• Lyndsay (8/5): Perfect location for o2 - Close location to O2 It was fine for the price. Fairly basic but had everything we needed for 1 night. The blinds were broken in places but just a small consideration.

• Valerie (4/5): Appartment could be great but is badly maintained. - The property was located just a short bus ride from Greenwich which, with the bus stop really close to the apartment which was very convenient. The bedding was clean and fresh except for coloured cushions on top. The apartment is spacious. The apartment has not been well maintained, with lots of things grubby or broken, such as the sofa which is badly stained, dirty cushions on top of the beds, dirty marks on the walls, the blinds in the bedroom had no cord to close them so my Mum was awake from as soon as it was light. We received a text to say we had been upgraded to a duplex apartment with garden and 2.5 bathrooms. I don't understand what 2.5 bathrooms means but there were 2 bathrooms, the same as we would have had in the apartment originally booked and the 'garden' consisted of an area of badly weed filled patio and an old piece of glass out there from a broken window.

Only managed a few hours sleep before had to check out so would have been a bit better if check out was later. Now shattered trying to get home. Very old tea and coffee left to use. Tea bags broke on removing from bags

• Mark (10/5): Helpful staff. Good size apartment. Great location - Great location for marathon start. Close to lots of amenities. Good size bedrooms. Secure. Parking was a headache as needed to move car after two hours with no return for three hours. Found a car park we could park for five hours. Was able to park close after 6.30 but had again move at 9am.
• JerseyGirl2510 (6/5): Marathon weekend stay - Found the property to be in a great location... overall was comfortable, clean and relatively quiet... Thank you. We do have a few points to note which need attention at the property which may be of benefit to future guests.. 1 - All blinds need attention/repair (some can't be opened) 2 - No teaspoons in cutlery drawer 3- Mirrors would be of great assistance in each bedroom. 4 - Not enough toilet rolls provided for 4 guests 5- Toilet roll holder needs repair. 5- Hooks would be of benefit on the bathroom and bedroom doors for towels, clothes and coats etc. 6 - Lamp in lounge not working or bulb needs replacing 7 - No bath plug (son couldn't relax after running marathon!)

Mattresses need renewing. - Although a little further than expected from the O2 overall was suitable for our needs Mattresses in both beds very uncomfortable. The patio doors did not lock albeit we were on the third floor this was not acceptable. Coffee table was stained with some kind of scorch marks making it look dirty. The blinds were also broken at the patio door so we couldn’t open them to let in natural light.

• Aimi (8/5): Good location to get to the o2 - Brilliant location near the river, short bus drive to the O2. we had a four apartments for a group of us as we were going to mamma Mia at the O2. Everyone very happy with accommodation, plenty of space for us all. We found some lovely places to eat along the river, if you want a lovely brunch head to river gardens cafe! Needs a few bits tidying/fixing such as the blinds, but everything we needed was there.

The bed in the unsuite room was sinking at the bottom. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Little unclear by eircode which entrance to use. But eventually, we got it sorted.

Would not recommend - Property it’s self was lovely very spacious and clean Booked another night on the Sunday, was harassed all day as they ‘ didn’t have the booking ‘ sent screen shots of the confirmation and payment multiple time, on having booked the second night a manager from the company called me and gave me the new codes to access the property and confirmed my stay was booked. Very rude staff who weren’t willing to listen or understand I’d paid for it. Making threats towards myself and harassing me throughout the day.

• Stephen (9/5): A good option for attending an event at the O2 Arena - Good location, just about walkable to the O2 but easy to get an Uber. Nice touch with the bottle of wine and chocs in the welcome pack. Generally ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for. Couple of things damaged, including a cracked window and damaged blind which the hosts acknowledged at the outset and in fairness can’t expect them to fix over a weekend. Just wear and tear on other stuff and a very minor cleaning issue (bed had not been swept underneath as there were flower petals from a previous stay) but overall nothing we couldn’t live with.

