• Barbora (5/5): - 3minúty chôdze od stanice metra,kúsok od centra,neďaleko hlavnej stanice Termini.byt dostatočne veľký,balkón,ktorý sme my ale nestihli využiť,lebo sme boli cele dni vonku 😊 Na prikrytie boli len veľmi tenučké plachty,bolo nám v noci zima,určite by sme ocenili možnosť dať si deku,ale nebola k dispozícii. Sprchový kút s plesňou,kopec vodného kameňa,zle zatvárateľné dvere na sprchovom. Vypadávali kľučky na dverách do kúpeľne a jednej izby. Zlomené opierky na stoličkách. Špinavé zásuvky na skrini pod TV.koberec už pri príchode veľmi špinavý,akoby ho dlho nikto nevysával

• Stephanie (8/5): Goed maar kon beter - Perfecte locatie, veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Ook veel horeca en winkels in de omgeving. Er leek niet goed schoongemaakt te zijn. Ook was er ongedierte in de keukenkastjes.
• Brenda (8/5): Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Muy buena ubicación - Muy amable el propietario. Muy cómodo el lugar. Y la ubicación excelente, a 15 min a pie de casi todos los monumentos y de la estación central. La ducha no funcionaba del todo bien.
• María Elizabeth (8/5): Muy bien!! - La chica que nos recibió era muy muy muy amable y simpática y se esforzaba en cambiar de idiomas para hablar con cada uno🤩🙏🏻🫶🏻. También el apartamento es más grande de lo que tenía en mente. La ubicación es muy buena, y tiene aire acondicionado. El baño necesita limpieza profunda en azulejos y piso.

• Nikhil (5/5): - Flat was on good location, it is clean, amenities are good owner of this place is very arrogant, he charged us 20€ just because we were 60mins late for check in , he was like I have work to do blah blah n all if you're running a place that too is your work , he gives you 13:00 to 14:00 only 1 hour for check in and if you're just 15 mins late after 14:00 he will charge you 10€ for every 15 mins delay , and even i informed him that I will be there at 3pm then too he charged, think twice thrice before you book this place

• Helen (8/5): Bargain apartment with great location!! - Great price for the centre of Rome very close to the train station. We easily explored Rome and was able to order Ubers just outside. Host was informative and gave clear instructions. Very spacious. Good internet. Netflix Disney etc. nice balcony, cool apartment but also have air conditioning. Plenty of storage for clothes. Host provided bathroom products, coffee pods and other items. No electric kettle

• Ofir (4/5): Disappointing - - The house guest isn't nice - Every hour past 2pm to arrive, there's a penalty price paid only in cash to the owner - The apartment is totally unmaintained - Kitchen silverware seems to be centuries old - You have to manually drain a bucket of water after turning on the air conditioning

• Aylin (6/5): Convenient but customer service unprofessional - The facilities were satisfactory and the location was convenient, I must express some concerns about the service. The staff, unfortunately, did not meet the level of professionalism I have come to expect. Before arriving at hotel, I found their demeanor came across as less than friendly, which affected the overall experience of my stay. I believe that customer service plays a crucial role in hospitality, and a more welcoming attitude would greatly enhance the guest experience at this otherwise well-appointed hotel. • Ignacio (5/5): Passable - The place. The staff. A person who looks like they don't want to be asked anything. Very bad attitude when talking and really bad character In my trip through Italy he was by far the worst housekeeper.
• Dhurata (8/5): Great location for sightseeing Rome! - Location - it beats everything else in the apartment. You could walk everywhere and not waste time with public transport. Spacious apartment! The owner was respectful and patiently took the time to explain how everything works in the apartment! It’s not a deal breaker- but if possible the checkout perhaps be at 11:00 instead of 10:00.

