• Juan Vicente (4/5): - Nada. Ni voy a volver ni lo voy a recomendar. Primeramente la atención de la Srta. Mayra; que no solo me faltó al respeto sino también me llegó a colgar el teléfono, dejándome con la palabra en la boca. Además, seguidamente, se atrevió a insinuar una especie de "maltrato" por mi parte; todo esto es más que inaceptable.
• Diana (9/5): Alojamiento cómodo - Tiene de todo y más y la terraza es increíble. El sofá es comodísimo y la comodidad de la plaza de garaje, un plus. Para acceder al edificio te dan un código que yo comprendo que no se de hasta la hora de entrada (obviamente), pero confirmamos hora de llegada y 10' más tarde se pusieron en contacto para indicarnos que para el checking teníamos que rellenar una plantilla de datos, fotos de DNI... no es la molestia de rellenar, es que creo que se puede hacer ese día por la mañana y facilitar las claves a la hora de entrada. No que estuvimos en la calle tras varias horas de viaje, cansados y con algo de frío delante de la puerta porque no habíamos tenido esta información antes y rellenar todo el formulario es tedioso sobre todo después del viaje. Algo sencillo de gestionar con antelación.

• Jose (10/5): Fallas 2026 - Nos hospedamos mis dos hijas mi mujer y Yo, por las Fallas, se encuentra en buen sitio, cerca de tiendas y el metro, tiene parking debajo del edificio, no es muy grande, pero tampoco se necesita más sitio, estuvimos como en casa, la cocina pequeña, pero tiene de todo, nos dejaron cápsulas de café y azúcar, para el desayuno. Si volviera lo volvería a cojer. Nada.
• Mariangeles (5/5): - La limpieza, cama de arriba bien, La ventana derecha no cierra bien, el sofá cama muy duro y las almohadas me levante con dolor de cuello, entra aire por la puerta terraza. Y se oye mucho los coches de avenida, la television esta a ras de suelo!!!

• Joana (7/5): Apartamentos cuco ideal para parejas - La claridad gracias a esos grandes ventanales. Que se empezaba a percibir ciertos deterioros (cables suelto encima del microondas y fuera en la terraza; puerta del baño se cerraba sola, signo de estar algo caída; sofá no se levantaba para que fuese una cama más grande, una cortina rota…), lo cual daba un poco de pena porque el apartamento en sí es muy cuco. Tampoco me gustó que estuviera tan cerca del estadio. Pero esto es fallo nuestro al elegirlo que coincidió que había un partido y pese al doble acristalamiento se escuchaba bastante, a los peques les costó algo dormirse 😰.

• Luis (8/5): great location - Heating system feels only upstairs so the kids sleeping down stairs were a bit cool and we on the top a bit too hot, also the door had this tech system that give you the impression that wasn´t fully shut from outside if you compare it with the videos of that system online

• Veronica (6/5): Opinion - El sitio muy limpio y bonito, la ubicación muy buena ya que queríamos algo cerca del estadio. El aire acondicionado no calentaba todo el apartamento ya que solo se encuentra instalado en la parte alta con lo que si lo subías mucho para calentar la parte de abajo, los que duermen arriba se achicharran y si no lo subes los de abajo se congelan.
• TaNia (6/5): - El apartamento muy bien , buenas vistas , limpio , todo correcto , estuvimos muy bien . Por decir alguna mejora … hacía mucho frío y a pesar de que tiene calefacción , en la parte de arriba ( que es por donde sale el aire ) hacía mucho calor y no llegaba suficiente a la parte de bajo . Aún así, buena comunicación con el anfitrión en todo momento , buen sitio rodeada de restauración , y el apartamento bonito y limpio . Volveremos.!

