elevators not working, had to walk luggage up and down stairs. The entire hotel was cold. I stayed there for two nights. I checked out and didn't stay the other night and now waiting on a refund.

- Tamara (1/5): -
- Cheatham (1/5): The worst ever - This place was a horrible place. Drugs and prostitutes everywhere. It was like being at the projects. Very scary. I left and drove back home instead of staying. Lost my $50 I paid. I guess there is no refunds. Will never use this cite again.
- Cheatham (1/5): The truth - It was the equivalent of staying at a housing project. Drugs and prostitution evident all around and inside motel. It was filthy inside lobby and room. People gathered in the hallway hanging out. Elevator did not work leaving stairs next to back door . I grew up in this area, so I was shocked to see what it had become after 25 years . I did not stay , I left for home instead, in Oklahoma. I did pay. But I'm refused a refund. The outside of motel had yellow tape all around the valet area. It probably once was a nice motel. But now. I wouldn't allow my worse enemy to stay there.
- William (2/5): - The property overbooked.
- Keat (2/5): - Once I arrived, there was no room available when I got to the hotel. Not because they were full; there were no clean rooms. This was around 2 or 3 in the evening. I had to sit in the lobby with my belongings for close to an hour I had to settle for a room that was not clean nor up to par. The bed sheets had dried up blood on them. The facility was filthy and there was violence throughout the night which made me feel very unsafe. I was not pleased at all with but stay there.
- Tony (2/5): - The property was not available
- Angela M. (2/5): - This hotel is not at all like the photos in the listing. Carpet ripped up, drug deal in parking lot, paint peeling, lightbulbs missing in hall ways, no staff at front desk, run down part of town. Very scary looking. We cancelled reservation and booked elsewhere.
- Keeva (2/5): - The room I booked is nothing that the ad promotes. I didn’t have a refrigerator, tv or WiFi. Plus when I got in the room the power went out and almost had someone broke in my room. Not safe at all for nobody not even a dog
- Torin (1/5): Suck - Suck Suck
- Jae (6/5): Pleasant -
- Erica (1/5): Bad -
- Harold (2/5): - This place is in human i want my money back... i will never ever vome here again.
- Brandy (2/5): - The place was ratchet before I even hit the door. The lobby was hot. The elevator doesn't work. Hallways smell and look stale. No TV available, no towels, no tissue, no soap. Bathroom dirty. Floor dirty. But for the price and area, what should I expect?
- June (1/5): Bad - The room was nasty, doors was broke nothing for the bathroom no tv nothing that was shown Everything
- Ryan (2/5): NASTY HOTEL - IT WAS NASTY,,,, NOT CLEAN AT ALL,,, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN WHILE TRYING TO REMODEL!!!! HOLES IN THE WALL,,, WALLS FALLING APART,,, NO BATHROOM DOOR KNOB,,, COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM!!! THE MATTRESS WAS DIRTY AND STAINED UP NASTY,,, SODA BOTTLE UNDER THE BED,,, IT WAS JUST BASICALLY A ROOM TO SLEEP IN...
- Benny (2/5): - Rooms have no flooring, no curtains on windows, no TV, no air conditioning, no shower curtains, no toilet tissue or towels. Ceiling was caving in, vanity was separated from the wall, no working plumbing fixtures, snd water leaking on the floor. We immediately left and had to pay for a different motel for the night as this was unsafe and unsanitary.
- De (1/5): No recommed! - They didn’t find the reservation and was no possible to stay ,
- Jeffrey (1/5): Bad -
- JP (2/5): - This place was horrible. You had to pay for tissue. The linens were dirty. The bd was broken down. Some of the outlets did work.
- Frank (1/5): I would not never send my worst ememy there. - The place had rats and roaches,no towels no soap no hot water, no ice .The floors was dirty The woeshest hotel in this planet
- Cameron (2/5): - The property images uploaded to Expedia were not even close to the conditions of the hotel. The room had broken furniture. Stained mattress and a horrible smell. The hotel resembled a crack house and should be avoided by all means. Had a security guard escort us to our rooms with the only working key for the whole hotel. Highly recommend staying anywhere else in Memphis. Do not stay here.
- Taylor (1/5): Bad -
- Montrae (2/5): - Terrible
- Antonio (2/5): Survival of the fittest - only staff member that does a great job as lead on staff is Ms.Nadia!!! From The GM Matt (Who’s a Perv) to Toya who’s a petty Bihh for no reason mad at the world(cause she selling ha P while smoking or sniffin Hard) down to the shiesty security guards who work with those who sell narcotics and sex traffic women. This place is a only last last last last last option from sleeping outside. No real structure when it comes to running a hotel. several health and wellness code violations that staff dont give no cares about. overall place is horrible and not for the weak. 6mo stayed guest so I’m speaking facts

- Lee (1/5): Bad -
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This hotel is a homeless shelter. Please remove it from Hotels.com.