• Dan (7/5): Comfy clean and perfect for the O2. - Great location for the O2. Spacious modern apartment in a secure building. Clean and comfy. Excessive contact. I received 16 messages from the property in total despite following instructions in plenty of time. Some soap for hand washing and basic tea and coffee would be a nice basic addition!

• Skye (6/5): Great location. Could’ve been cleaner - Close to shops and the 02. Made simple to get into the apartment. Dirty bowls when we got there, half filled bins, dirty lamp shades. The hob did work however it was not correctly installed as it was wonky. Fridge was dirty. No soap in the bathroom.
• Adam (8/5): Great place to stay for the O2, clean and easy to get to. - Good location to go to the O2 arena, bus back was really easy and directly outside the property. Nice to be able to cook for ourselves, lots of shops and takeaways nearby. Property was clean and had everything we needed for a night stay. In need of some general repairs. Bracket on top of the front door was broken, kitchen kick plate missing, blinds missing etc. The sofa was very worn and the bed in the second bedroom has springs coming through the mattress.

• Ursula (6/5): - The property was beautifully presented. Everything we needed was there. The owners got us all the information needed to get into the property in plenty of time. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress in the smaller room could definitely do with being replaced. The only other issue we had was that we accidentally went through the wrong door to exit the property and got stuck in the garden area with no way of getting back in. We had to climb over the railings at the exit to the parking to get out.

• Vernon (6/5): A good apartment in a good location for a short London stay. - The entry was a keypad on the door, we wasted time trying to open a physical key box that was also near the front door. The bath / shower combination was slippy - should have just had a shower in the main bathroom. There was also an intermittent water leak into the bathroom from the property above which we had to use most of the towels to soak up.

Great communication from the property :) The only thing I would say is please update to a smart tv as other places now have smart tv and makes all the difference, also the the window in the living room has no blinds for privacy

• Crabtree (10/5): - Lovely apartment, bright and airy, apart from the floors everything was clean and tidy The only issue was the remote for the TV didnt work, we changed the batteries but alas the only buttons that worked was on and Netflix any other button to select, volume, channels didnt work. Not a major issue as apart from sleeping we only spent 2hrs awake in there. Floors were sticky too

• Adam (1/5): - Leaving What an absolute disgrace of a stay. The moment we walked into the apartment, we were hit with a violent stench of cannabis that was so strong it was genuinely sickening. Whoever stayed here before must have been smoking nonstop, because the entire place reeked. We had no choice but to sleep with the windows wide open all night just to breathe — which meant dealing with nonstop London traffic noise. Between the overpowering smell of cannabis, the bright streetlights shining straight through the flimsy blinds, and the constant noise, getting any sleep was impossible. It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable nights I’ve ever had. What made it even worse was the attitude of the staff. When we called to report the issue, they acted like they couldn’t care less. They claimed no one smokes in their apartments — which is laughable, because the smell in ours was absolutely lethal. This place is a complete joke. Not pleasant, not comfortable, not worth a single penny. We will never stay here again, and I strongly warn others to avoid it unless you want the same disgusting experience.

• Thomas (7/5): Good value convenient and central modern apartment but in need of a decor refresh. - Contemporary apartment with lots of space and easy access. Central to Greenwich and the O2. Great coffee shops and pubs nearby. ID verification system was frustrating. Decor is tired, broken blinds, oak flooring had lots of moisture damage. Complimentary refreshments and toiletries were poorly stocked.
• owen (10/5): HYBRID RESI TO THE RESCUE - We let down by our previously booked apartment at 8 cutter lane. We had travelled down and was an hour from check in when 8 cutter lane cancelled our booking- clearly rented it out for more money. Hybrid Resi came to rescue, slightly further out from the O2 but walkable, clean, tidy and spacious. Shops nearby and quiet. Excellent service unlike 8 Cutter Lane who messed us around and left us stranded. Nothing, 10/10

You could hear the noise from outside and also checkout is at 10 am and was charged £30! Until 12 which I thinks it’s daylight robbery , if I know most likely wouldn’t have booked
