• SaleBN (10/5): Lep odmor u Ptuju - Najbitnije mi je da je udobno i čisto, ima neutralan miris, prilaz objektu je lak i veliki parking. Zaposleni su veoma, veoma ljubazni! Trebalo bi u sobama da budu podaci o wi-fi (naziv, lozinka), kao i potrebni podaci o tome kad je dorucak i slicno... Ovo nisu lose zamjerke, ovo je samo predlog za unapredjenje, jer sam bio u daleko losijem smjestaju ali je imao podatke o wifi...

• Rosanna (5/5): - Good location, beds are fine and you also have a tv + sink in your room. Not very clean, old doors. You can hear everything from the people in the other rooms. For what you get its quite expensive.

• Gloria Del Rocio (1/5): THEY TRY TO SCAM ME. - This time i didn't see spider, last time, was in summer of 2024 it was infected with spiders, it was crazy. hate literally everything, bcs they try to scam me. They didn't check the info that was requested by them on time, but i send all the information they request. The normal reaction at something like that it's replying "oh, we did see it earlier sorry, we will update the information, we me a few minutes" right? Well. That didn't happened. They didn't rake responsibility to it and make me pay the double bcs other wise only one person can enter the room. I told them that i don't understand why they can't jusf take the data for the second guest, bcs our room was already for two ppl, it's literally the same price for one or two guests. But yhey keep saying "we are going to upgrade your roo" i tell them that i didn't want that, we didn't need a bigger room with more beds, we already had enough beds. So basically they force me to pay otherwise wouldn't let me get in it. Fortunately, i explain everything to my bank and they gave me back the money. After that stressful situation, then i find our The hallway leading to our rooms was completely under construction. At first, wr didn't even could close our door bcs they have a machine connect to a plaug that was in our room. Two of the 4 plugs that were in our room didn't work. The beds are mid, nor really comfortable to be honest, but fortunately i only stay for one night.

• Timotej (1/5): Dirty room - Smell of cigarettes, alcohol. Dirt in the room. Smelly dirty beer cans in the closet. Dirt, dust under the beds. Terrible..
• Szente (9/5): Nice overnight stay in the jewelry box town of Ptuj - The staff was very helpful, the room was pretty and clean, breakfast was included in the price. The place is walking distance from the historical city center and the Drava river. Small things that might still be improved. No towel hangers in the ensuite bathroom, also no soap, only a tiny traveller size shampoo ampoule. The tap works in a way that's common in public bathrooms, no way to adjust water flow intensity and it automatically turns off after a few seconds. But these were just tiny details, otherwise the experience was superb!

• John (1/5): I never stayed because they double booked. - The room was double booked. So we did not stay. The manager supposedly organised a stay in another hotel. When I got there I discovered no such booking was made. In the end I went home. It took an hour to try to work the original booking out and I missed the cultural event I went for. I could have been given the room I booked.

• Dr.alexander (4/5): will not come again ! - this is a restaurant first and a hotel second . and you feel not so welcome in the hotel . so i had at least one good and one unsatifactory breakfast . hotel is quite shabby , bathroom not cleaned , lots of used stuff left by other guests , the one bad breakfast i had was an omlett , instead of the promised ham and eggs , half a tomatoe and a few slices of brown bread , they did not even have black tea . no value for money .

• Mcknight05 (3/5): Affordable but with a significant trade-off - The location was great, easy to explore the city. There was a cute, fluffy cat in the lobby. The bed sheets were clean. The room was pretty dirty in general. Dirty carpet, dusty TV remote, some towels where clean, some looked used. There where no batteries in the remote so we couldn't use the TV. Neither of the two reading bed lights worked. The door of the room didn't close fully. We smelled cigarette smoke even though smoking was banned but nobody looked after that.