- James (2/5): Very poor -
- Dani (1/5): Bad - Noting, It wasn't like the photo shown on the booking site. After a long drive, I was looking for a place to relax and sleep. Unfortunately, the neighbors were noisy at night, and the door banged a couple of times. The toilet flush and floor were broken, and the bed hadn't even been cleaned or washed. I was hesitant to go down and complain because the reception didn't seem friendly. If you're coming from a foreign country, please avoid this property; you won't find any peace until the next morning. I checked out at 4:45 AM and started my drive home. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
- Wee (2/5): Refund - I didn’t stay I need my refund
- Serita (1/5): Bad -
- Kerenashunia (2/5): - Rooms were disgusting
- Thornton (1/5): Bad - Price No TV no toilet paper paid for double got a single window wouldn't close no hot water
- Serita (1/5): Miserable a mistake... - Nothing about it was just good at all E erything under the sun had roaches nasty folks.... Hotel staff doesn't know how to speak to the opposite sea which females called me and my sister skanky ass hoe's that our mother should have swallowed us called us every name in the book but what we were legally named
- Brian (2/5): Need clean bed. - N/a
- Hector (2/5): - Not a safe place
- Willie (8/5): - It wasn’t a terrible stay.
- Cameron (2/5): - This place is a total scam to literally steal and rob people.
It looks like the hotel from Silent Hill on the outside.
After telling them I was from Expedia, the clerk started talking to an unknown person. She then proceeded to take me to a room on the first floor that someone was clearly murdered in. You can tell by looking at all of the bloodsplatter on the framed picture.
In this room the locks on the doors and the window had been removed. So any one can walk into your room. It smelled of blood and urine. Everything was rusty. There were bugs everywhere The lamp was all shriveled and flickering. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom drooped past the shower curtain. Bugs in the shower. They have plastic wrap on the toilet seat and they use it for weather stripping. She then said to come to the desk for towels and left without shutting my room door.
When I arrived there was no one in the parking area besides a few cars. As soon as she showed me the room shady people started showing up outside.
They have a fake/stolen police vehicle parked in the front to give their victims a false sense of security.
On the window there is a sign stating they will reward you $5 cash or a discount for a good review on any travel site.
- Abs (1/5): Bad -
- Olson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodolfo (2/5): - Muy sucia
- Romernita (6/5): 2 thumb up - It all right crazy people
- Ismael (2/5): - Did not stay paid and was told there was no rooms available
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This place is definitely one of those places you take a “friend” and do your “business” and leave. Please, don’t go looking for comfort, peace or a nights sleep because it will not happen! There won’t be any tv. There won’t be any fridge. There might not even be toilet paper. There are roaches, the bold ones. There will be stares and watching anytime your outside your room. Basically you’re getting what you pay for. A place to play and go!
- A. (1/5): NEVER AGAIN NOT EVEN WORTH THE MONEY - The entire facility was filthy and smelled horrible. Lots of transient people back and forth. The desk clerk walked me around to about 8 rooms before she found one "clean" enough to let me in.
- Timothy (1/5): Bad - Everything sucked. It was in a bad neighborhood where people got shot. Our stuff was stolen. Everything.
- Jessica (1/5): The absolute worst thing ever - THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! NO BLINDS, TV, MICROWAVE....DIRTY BEDS AND SHEETS!!! PREVIOUS TRASH FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS Everything!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Stay away. - Checkin was at 3, showed up at 6, room wasn’t available until 7. No blankets, no TV, no toilet paper, no shampoo, no elevator, trash left behind, bugs. Yikes. No one had cleaned the rooms. One room beside me had a party and music blasting all night. Fights broke out in the hallway at midnight. Saving grace was the workers, who at the least were friendly and seemed to have a sense of humor about it, and I appreciated the kindness they gave me.
- Hall (2/5): Very poor - Nothing about it was nasty no TV no towels or tissue was n a bad bad neighborhood. I will not go there again. I did not like it at all waisted of money
- Sabi (2/5): - Very bad decision was this hotel no pillow, no towel, no soap, no working tv
- Laitavious (7/5): Good -
- Petr (1/5): It's just a trap to get money out of customers that they won't pay back. - nothing This is not a normal hotel, but a shelter for the homeless and drug addicts. I was told there was no tv because they were under renovation after booking and paying… the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we walked out to multiple men hanging out in the hallway and the all had guns! DO NOT BOOK HERE GHETTO AND UNSAFE… no discount was given for not having a tv or basic necessities
- annette (2/5): - I wouldn't let my worse enemy go here
- Christine (2/5): - For me to feel fear as soon as I drive through the potholes and sink holes, it has to be a very, very scary place. Very neglected, very loud, and very unkept and very unsecured place.
- Moore (1/5): Bad -
- Jae (6/5): Pleasant -
