• Christian (10/5): Very relaxing and comfortable, while being in the heart of Colombo - Location was in a safe neighborhood with lots of food options and markets nearby, and there was a very nice kitchen available with appliances to cook food. The house also had very nice A/C units and water heaters that made the stay very comfortable, along with a big flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. The owners were also very helpful and flexible with keys and other accommodations. Some more seating on the rooftop area would be a great addition.

All necessities are available by walking distance, it's not far from shopping areas either. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate, very helpful with everything and so is the caretaker. The area is quiet and has plenty of shops. The property is modernly equipped to European standards, which was a big plus. Efficient air conditioning.

The apartment''s style is modern and new. The place isn't far from the center of city. There is the place for parking car right next to the gate of apartment. Everything is in accordance with advertisement, without any doubt. I strongly recommend to rent this property. Nothing.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and the apartment is really nice, recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was available for communication and we were met at the property to be given the keys and shown around. It was a 10 minute walk to Wellawate train station and beach. Would stay again.
