Si trova in una piccola palazzina molto silenziosa di fronte al fiume. La posizione è perfetta, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e dai negozi. Marika è stata molto disponibile e gentilissima. Grazie per tutto, torneremo sicuramente. Super consigliato!

• SonilaH (9/5): - The apartment was very nice, the beds were comfortable! The bathroom was big and the flooring at the entrance of apartment and the bathroom had heating which made it comfortable entering, considering outside was freezing😅. The second bedroom did not have a door. So for grown up kids was not very comfortable. And the check-in was very late. We had to rent a space to store our luggage for those 3 hours.
• Citypcsb (10/5): - Excellent location with beautiful surroundings. The house is spotless, comfortable, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended. Suggest adding a wall clock and a power socket near the mirror for using a hair dryer.
• Annunziata (7/5): Posto centrale e caldo - Calda e centralissima. Aveva anche un posto auto. La casa è dotata di tutto. Molto molto pulita e l’accoglienza molto dolce La casa è molto piccolina, soprattutto il bagno , non avere niente per appoggiare le cose non è comodissimo. Massimo 2 adulti e 1 bambino perché diventa tutto troppo piccolo. Anche il fatto di nn avere un armadio grande nn è una cosa semplice

Our beds were made and i think it was new because the pan was not suitable for the stove so he brought another one quickly It was small, so it is not great for a long stay, we only spend one night there

• Ishanka (10/5): Good value for money just by the center of Rovaniemi - Location was very nice just by the river and yet only 5 mins walk to the center. Staff was super supportive. Handing over the keys went super fine without any delays or anything. All facilities were great. Communication from the host was very clear and helpful.

• Patrícia Carla (9/5): Muito agradável! - Muito organizado, limpo e super decorado, além dos espaços perfeitos, paisagem vista da sala e banheiro de tirar o fôlego e anfitriões muito solícitos e atenciosos! Travesseiros muito fino e pequeno; faltou máquina de lavar e secar; e disponibilizar mais uma toalha de banho para cada hóspede. Porém não foram fatores para não gostarmos, porque a acomodação no geral era ótima!

La casa muy bonita y practica Marika fue súper amable, (perdimos el vuelo y me ofreció una noche extra a mitad de precio para recuperar No puedo poner pegas todo fue correcto, si acaso , por decir algo,...q entraba luz en las habitaciones porq no había cortinas y no funcionaba la lavadora. Nada reseñable.

• 倚萩 (10/5): 空間很適合兩人居住，溫馨、格局很好、早上窗戶能看到雪景，非常適合喝杯咖啡欣賞雪景。 - 乾淨的廚房、漂亮的環境、10分鐘即可到達聖誕老人的辦公室、地理位置很好，走幾分鐘就能到百貨公司。

• Muharrem Refati (7/5): Location was nice. Everything else not. - It was cozy , the decoration was nice . the best thing for us was the location ,was near the arctic circle . They didnt change or offer u clean sheets and towels even tho they ofered it in their facilities . we asked them for it and after saying that they dont offer it they said they would charge us 50€ for the maid to change it and clean around for us and even when we asked only for the sheets qnd towels she said the price will be same for no reason . I dont understand how they think that u are supposed to stay for a long time with only a pair of sheets and towels so unsanitaty . The appliancies some didnt work and some wee gery dirty and old , the kitchen was sticky not cleaned well . The host was nice at first but very not helpful when it came to our basic request for our stay . Also the beds were comfortable but only bcs of the matters that there was above it ,below it was a dirty bed whicj really made us doubt about how clean was the place .

• Rebecca (10/5): Great location, warm and welcoming host and a clean, tidy space with a cosy feel and great views. - The property was exceptionally clean, well presented and had everything you needed for a short stay. The property is in a great location with a view of Candlestick bridge and the river - really beautiful. It was just down the road from angry birds park and a short walk to get into the main area of Rovaniemi. The host went out of her way to message and check everything was ok for arriving, she even went to the extent of sorting out a sledge for my little boy I thought the property was expensive but I know most places in Rovaniemi carry a similar price tag and we did stay over New Years Eve.
• XIAO (7/5): 客厅宽敞，睡床普通但也算舒适，卫生间设施一般，性价比不高 - 地理位置很好，客厅宽敞，厨房设备齐全。 卫生间条件比较简陋，洗手池很小，淋浴的地方洗发水和沐浴液只能放地上，毛巾粗燥质量差，换毛巾要另外收费，有洗衣机和烘干机但是不给客人用。客厅没有窗帘，所以在客厅活动没有隐私，外面路上可以看见屋内。

• Yasmin (10/5): An excellent stay. If you’re considering this apartment, don’t miss out; just book it! - Our host, Marieke, was hugely helpful. When I realised that I hadn’t confirmed my arrival time vis a vis collecting the key, she was immediately available on the phone and was with us within 15 minutes. I felt bad because I must have interrupted her evening, but she was so gracious and reassured me that she was there for me if I needed to call again. She sent a message to me to ensure all was well. A very caring, supportive host, who is genuinely interested in your having a wonderful time. A superb apartment with a beautiful view of the river and an enclosed terrace where you can wrap up and sit ‘outside’ to enjoy the winter cold and view the northern lights with a cosy environment just a door away.
• Rene (8/5): Nette Unterkunft - Sehr gute Lage! Restaurants und Schoppingmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ruhige Lage am Fluss. Uns wurde sogar kostenfrei ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus angeboten, obwohl der gar nicht beworben wurde. Zu dritt wird es schon recht eng. Für Pärchen ideal.

Також, допомогли інформативно, як краще добратися з аеропорту, чим доїхати до Санта парку. Рекомендую! Якщо приїдемо ще раз в Рованіемі, то обов'язково зупинимося тут.

La struttura non ha un parking dedicato, ma c’è solo un posto auto a disposizione per l’intero palazzo (per fortuna l’abbiamo trovato libero).

The room is very cozy and all the equipment such as coffee maker, hair dryer, cutlery, etc are provided, thus it is also suitable for someone who want to cook on their own. The owners of the apartment are very friendly and supportive. Definitely will come back and recommend to other guests.
