• Małgorzata (10/5): - Duże mieszkanie, czysto,dobrze wyposażone, można zrobić pranie. Bezpłatny parking przy ulicy. Właściel daje łatwe instrukcje zameldowania. Internet działa już przed budynkiem, co ułatwia zameldowanie jak ktoś nie ma lokalnego numeru telefonu. Ładny widok z okna. Blisko sklep spożywczy. Centrum spacerem ok.20-30 min. W mieszkaniu można znaleźć przewdoniki dotyczące zwiedzania Sarajewa i okolicy. Ładny zapach w mieszkaniu.

• Marco (9/5): Perfetto per qualche giorno in città - Casa grande e spaziosa, molto pulita e comoda. L’host è super gentile e aiuta in tutte le necessità. Zona tranquilla a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Per arrivare alla città vecchia ci vuole più o meno mezz’ora a piedi. A dieci minuti ci sono un supermercato e alcuni ristoranti Nulla
• Aljaž (10/5): - A cosy and cutely retro apartment. It's very spacious and spotless. The location is only five minutes away on foot from the main train/bus station (as well as a tram stop, connecting this area with the old town) so it makes for a convenient base if you plan on doing some day trips from Sarajevo using the public transport. Self-check-in was totally uncomplicated, using the electronic lock installed on the door. And the apartment is located on the first floor of the building, so you won't have to drag your heavy suitcases very high up. Emir is a very helpful host and was always there for me on Whatsapp to answer my questions. There is no air-con in the apartment but sleeping with the windows wide opened provided enough fresh air to sleep without any problems (and I happened to be in the city during a scorching heatwave). And there is also a powerful electric fan provided.

• Grigoriy (10/5): Отличная квартира - Хорошее расположение, рядом станция ж/д, удобно ехать в мостар. До трамвайной остановки минут 10. Супермаркет Пенни в паре минут. Сама квартира уютная и чистая. На кухне есть вся посуда. Плита электрическая. Владелец Эмир всегда был на связи. Есть стиральная машина. Прямо под окном растет вкусная слива и алыча. Район хороший, не центр, но добраться пешком легко. Рядом, минутах в десяти, очень прикольный супермаркет Красное Яблоко с кулинарией и открытой терассой на крыше, где можно все купленное есть. По сути, видовой ресторан по цене супермаркета. Не то, чтобы не понравилось - немного смутил кодовый замок на двери с точки зрения безопасности, но это мелочи
• Umberto (10/5): - Evidenzio l'estrema disponibilità Ed attenzione del proprietario, che, sapendo che arrivavo dall'Italia e ipotizzando Che potessi non disporre del roaming, mi ha dato indicazioni per arrivare vicino al palazzo e collegarmi gratuitamente al wi-fi dell'appartamento. Vicino al Centro ed alla stazione ferroviaria, quindi sono agevoli tutti gli spostamenti, anche da e per l'aeroporto, sia con il bus navetta, sia con il tram urbano. Appartamento accessoriato ed ubicato vicino a supermercati, aperti fino in tarda serata, dove è possibile fare la spesa per cucinare in casa. Nulla

Host is always online to assist When we booked this apartment, in terms and conditions it was stated the payment is prosessed by property. In this case we thought the property would charge our card automatically. However, the host seems to wait us to pay in cash. But this wasn't stated during booking! Usually they write in advance that payment is in cash on arrival. Due to this misunderstanding, it seems we stayed there for free. We contacted booking.com support for assistance, asked them to charge our card, but no reply from them for 5 days, although they promise a reply within 24 hrs. What kind of service is that???
• Anna (10/5): Hope to return to Sarajevo and to Sarajevo Station Stay - A great but quiet location. Well-equipped and comfortable apartment. Tea, coffee and toiletries provided. Exceptionally clean. Great communication by the host. I had trouble locking the door when I left.

• Olga (10/5): I highly recommend it to budget travelers. - Very nice, cozy, and clean, although not luxurious. For the price you get a very good option. Great cooking stove (everything boils very fast). The bed was comfy. The owner turned on the heater in the sleeping room for me before the arrival to make it really warm. That’s very thoughtful and nice. I felt very safe as a female sole traveler. Clear instructions on arrival. The host allowed me to leave my luggage for many hours. The apartment is close to the modern part of the city. Thanks a lot! Cold tap water in the kitchen, in winter it gets quite cold.
