- Constantin-Sorin (9/5): - Ich kenne die Hotel, jetzt ist große unterschied. Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit, Frühstück total anders, Zimmer auch. Die Wende sind zu dünn, braucht eine gute Isolierung. Man muss nicht hören wie schnarchen der Nachbar.

- Alina (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend - Breakfast. We stayed on a weekend and they had a wedding in the restaurant downstairs. They should have let the customers know, because with the music going on the whole night, it was impossible to sleep. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned (brown spots on the walls). Horrible toilet paper (it just gets melted when wet). Very basic facilities in the room.

- Rangu (10/5): Struttura molto bella! Sicuramente ritorneremo! - Struttura bellissima molto accogliente di recente ristrutturazione, Equivalente a un 4 stelle!!! Le camere molto confortevoli, pulite, materassi di qualità, le ragazze delle pulizie sistemano la camera ogni giorno, la colazione abbastanza diversificata si trova un po’ di tutto: frutta fresca , cereali, roba salata, dolci, l’angolo caffetteria, succhi di frutta …. l’unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è il personale della sala colazione specialmente una signora che invece di accogliere l’ospite con un “buongiorno, un sorriso si limita a mettere l’ospite a disagio con il tono di voce prepotente/ superiore chiedendo direttamente il numero della stanza, come se qualcuno andasse a casa sua non invitato….( noi per fortuna non li abbiamo dato importanza perché capiamo che arriva da un regime comunista ed è rimasta con quella mentalità..). Le ragazze della reception gentili. Sicuramente ritorneremo! Il personale della sala colazione.

- Daniel Viorel (10/5): El hotel es por encima de la categoría calidad precio muy bien posición excelente limpieza 10 - Me gustó mucho la amabilidad de la chica de recepción a la llegada ella fue muy amable en toda mi estancia creo que las dos chicas de gafas que estaban por la mañana estaría mejor que levanten la cabeza y saluden a los huéspedes cuando entran en el hotel! Dar buenos días mirar al huéspedes y si hace falta preguntar si están bien y si necesita alguna información. Lo demás todo genial! - Lupulescu (8/5): Ne am simțit bine - Micul dejun foarte bun Locația centrală 1. Am fost de două ori la o distanță de 2 nopți . În Prima noapte cameră a fost foarte bună În a doua noapte , pentru același preț plătit , am locuit intr o cameră mult mai mică 2. In camere nu au existat : papuci / pieptăn/periuța de dinți …. etc facilitați pe care le întâlnim la marea majoritate a hotelurilor din România/Grecia /Bulgaria când plătim prețuri similare 3. Cineva din conducere/ patronat a locuit vreodată în aceste camere ? Vă rog să mi răspundă la următoarele întrebări : a. UNDE VA AȘEZAȚI TRUSA DE COSMETICĂ ? deoarece în băile camerelor unde am locuit nu există nici o etajeră …. Nimic b. Cum agățați prosoapele în cuierele de pe ușă astfel încât să nu vă cadă continuu pe jos ? c. Persoanele care fac curățenie au obligativitatea să lase o hârtie higienică intr un sertar ca în cazul în care se termină cea existentă să mai existe una de rezervă ? LA NOI NU A FOST ! Am avut noi în bagaj și am completat