• Jose maria (8/5): - La ubicación y el estilo del apartamento estaba muy bien (techos altos) Moderno. Limpio y cómodo. Tiene plancha, secador de pelo, toallas, gel y champu asi como nevera y menaje. Maquina de café de capsulas con bienvenida de café y agua. Todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Tiene parking aunque no lo usamos pq no lo sabiamos hasta entrar en el piso y ver las llaves dentro. Algo ruidoso al estar pegado a la carretera y ser un piso bajo. Mucha luminosidad si lo que quieres es dormir, por contra si quieres aprovechar el dia y madrugar sería ideal. El check in a las 16 h es tarde(aunque a nosotros nos daba igual pq entrábamos mas tarde pero puede ser un hándicap negativo) El check out temprano (11 h) Ni 24 h de estancia. Para un apartamento del tamaño que tiene 5 horas entre Check in y check out es demasiado tiempo. Para 2 ideal, para 4( el sofá cama sería justo, para niños si) La información de entrada (códigos de acceso, wifi...) algo tardíos. No habría que pedirlos. Tendrian que enviarse nada más finalizar el check in online..
• Nova (1/5): Never again - Het was schoon Het gordijn was stuk, waardoor alles wat dit appartement aantrekkelijk maakte ineens verviel. Meteen laten weten, werd later pas op gereageerd. Volgens de staff kon de concierge niet, wat me pas de volgende ochtend verteld werd. In plaats van gigantisch raam zaten we ineens in een witte box. Aangegeven dat er een compensatie moest zijn voor dit.Hun oplossing "korting op een volgend verblijf" Beddengoed was synthetisch. Buurt zou ik niet nog eens in willen verblijven. Eerlijk, helemaal k. Never again.
• Anna (7/5): tres moyen, passable pour une ou deux nuits - appartement situé au premier etage d une residence à côté du stage. propreté OK lits faits mais confort à revoir accès libre via code capsules de café mises à disposition photos vendeuses mais personne pour nous accueillir. La personne ne parlait pas anglais donc on a communiqué via Whatshapp. Aucune instruction dans l'appartement. Pas de wifi. Nous avons demandé pour qu on nous apporte un routeur. Le store ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de le remonter. Bruit de la route intense, difficile de dormir. Il y avait apparemment un parking mais malgré des messages whatshapp, aucune information recue donc pas d'accès au parking
• Eileen (1/5): Extremely poor with less than polite communication - Not a lot It was very difficult to find, we were late in getting in and had to phone then after 4 to get the entry code and details. The lights on the balcony were hanging off the wall, the chairs on the balcony were broken, the tv and tv control did not work. Broken tiles on the balcony. They say there is a parking place but no details at all of how to access. Bear wires in the kitchen. The blind did not work and when we messaged to them know we were told they had informed us which they had not. When we replied to say we had no messages to that effect they sent a threatening message to say they would come and get the key. We have videos of the defective blind and all the defects.
• Karl (7/5): i defininetly wont be staying there again when im in valencia - Owner was communicative when the free cancelation was still valid then when cancelletion time was over owner was really uncomunicative, no replies on booking.com or whatsapp, had to CALL him through whatsapp because he just wouldnt reply. first was like we'll do our best when i put in time of arrival at 00:00am, implying that there is a chance he might not accomodate us. he gave me then pin at 7:00pm when on earlier messages he said at 1:00pm. so leaving us thinking about the property all day & if it's gonna be a smooth stay. sofa bed was uncomfortable with no sheets or pillows, might as well put a proper bed. tv was smart but the smart features didnt work. no netflix, no youtube, only Spanish channels . Also, really loud road noise, you can hear cars all the time passing by and if you're a light sleeper they may wake you up. Blinds did not work so no view. sofa bed is uncomfortable, loud road noise and TV barely worked. Not in city centre & in the middle of like a highway. blinds did not work

