• Ratnawanty (5/5): Not really satisfied with the service for the price we paid. - Near to city. Our request not granted. Our child been separated from us. Not even the same floor but separate building next to main building. Bed also too stiff. Not really comfortable.

• Relax needed (5/5): Nice stay but misleading - Big rooms and clean. Quiet. No locks to toilet cum bathroom. It's a big bathroom but having 1 lighting on one side is too dark. This is the first time fridge were not provided in my room. Parking is horrible as there are cafe, restaurants and food court under the same management. It's either closed or not open when we need to have a meal. The restaurant ate open from the evening and cars will park or double park at the fading lines. Due to the restaurants high ceiling. The staircase will be slightly uncomfortable for the elderly. Unless you opted for the family room at the other end of the block. A small lif will be provided.

• Slyvester (9/5): Great value for muneh! - I like the room is comfy. Every amenities available is good. Location is naisu since it is close to Delta Mall. There are restaurants and a food court in the same row of building. Staff is friendly. The bed a bit stiff, otherwise, no complains here.

Complained about the loud neighbours banging the door and shouting at the hallway (which happened almost 3hr straight), but no actions were taken. But, the room was clean. The AC works well. The bed was nice. It was all pleasant except that one particular commotion. Definitely worth the value.

• Ariff (10/5): Although the hotel is inexpensive, the services are excellent. - really tidy, and the staff is really helpful. 1. We requested early check-in because we came early. The staff did everything they could to get us a room fast. 2. Extremely receptive. requested a second towel and an ironing board. The personnel sent it to our room in less than 5 minutes. 3. The bathroom and room are clean. 4. Close to "kedai runcit," Starbucks, the bus station, and a shopping complex. There is no road noise because the main road is nearby but not too close.
