• Antonio (1/5): - Nulla, perché la struttura non esiste Una volta ricevuto il bonifico in anticipo, la struttura è scomparsa dal circuito booking e gli host mon hanno più risposto né ai messaggi né alle chiamate. Giunto sul posto ho constatato che la struttura non esiste. Ho avviato, già dal 12 aprile le pratiche per il rimborso tramite booking e sono ancora in attesa.

• Francesco (1/5): - non c'era nessuno presso la struttura , nessuno ha risposto alle numerose chiamate telefoniche, mail, messaggi effettuate nei giorni precedenti per avere informazioni , nonostante le vostre rassicurazioni non abbiamo potuto soggiornare nella struttura costringendoci e trovare una sistemazione di emergenza con costi molto differenti a quelli della offerta . dovreste prendere le distanze da questa struttura .

• p2512 (7/5): - The location of the house, the size of the rooms, and the fact that there were 2 bathrooms were very convenient. There could be a bit more kitchen equipment. Also, there were already broken items in the house. The extra bed was extremely hard; an adult couldn't possibly sleep on it.

• Andrei (5/5): - The location was very good The floor was quite cold. Some parts of the apartment require refurbishment. The check-in for 7 persons was 93€, which has not been specified when booking, plus each person needed 3 pictures of passport plus while holding the passport. There was no baby cot available, even though we specified we needed one. Also being on the 4th floor without a lift is not that comfortable. All in all, try to avoid this place, it looks worse in reality.

• Guest (10/5): Very nice stay in Rome - The appartement is really nice, the rooms are big they each have a AC unit a TV and nice decor. The walls are high and the appartement felt fancy. There were two bathrooms which is definitely a + for big families, the location is good it’s 10min walk from the metro or 25min walk to the center. Very close to Vatican City. There is a little grocery store 2 min walk and a really really good gelateria/cafe 2min walk right down the street. Very good overall for a trip to Rome The host was very nice, answered our messages and requests. The Check in and check out was autonomous and very simple. The building didn’t have an elevator but it didn’t bother us considering how nice the apartment was. Beware there is no living room, the common area is the kitchen. The rooms however are big enough to hangout in. Overall would recommend !

• Annachiara (1/5): - è una recensione un po' lunga da fare data la complessità del nostro caso. in 7 amici decidiamo di trascorrere qualche giorno a Roma e ci adoperiamo per cercare un appartamento che potesse ospitarci tutti. spinti soprattutto dalle buone recensioni decidiamo di affidarci questa struttura. quando arriviamo, all'incirca un'ora e mezza prima dell'orario del check in, il proprietario ci fa il favore di farci accedere prima del previsto alla casa. pochi secondi prima che ci arrivassero le istruzioni per accedervi, sale un ragazzo addetto alle pulizie per fotografare il lavoro che aveva svolto all'interno della casa. lo aspettiamo, poi ci lascia entrare e ci augura una buona permanenza. apro una parentesi doverosa: solo al momento del check in, dopo aver pagato, ci siamo resi conto che la casa fosse ubicata al quarto piano. una volta sistemate le valigie ognuno nella propria camera, iniziano a emergere dei dati di mancata pulizia e cura dell'appartamento. una molletta di una bambina sotto una poltroncina, lenzuola sporche, casa impolverata, condizionatori che emanavano un odore spregevole (muffa), una lampada che non aveva le antennine della presa. a quel punto decidiamo di chiamare il proprietario, il quale risponde immediatamente e ci manda quasi subito tre ragazzi a ripulire casa. abbiamo molto apprezzato il gesto e anche la gentilezza dei lavoratori, ma resta il fatto che abbiamo trovato la situazione un po' surreale e che ci è costata tutto il pomeriggio. successivamente, ci rendiamo conto che uno dei due bagni non scarica. di nuovo, chiamiamo il proprietario per avvisarlo e dice che si sarebbe adoperato il giorno dopo. difatti all'indomani il problema è stato risolto.

• Emerita (7/5): Nice close to Vatican and St Peters - It was spacious and the host was pretty attentive to our requests It didn’t indicate that it was on the 4th flour and we had two people with knee and hip issues we knew if was not on the ground floor but it need to specify that is in the 4th flour

• David (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent. Amenities perfect. The extra beds in each of the three rooms were really hard and small. It would have taken a small topper to make them more pleasant. Note there are no lifts, and the apartment is on the 4th floor.

• Nina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and beautiful, the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms which is great for big groups. Everything was very clean and there were more that enough towels and pillows. The insulation on the windows is awesome and ensures a good night sleep. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is a great breakfast and coffee place 2 minutes walk, where we went every morning Lo Sfilatino, which also has lunch. Vatican is nearby and you can walk to there. Check-in and finding the apartment is very easy and the host is very kind and quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend booking this apartment to anyone. Great price, very cheap for location and everything provided. The stay exceeded our expectations!
• Mateusz (10/5): If the price seems affordable to you, rent this flat, but if you have elderly or disabled people, the stairs will be ver - - Comfortable, large flat. - Well equipped and clean. - Smart TV in every room. - Good double beds. - Modern check-in system. - Location is good, within 5-10 minutes walk you have restaurants, shops, ice cream place, pharmacy etc. - The Italian floors are probably 3.5m high. This means that you have as many stairs as you would normally have to climb to the 6th floor. - It's worth making sure you let your landlord know how many beds you need ready to sleep, and how many towels you want for guests.

• Sandeep (1/5): Wouldnt go again - Liked that we only had to stay 2 days. It doesn't tell you that there are 4 or 5 floors to climb with no lift. If you have elderly people, pls avoid this place. The building is pretty old. Inside the house it's renovated. In my opinion it's not worth the price.

• R (10/5): Exceptional - Host responded quickly to messages. Very clean and spacious. The description of the apartment is accurate—it is on the fourth floor with no lift. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with mobility issues, as even for those without, the stairs were quite challenging.
