• Thanasis (10/5): Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία σε έναν πανέμορφο χώρο!!! - Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενοι, την πρώτη ημέρα μας περίμεναν για το κλειδί και για να μας εξηγήσουν την κάθε λεπτομέρεια αναφορικά με την διαμονή μας. Πρόθυμοι και έδειχναν πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για την άνεσή μας. Η περιποίηση που μας προσφέρθηκε ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από επαγγελματική. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία με καταπληκτική θέα ! Πολύ προσεγμένο μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια και φαινόταν πως είχε γίνει με μεράκι. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Stathis (10/5): Amazing amazing guesthouse! - Amazing quite spacious property with a unique character and magnificent view of the sunset! So meticulously built and fully equipped with everything you can imagine! It’s exactly as shown in the pictures,and even more! Hosts have put all their love in this guesthouse, and you will feel their energy as soon as you arrive! We went for our summer vacation with an infant, and we plan to visit the place many more times! Totally recommend it! Really nothing! Everything was perfect!
• Evangelos (10/5): Wonderful stay and great location - Fantastic one bedroom holiday home, fully equipped with everything you will ever need. It is decorated beautifully with loads of love and care. The owners were wonderful and offered great hospitality. Really nice location just above Verga beach, 5min drive from Kalamata and with wonderful views of Messinian bay and the town of Kalamata.
• Collymarps (10/5): Stunning and highly recommend - Absolutely stunning, fully equipped home that has been lovingly decorated in tasteful but authentic style. The house was only completed in 2023 so everything is top notch and beautifully finished. The owner lives 2 levels above and was incredibly kind, even sharing her husband's delicious naming day orange cake with us. Easy communication and was incredibly welcoming. Spotlessly clean and with every possible item you could need including a first aid kit, toiletries, blankets as the weather was a little chilly. There's a lovely terrace to sit and eat out on and gaze across to the sea. About 15 minutes drive into the lively town of kalamata that has lots of restaurants and a nice beach. Not a negative for us but it is situated up a narrow, winding little road that might make nervous drivers a little skittish. We visited over the Easter weekend so no shops were open, we managed to get into the nearby Lidl before it shut but otherwise we would have been really stuck for food! It would be great if we could have been offered some basic grocery items such as bread and milk to tide us over ( we would have been very happy to pay) so perhaps something to add to the offer? The only other thing would be to have a few baking trays for the oven as we like to cook, plus a tea towel. But these are all tiny things that would make this a 110% perfect!!!

As I stepped out onto it, I was greeted by an awe-inspiring view of the sea and the charming city of Kalamata. The sunsets from here are nothing short of magical. However, what truly makes Wood&Stone Guesthouse special is the heartwarming hospitality of the owners. They go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel welcome and cared for. Whether it’s a friendly chat or helpful local tips, their genuine kindness shines through. • Adriana (10/5): Amazing experience - Absolutely incredible experience! Brand new home, with really friendly owners, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Excellent decorations, every day you’ll discover something new, most of them made by the owner. The cleaning is spotless and the house has everything you might need (including a first aid kit :). The house is close to some nice beaches (few minutes by car) and a few really good restaurants (no worries, the owner will tell you all the good places to visit). The best part is, of course, the view, especially during the night where you see all the Kalamata lights. A place you’ll call a home away from home. We absolutely recommend and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you! -
