• Federico (10/5): - Miglior soggiorno della vacanza, peccato solo per una notte. Stanze comode e spaziose, cucina super attrezzata come anche la lavanderia. Veramente soddisfatto. Zona residenziale tranquillissima e ottimo il parcheggio affianco alla casa, nel vialetto Solo una cosa: la scala per accedere al piano superiore è davvero stretta e ripida.

• Arnaud GUG (8/5): - The door was locked by code and easy to open because we received the code by test message. The house was easy to find and it was easy to park outside of the road. The description of the bedrooms was correct. The contact with the host was very good and responsive. The house was more than clean. It was very hot outside when we arrived but the AC was set to 80°F. Once set to 70°F, the AC needed several hours to cool down the house, espacially the bedrooms under the roof. It wasn't serious, but it was uncomfortable for the beginning of the night.

• Robert (8/5): Very pleasant, would likely stay again. - The kitchen was well equiped, house was clean, plenty of towels. Nice location close to restaurants, but not too close. Central AC was great, which was hard to find at other properties in the area. The downstairs bedroom bed was a double, too small for two adults. The staircase to the 2 bedrooms upstairs was narrow and steep. Fine for most people, but if you have limitations or are older, may not work well for you.

• Niki (10/5): Very nice!!! - It was very cozy and was a great location for our night out to Art Park. It met all our needs, the owners were easy to work with, and was affordable. Our only concern was that there was a skunk smell throughout the cottage, but this isn’t a complaint. Just more of a worry that there might be a nest somewhere nearby which would be difficult for the owners to fix. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and we would recommend this place to others. 😊
