Clóset chico, caja fuerte mala y lo peor el baño , las toallas percudidas , viejas , llenas de hilachas , una vergüenza . No había jabón de ducha , por lo que hubo que usar ,el del lavatorio, ni crema corporal tampoco.

No recibimos ni una disculpa, mucho menos la oferta de algo para tomar mientras esperábamos, solamente nos dijo la chica de la recepción (con tono molesto, como si fueramos nosotros el problema) que teníamos que esperar porque el día anterior tenían el hotel completo, y en nuestra pieza tenían que poner la cama extra que habíamos solicitado en el momento de la reserva.

- Stefanie (10/5): Sehr positive Überraschung in dem ansonsten eher unansehnlichen Curicó! - Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, frisches Obst, gute Säfte, und als wir am Abend zuvor recht spät ankamen, konnten wir auck noch ein leckeres Abendessen genießen. Nicht nur im Restaurant wird Wasser in Glasflaschen serviert. Auch auf dem Zimmer standen zwei kostenlose Flaschen Wasser aus Glas (nicht Plastik!) für uns, eine mit und eine ohne Sprudel! Man merkt, dass der Besitzer ein Winzer ist - das ganze Hotel strahlt von cder Einrichtung und der Liebe zum Detail Lebensart aus. Ich wüsste nichts.
