- Anthony (6/5): The house would benefit from these small adjustments. - You didn’t have video cameras monitoring. I liked that. You could not accidentally lock yourself out of the house as you had to turn a key in the door to lock it. The beds have plastic backed mattresses protectors. These made sleep difficult as it was very sweaty. Took them off then all good. No toilet roll holders. No towel rails. No hooks for to hang things from in the bathrooms. Carpet very tired. The garden is disappointing with solid hard surfaces, and a very strange coffin shaped thing full of mud. I didn’t like the locked French doors in the TV room. More colour on the walls would be nice to break up the wide expanse of white. Dreadful light bulbs in the kitchen, very stark.

- Lyn (5/5): TLC required - Location good for easy access to main roads and transport. Property needs some TLC. Initial impression not good due to entrance door frame being badly scuffed. Carpet at entrance to lounge is badly frayed, carpet to main bedroom needs steam clean or replacement as marked and well worn. Wall to stairs is scuffed and marked, needs redecoration. Kitchen/appliances overall need a good clean.
Quallity of pillows was poor and pillow protectors not provided.

- Carol (10/5): Lovely stay property clean and comfy would defo stay again thank you - It was clean and beautifully decorated Check in should be earlier than 3pm maybe 2 pm and checkout should be 11am other than that there was nothing we didn’t like!

- Ishani (7/5): Lovely clean, modern house with nice facilities but strict check in-check out - Cleanliness, facilities and location of the house were all perfect. We felt it was very homely and very clean. If you were hoping for hosts who are helpful and willing to give you an extra 30 mins or so in the property, then this one might not be for you. We had booked this as we had friends who were coming up from London and visiting a friend's party in Derby. Due to the long travel hours, it would have been helpful if we were able to have the property even just for an hour longer, however they are very strict and do not budge from the 3pm check in and 10am checkout. We didn't really feel like they could settle and enjoy the stay property. And might I add, the hosts gave slightly unprofessional, informal replies whilst replying. Nice property, could have more helpful hosts

Property super clean, presented in a practical modern setting. Great local amenities (shopping/ takeaway/restaurants) all within easy 5 minute walk. Would recommend without hesitation for anyone who needs a great place to explore Derbyshire or even just as a base whether alone or with family.