• Rodney (1/5): DIRTY appartment, RUDE host - DIRTY APPARMENT: dust and hairs everywhere you looked; mildew around the shower enclosure; grime on every shelf of the fridge; one dirty teapot on the cooker with rotten milk remains; no trash bags provided; ... Should I cointinue? Just look at the pictures I have unploaded or read those reviews which state the same. RUDE HOST: just read the reviews. Very impolite and uppity person, which answers boorishly every review in an attempt to lessen clients credibility. To the HOST: not sure if you know what a host is or what we (as clients) expect when booking an appartment. Guessing you have many things to learn, (not just as a host) even as a person living in society. I read your reply to my review, where you wrote "the guy was as apprehensive as a little girl with 3000 stupid questions". Sorry, darling, but if you haven't learned yet what politeness is, then you are not prepared to live in society. If you can't stand a client asking questions, why do you rent an appartment? Why don't you live in a cave and argue with yourself? Whatsmore, if you want indecently to make money renting a filthy appartment, then be prepare to deal with "little girls with 3000 stupid questions". Lots of kisses ;)

• Brad (1/5): Bad - We were at the property from 2:50- 3:16 and host didn't show. He was very rude in the emails and he said check-in no later than 3 pm. He also wouldn't give us a phone number to call him. We had already paid for the nights stay. So we had to find other lodging. We used booking .com for our other nights and our hosts were accommodating. We feel we deserve a refund!

• Suhad (1/5): I stayed one week in Italy in 3 different apartments, this was the worst and I don’t recommend it at all especially for - Only the location First the staff is very non friendly nonprofessional, he didn’t welcome us at all, gives instructions as if he is giving orders, I think he has no experience in tourism and how to welcome tourists. It was cold at night and no single blanket in the apartment we had to cover ourselves with the towels.
• Sophie (10/5): great flat with all you could want, great location - the flat is beautiful with a lovely balcony and fully functional kitchen with cooking supplies such as pots, pans and crockery. the ceilings are high and the 2 rooms are a decent size with storage built in. the location is great, less than 30 minutes walk from the train station. It was a 20 min walk to the trevi fountain, and the same from the flat to the spanish steps. 25 minute scooter ride to the colosseum which i would recommend :) the check in between 1-3pm was not a big window and wasnt particularly convenient so we had to send an advance team in our group to travel early in the day to arrive in time as it is normal to be able to check into a hotel in the evening. we were warned of the time for check in to be fair to the host so we did make it in time which is good, just please be aware of the time to arrive
• Michaela (10/5): Exceptional - There were no problems during our stay so we highly recommend this accomodation.🙂 The place is located near to underground station and is pretty close to Trevi's fountain. We were really satisfied and the host was friendly.🙂
• Pawel (6/5): Pleasant - Fantastic location for relatively very little money in central Rome, we managed to see all major attactions and most amazing little corners of this magnificent city by foot with 3 children. But this is where good ends. The "host" should be named in this case "hostile" One of the most unpleasant person I've ever met and definietly most unpleasant Italian we met, nearly spoiling for us entire teip. Firstly he insisted for me to be on location to the minute ( traveling from UK, via Napels!) as he doesnt have time to wait for me, when i asked him "is he seriously expecting me to know to the minute when i will be under his door with 3 kids traveling to new country from UK" he told (day before we were flying there) to find something else as he doesnt have time to rude people... Flat was already paid for in full... i literally had to convice him and apologise just not to ruin trip for my family... And then on the day, he left us waiting on the street thinking for nearly an hour that we has been scammed for money as he didnt show up on time, provided false phone number to booing.com, so unreachable and wasnt replying to my messages. I was already nearly booking another accommodation just to not end up on the street with 3 kids, when eventually he showed up, not even appologies, rude and visibly unrespectfu to me and my family, not treating us as his customers, but pests that he has to deal with... i dont understand what person like you looking for in hosting business... good luck with that as you are going to need it. With little work on such great location flat and some manners, this would be fully booked all year long. In the meantime flat was dirty, with bugs in kitchen untensils, very poorly equipped and simply very poorly managed. But i could live with that for this money in this location. What i could not live with under no circumstances is the "host" Avoid
