• JACQUELINE (10/5): Local tranquilo perto do agito de Roma - Localização bem próxima da fontana , pantheon , ruelas com lojas e restaurantes e ponto de taxi oficial., quarto silencioso. Não tivermos contato com staff , porem antes de irmos , explicou com videos e fotos como chegar e as senhas para abrir o quarto. , Nao tem elevador e tem uma escada ate o quarto . Quarto grande , box pequeno . So para alertar: o taxi te deixa ha 2 minutos do local , porque e uma rua fechada. A rua e de pedra. Achei o piso do box (chuveiro) , perigoso de escorregar.

The room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily, with a very comfortable bed and great storage. Barbara was an amazing host—so helpful and always available. If you want an authentic Roman experience, this is the place to be!

Endvidere en stor flaske vand. Det var en varm velkomst. Hver dag var der roomservice med nye håndklæder og redte senge. Den sidste dag stod en flaske olivenolie klar til os - dette var en afskedsgave.

• Hollie (6/5): Warm friendly welcome! Excellent location! Room tired and a little bit scruffy / grubby - The lady communicating with us was brilliant and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The location is also fantastic just one street away from the pantheon. We also appreciated the helpful information sent by Barbara before our stay and the video of how to find and access the property as lots of doors are the same. The air conditioning was a life saver! The property is on a busy street but unlike other reviews that wasn’t a concern for us and the shutters blocked lots of light so everything was great. We appreciated the Prosecco in the room and the mini bar prices were reasonable. The room surprised us when we first entered, as it didn’t look as polished or as modern as the images on the listing which showed more soft furnishings and flourishes. It felt like a tiled room with a bed. The walls are scuffed and tired, there was a bed missing from the room which even though was only 2 of us, was a requirement for us and a reason for booking that room. The missing bed showed up lots of marks on the wall and the room felt a little scruffy and empty / vast. The bathroom was grubby in the shower cubicle and smelt strongly of drains from the shower tray. The shower pressure unfortunately was also only a dribble however hot water was available and toiletries were available.

Desde el primer momento nos facilitaron vídeos para saber entrar al apartamento y estuvimos continuamente en contacto con ella. Cabe destacar que nos dejaban una botella de agua y otra de vino cortesía de alojamiento de bienvenida y además el último día nos dejaron una pequeña botella de aceite de muy buena calidad, por la que se tomaron además las molestias de dejarnos con el tamaño adecuado para poder llevarla en el avión Nada, el trato fue óptimo

Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia questo Natale ed e’ stato tutto impeccabile. La posizione strategica, tutto a portata di mano. Perfetta per poter visitare le bellezze della capitale a piedi e viversi in pieno ogni stradina ricca di cultura e di storia. E poi non posso non parlarvi della Signora Barbara, ci ha accolti sin da subito con estrema professionalità ed e’ stata super disponibile per tutto il soggiorno e nn posso che dirle Grazie 😊 Avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione,ma a breve so che lo faranno.

• Umut (6/5): - The location was perfect. Barbara was very sweet and helpfull The floor wasn’t very clean. Bring your own slippers because you don’t want to walk here with bare feet.. This is something the hotel owners can’t do anything about but there is SO NOISY. Like very very noisy!! It was very hard to sleep. There are seagulls on the roof, which you hear the whole night. The pictures look way better than the reality.

