- Bader (2/5): - - تم سحب المبلغ قبل موعد الحجز، وعند الاتصال بهم قبل الحجز بليلة واحدة، أفاد الشخص بأنه توجد مشكلة في الكهرباء ولن يتمكن من استقبالنا!! في حين عرض علينا خيار فلة آخر لا يتسق مع الحجز الأساسي. في حال كان ذلك صحيح، لماذا لم يخبرنا بذلك بوقت مبكر ولم يُعلمنا إلا بعد التواصل معه؟! كنّا عائلة تتكون من عدد كبير من الأشخاص، وهذا الأمر سبب لنا ربكة كبيرة وتغيير في مخطط الرحلة. تجربة الحجز معهم كانت سيّئة ولن تتكرر.