• Crirossa (7/5): - Appartamento ben organizzato, cucina ben attrezzata. Vi era anche la lavatrice e ci è stato fornito anche il detersivo. Inoltre c'erano anche stendino e aspirapolvere. Appartamento nei pressi del centro commerciale e parcheggio privato. Ho prenotato questo appartamento per la luminosità (come si intuiva dalle foto sul sito), ma la tenda della finestra più grande era rotta e non si tirava su rendendo l'appartamento buio. C'erano solo 3 sedie e noi eravamo in 4, lo abbiamo fatto presente allo staff, ma non hanno risolto il problema. Inoltre il pavimento era sporco, pieno di capelli e briciole. Le lenzuola fornite per il divano letto erano solamente da una piazza.
• Nicola (5/5): Valencia Stupenda!!!!! - L'appartamento è molto bello e devo dire che avere un centro commerciale sotto casa con supermercato annesso è molto comodo. La cucina ben attrezzata e tutto ben pulito e profumato. Il wi-fi molto poco funzionante. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che solo appena siamo entrati nell'appartamento ci è stato comunicato che la tenda del finestrone non si tirava su perché rotta quindi per tutti il soggiorno non abbiamo potuto godere ne della luce ne della visuale... peccato perché è il punto di forza dell'appartamento. Gli abbiamo poi comunicato che c'erano solo 3 sedie e noi eravamo in quattro, sapevano anche questo ma nonostante ciò non ci è stata portata nessuna sedia e abbiamo dovuto mangiare seduti sul divano. Abbiamo pagato l'alloggio il 19 Agosto e siamo arrivati li il 4 settembre e nonostante fossero a conoscenza delle problematiche non hanno provveduto ad altra sistemazione, anzi ci hanno suggerito di annullare noi tramite booking la prenotazione e poi loro ce ne avrebbero trovata un'altra neanche nell'immediato. Non ci siamo fidati. Basterebbe essere più chiari ed onesti
• Begoña (6/5): Correcto pero poco funcional para familias - Espacio moderno, parking privado y zona tranquila cerca de todo en coche Pocas explicaciones del personal que gestiona el piso. Éramos cuatro y sólo teníamos tres sillas, muy poco mobiliario para colocar nuestras cosas, el parking muy muy estrecho. La maneta del balcón no cerraba bien y la persiana central que daba a un cristalera grande no subía, de lo cual nos avisaron en ese momento. Avisé de las carencias y no solventaron nada. Tuve que sentarme en un butacon de terraza por falta de silla. Demasiado minimalista la verdad

• Hasan (7/5): Belle appartement mais pourrait être mieux entretenu. - Joli appartement avec place de parking privé La conciergerie pas organisé, nous avons dû appeler 3 fois avant d’avoir les codes. Couette sale avec tache, porte baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas bien et store qui ne s’ouvre pas de tout le séjour donc pas la vue comme présenté sur photo. Lave vaisselle qui sentait le poisson avec aliment dedans.

• Ross (5/5): Our stay was just okay at the Beach Valencia Arenas - We were travelling by car and booked this property because it had secure parking on site, which was exactly what we wanted. There is a shopping centre next door with every type of shop and plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. The access to public transport was good and the stops were easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was tricky to find because of the one-way system in the area. When I rang the contact number, the person who answered (I think it was the cleaner) told me to wait 10 minutes and hung up. The check-in instructions were non-existent, and there needed to be more information on accessing the parking garage or where to park before checking in. There were keys in the apartment for accessing the garage, but their purpose needed to be explained. It was only because we met another couple staying in the building and told us what to do that we managed to park our car and use the lift to the parking level from the complex. Our apartment was facing the road, and one of the windows did not shut properly, so the traffic made it very noisy all night. The security code to access the apartment was very simple and did not leave us feeling good when we went out, leaving our belongings behind. There was not enough hot water, and what was there was tepid at best.
• Victor (8/5): Very good - Nice big terrace! Awesome big windows, beautiful 2-floor apartments, nice furniture, nice kitchen cutlers, plates, pans. Close to the tram station. Ideal for a short stay IMO. The door lock does not work, even though you have the door key when get into the apartment, you can't close the door with that key. The door is automatically locked when you close it, but you can't turn the lock to actually lock it. Even from the inside, you don't have any way to close the door with an extra lock. The kitchen is not convenient, there's a step in front of you so you can't stop closer and always try to stretch a bit, really stupid design solution, especially when you need to clean something that dropped on that step. But the kitchen furniture is great though. Very noisy closet doors in the bedroom, so much bad noise that you even don't want to open them during the daytime. It was very windy days during the stay, so it was difficult to sit on the terrace. Not clear enough instructions about the parking spot, it seems like no way to get the parking from inside the building. It would be great to have it written somewhere on a list in the apartment.
