• Kyriakoula (9/5): Comfortable, clean & pleasant stay - We had a comfortable stay. Clean & well maintained rooms. Hotel is set back from the main road so it was quiet. Breakfast was pleasant. Pool on the rooftop was a nice place to watch the sunset. Staff were friendly & professional.
• SREEJITH (9/5): - Great location, great staff , clean rooms AC setting was wrong , but room service helped to correct it. Would be better if house keeping check it in advance before check in 1 king size bed would have been better than 2 single beds attached
• Prasanth (5/5): - I had a chance to stay with Hotel Saffron Wayanad for 5 nights, 6 days with my 5 year old child. Room was so clean, they maintained it so perfectly. But the problem is water and food. Water: I stayed with 3 persons, 2 adults and 1 five year old kid. The water coming to washroom is not proper. After one person taking bath, the water flow is so thin, also there were no hot water coming after one person took bath. I’ve to call them then they will get the hot water in bucket for me. This is so horrible, think about how I would have managed with 5 yrs kid. Likewise, I’ve managed 2 days. Food: I went with the breakfast included with the package. It was not a self service buffet, it was complete ad hoc, we have to order like a restaurant. they have same food daily. Only the Kerala food, they will give appam one day and puttu one day. Apart from this, i got daily the same dosa (with Sambar & chutney) , poori with gravy. Swimming pool: One of the reason behind booking this hotel is swimming pool. It was not maintained regularly (lot of died insects). It does not have less than 4 feet section height which will be really useful for kids.

Staff were very casual and not helpful or pleasant. Also location not great. More annoying is Pool service closes at 7 PM and after requesting they allowed to keep it open for xtra 10 minutes 🙄😬

Room service stops at 10 PM, they don't serve food post that. 3. Food menu is very limited, most of the times you will have to Swiggy or Zomato. 4. Breakfast is not good at all, they repeat the items all the time. 5. Drinking water ( RO water) is very bad, avoid using it.Buy bottled water, Bisleri,Kinley etc. 6. WEBSITE description mentioned on Booking..com does not matches the hotel at all ( Specifically for Standard Double Bed room with two beds), Moment they add a bed, room finishes and there is no space to walk. 7. The refrigerator provided in the room is for name sake, doesn't cool at all.

I felt even the price is economical comparatively. If you planning to stay in Sultan Bathery (Waynad) I would definitely recommend this place.
