• Brigitte (3/5): Sehr enttäuschend !!! - Die Nähe zum Petersdom und das tolle Café unten im Haus. Die Wohnung war leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Toilettendeckel war abgerissen und lag lose auf dem Becken. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt, so dass wir mit Wassereimern spülen mussten. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier und in der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab. Der Fernseher hatte ein abgerissenes Antennenkabel, so dass er nicht zu nutzen war und die Schlafcouch ist eine quietschende Hängematte.

• Johnny (7/5): Great place but you can't do much about the other stuff.... - The house is great mostong work. The spare bed was in the way of the Wasing machine. Just note the following The sofa bed is not good. It is old and the mattress is thin. Almost no sound proofing so you will hear the restaurant close from 11 - 1am then the workers start at 4am in my case to repair the road. See above... Book early and you can find better and at a better price.
• Izabela (8/5): Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall stay was positive – a great place for a short trip! - The apartment’s location is excellent – close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the check-in process was very convenient thanks to the phone-controlled lock. The kitchen was fully equipped. On the downside, there was an issue with the toilet flush, and the sofa bed in the living room wasn’t very comfortable. The windows were also not well insulated, so it was quite noisy at night.
• Barbara (6/5): Good location. - Location Many things. However, there were many shortcomings that we could ignore but because the host was rude and unpleasant we just have to report. We paid for 5 guests. We arrived at 9 pm, tired from an all-day trip, to an apartment for 4. We tried calling the host. Apparently he does not take calla but prefers text messages. He was quick to reply but very rude. Since we were doing text messages the sequence of delivery of messages may be a problem. When I was following up the extra bed he told me to keep quiet and said I need education (ha!). His apartment is actually one bedroom. He has a sitting room which he converts to another bedroom as needed. Ao he cannot advertise his unit as 2-bedroom and sitting room. It should be 1 bedroom plus sitting room that can be converted to a bedroom. There was no coffees maker as advertised. The shower stall was slow to drain and the water closet was slow to fill up.

I like everything but would be kind of nice to have someone meet us the day of the check in or the next day so we could go over a few things and to answer if we have any questions how to operate a certain things..such as the washing machine etcetera…) just a welcoming presence. But I love everything

• Jaz (6/5): Close to Vatican, large apartment but not comfortable bedding - Big apartment right new the Vatican. Big main bedroom & living room with a kitchen and laundry. Clean and comfortable otherwise, lots of shops and restaurants near by. Lovely host and easy access. The bed and pillows are really bad, very uncomfortable. Not enough toilet paper or spare for four people over 2 days we had two rolls provided only. No laundry detergent or dishwashing soap or body wash provided.

• Veronika (10/5): Gorgeous, cousy, spacious apartman in the heart of Vatican City - the apartman is in the middle of the Vatican City, perfect location, San Pietro and Vatican are just a few minutes by step, next to the entrance is a bar, lot of restaurants and supermarkets on the street just in a few mintues by step. METRO station is in 3 minutes. Cousy, well equipped apartman, nice, helpful host. -

• Sheriden (6/5): Pleasant - The property was in a great location close to the Vatican, train station and restaurants etc. Air conditioning worked well and bathroom was clean. The property was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment, however it is only 1 bedroom and a lounge room which had a sofa bed and a single roll out bed. This was disappointing as we were travelling in a group of 5. We made it work for our short stay but it was not ideal.
• Caroline (8/5): Lovely.. very enjoyable - Location.. very clean and tidy Entry system was ok .. but we had to make sure we didn’t forget phone .. and it was still charged up when we returned home after a long day .. sometimes it was borderline!!’.. key would have been better And maybe another comfy chair in lounge.. there is lots of room
• Emil (10/5): Great! - Perfect location, only 5 minutes walking to Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s basilica and 2-3 minutes walking to Line A Ottaviano metro station . Very easy check in, very kind and friendly staff ready to help you. Clean house, well maintained kitchen, lot of cafes and restaurants in the area. We would visit again !

• Prash (1/5): Bad - I cannot recommend this place due to several inadequacies that were not up to standard as advertised. Basic necessities were lacking, such as hand wash in the bathroom and shower gel. The shower hose was broken, leaking water from all directions, and there was no floor mat in the bathroom. Additionally, in the kitchen, the microwave was placed on top of the oven with no plug point. The overall condition of the apartment was disappointing, with dirty cups adding to the dissatisfaction.

• Roda (9/5): Cleanliness & convenience is superb! - Alberto's house is situated in the center of Vatican, it was very convenient as it has plenty of restaurants & with a small shop to grab your groceries if you wish to cook or you need a converter. (Europe has different charging ports so it is best to ensure you bring a universal charger with you. Especially cannot access the apartment without the aid of your phone.) Overall, our stay in this property was very convenient, house is clean and Alberto is always swift to answer my concerns. Hope to stay again in this apartment in the near future. • Jeffrey (10/5): Elegant stay at a reasonable price. - Elegant, clean and modern. This spacious apartment was the best we stayed in on our Italy trip. Close to a he Vatican and a safe neighborhood. Loved everything about it!
• Tom (9/5): We had a fabulous stay here 🤗 - The location of the apartment was fantastic! Great for seeing all the sights and then having a rest before venturing out in the evening. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you needed. Lack of plug sockets in the kitchen but we managed. The lock on the front door was a bit tricky at first but we got used to it.