• SERAP (9/5): İdeal fiyata merkezi ve güzel bir seçim - Tesis Pantheonun arka sokaklarından birinde yer alıyor , 3 dakika yürüme mesafesi ve konumu çok iyi. Etrafında bir çok iyi restaurant ve iyi pastahaneler var. Nereye gitsek diye araştırmanıza gerek bile yok. Ben gitmeden çok araştırarak gitmiştim hiç gerek yokmuş:) Ekim ayında 10 yaşındaki oğlumla üç kişilik oda da kaldık , oda büyüklüğü ideal ve çok temiz. Bir apartmanda bir evin odaları kiralanıyor ama sistem çok iyi. Önce ortak kahve makinasının , misafir kitap ve haritalarının olduğu bir antreye 3 kapıdan ( 2 apartman kapısı & 1 daire kapısı) şifre ile geçerek giriyorsunuz sonrasında ise size ait odanın anahtarı var. Civar kalabalık ama güvenli. Bayan grubu bile güvenle burada kalabilir. Bizim gittiğimiz dönemde hava sıcaktı ve oda sıcaklığı idealdi. Tesisin işletmecisi Barbara çok kibar , yardımcı ve her zaman ulaşılabilir. Not: Otele hava alanından tren ile gelmek istediğinizde : kişi başı 14 euro ödeyerek Roma Termini istasyonuna gelip ordan da metroya binerek Spagna ( ispanyol mersivenleri) istasyonuna gelmeniz ordan da 10 dakika yürümeniz gerekiyor. Bunun yerine 3 kişi veya fazlası için taksiyi öneriyorum hava alanından otele 55 euro fixs tarife uygulanıyor. Otobüsü denemedim ama çok yakınlarında otobüs istasyonuda var. It strikes a nice balance between being central and peaceful. It’s a comfortable base for exploring the area at a relaxed pace.

There were a couple of maintenance issues, such as an electrical plug that was almost hanging out of the wall in our room. They were minor cons compared to the pros of the room, though.

• Ana (8/5): Great location, budget-friendly, and responsive building manager - Location, couldn’t be better. It was very silent when the streets were all busy and too loud. They do a very good job in keeping everything clean. The room was little hard to move around with no proper place to sit 2 large luggage. They do have a steep stairway to get in the room, which I don’t recommend for those who are not in good shape but I was informed before, so no problems with the stairs.

• Chris (10/5): A home-away-from-home in the historical center of Rome. Magical! - The location could not have been better! We were in the heart of Rome, surrounded by delicious places to eat, convenient shops, and history on all sides. It's only a few hundred feet from the Pantheon itself. While we were visiting, Europe was experiencing a heatwave, and the comfort and convenience (and the AC) of the room were a godsend. On top of it all, Barbara--the manager--and her staff were beyond helpful, supporting us with great dining recommendations, scheduling our taxi for check-out day, providing thoughtful arrival and parting gifts, and offering to help with a suitcase lost by the airline. There was nothing dissatisfying about our stay.

• Lewis (9/5): I would stay there again. - I liked that Barbara kept in touch with helpful information, even ordered a taxi for us. The hotel is exceedingly well located. Close to all the main sights in Rome. We were able to walk to all of them. Excellent security and room was quiet once we closed the window even there was noise outside. Very little space in bathrooms to put toiletries on.
• Dowtin (9/5): Great value! - This hotel was perfect for exploring Rome! It was centrally located and the perfect size for me and my friend. There is glass pickup on the street very early in the morning but all other sounds were blocked by the thick windows.

The door safety. 1) The pictures were looks totally different. 2) in the room no tea Ketel. it was in the common area you have to go there. very inconvenient.3) The curtain was so thin can not cover the out side street light . 4)The noise level is so high. as long the bars were open you can not sleep. we had early morning flight. 5) So many narrow stairs you have to carry your suitcase .6) The main door in the reception can not open fully so you have to enter through one door with bag pack it was tough. we are pretty short skinny people. 7) In the bathroom floor ( in the shower) it was very slippery you have to be very very careful. 8) the WIFI was so bad you can not log in more than two device & slow. 9) the price is too high.

Bathroom not clean and long black hairs all over the room. No smart tv so unable to watch Netflix etc, room was small and unclean. entrance is very unclean

It was very loud at night between the nightlife and birds screeching. This is not the fault of the hotel, but we didn’t sleep as well as we would have liked, even with white noise headphones. Barbara was amazing; very kind, responsive and helpful. Thank you for our stay.

• Ahn (8/5): Very good - The biggest advantages are its location very close to the Pantheon and the attentive hosts. I wish the water pressure from the shower hose was a little better. And this is something that is difficult to improve in a hotel, but there are still a lot of people outside at night, so if you are sensitive to noise, it can affect your sleep.

Barbara the host was most welcoming and provided impeccable service from providing clear instructions, food recommendations and calling us a taxi when needed. My only and smallest gripe was that the pillows were thin. Everything else was extremely pleasant
