Si tienes presupuesto muy bajo puede ser una opción a valorar. Hay varios restaurantes muy buenos cerca y estación de metro. La cama no estaba mal. Sinceramente, no recomiendo venir aquí a no ser que vayáis muy tirados. Si realmente queréis no gastar tampoco es horrible, pero que sepáis que os metéis en un sitio con muchos defectos. Se comparte ducha/baño, lo de que son privados está mal puesto en el anuncio. Huele mucho a comida cuando alguien cocina algo, se esparce por todo el edificio. Se escucha literalmente todo lo de las habitaciones de al lado.

Fire alarm made an intermittent beep every 10 seconds which kept me awake at night. - Kai (1/5): Avoid under all circumstances. - Nothing. The room absolutely REEKED of sweat, think heavily used gym. The first night was so bad that it was impossible to sleep. The owner/contact just shrugged it off and said there are no other rooms available after ignoring my complaint for several hours. Overall it was also extremely dirty, the wall had stains on the paint all around the bed, especially the head end. The Shower on my floor was defect and only delivered ice cold water. I had to use a shower on a different floor. The house seems to have next to no isolation and the bed was in a corner where both walls faced the outside, leading to the cold leaking in.

Finding places in London which both get you a private room and aren't located like 10 km away from the centre can be hard to find. I thought it was a nice and clean place especially for UK standards. Simple to contact the hosts on WhatsApp. Having a kitchen to use feels convenient, especially if you were staying a little longer. Stairs are pretty steep, so if you're traveling with heavy luggage, you might suffer a bit. I suppose some might consider it a little noisy, the noises from other rooms and especially the bathroom carried through, although personally I wasn't really bothered by it. You can't exactly call it cheap from a lot of countries' POV, but alas, it's in London, things are rarely cheap.

On the very same day, I wrote them and they told me that is not possible and they doubt they told me, telling me that I am liar. Well, I am the customer so why should I do that? I took the baggage and went to a city locker. Same price and way more comfortable for the position.

- Claire (2/5): Very poor room with mould on the wall and window, complaint raised. - The location is good. I was able to take direct bus into where I need to work at. The room was very poor. The wall next to my bed had mould on it. The window wasn't cleaned and it has dirt or mould on the window frames. As a result of the mould, the room smelled terrible. I arrived late night so had no choice but stay there. I booked a few days and had to stay in office until 11pm to just go back and sleep as the room was really bad that I can't stay a moment more in it. I've took photos and videos of the place and raised a complaint against the property as the quality of the room is so poor that it's not fit to live in, nevermind the price that was charged.

It's my right to get all of it back because we did not sleep in there. Horrible! Upon our punctual arrival, as previously arranged, we encountered a room that had clearly not been cleaned or tidied since the departure of the previous guests. The level of dirt and disarray upon arrival was so unacceptable that a comfortable stay was out of the question. What was particularly frustrating was that the host only notified the cleaning staff after our arrival, assuring us that they would arrive shortly. Unfortunately, despite extended waiting, the cleaning staff did not appear. This lack of diligence on the part of the staff compelled us to leave the accommodation. I expect an immediate refund for this unacceptable experience, as we were forced to vacate the room due to intolerable conditions. Such conditions are in no way reflective of the standards one should expect when booking a room. Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that my stay did not meet the expectations that I, as a paying guest, had. Firstly, I was informed that a cleaning service was included as part of my booking, which, regrettably, was not provided, causing considerable inconvenience. Furthermore, I discovered that the entire amount for my reservation was deducted, even though I had to find alternative accommodation elsewhere on short notice. According to my understanding, the host was supposed to cover the difference between my original booking and the spontaneous one. However, this did not occur, and I feel extremely unfairly treated in this matter. The lack of transparency and the failure to deliver on promised services have led to significant dissatisfaction on my part. As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to expect reasonable service and fair conditions. Additionally, I also spoke with the representatives of the second hotel, and they confirmed that I am entitled to a full refund. I request that you promptly investigate this matter and provide me with an explanation for
- Philipp (1/5): Probably the most dreadful room I ever stayed in. Charging £100 for this is ridiculous. - It was very central. It was a tiny dirty room with a filthy shared shower room and shared kitchen. The window was blocked by scaffolding and the curtain old and yellowed.

We were there for a week visiting London, we would leave early in the morning and come back late at night. The room was in order, fairly clean and most importantly it was warm. The bed was comfortable. There was a wardrobe with hangers and although we only found out the last night, in the first drawers they provided a hairdrier and a plug adapter. We also had a tv. The bathroom was reallyyy tiny but functional and we could tell it was cleaned everyday (although i'd clean it a bit better). The shower was hot but sometimes you would get cold water suddenly and then it would go back to hot. We did not really use the kitchen but if you bring food back with you know that there are utensils and you can heat your food. WIFI worked fast. The location is perfect for visiting London and the neighbourhood is lively and there are a lot of shops and restaurants. The bathroom doors are really loud and there isnt really much privacy because both the door and the window are only covered by a coloruful sticker for glass (outside our window there were workers and they could see in the bathroom). the cleaning was okay in the room but a bit more dusting and hoovering would do no harm. Lastly, THE WALLS ARE REALLY THIN. You can hear everything going on in the other rooms. EVERYTHING. so you can't always get a proper rest, but this also depends on how respecful the other guests are. (we would also suggest to add mirrors in the rooms).

- Joanne (4/5): Not for single lady traveller - Communication was good with the owner Very basic room, no desk lamp only ceiling lamp. No tv. Dirty window and scaffolding outside bedroom window which made me feel unsafe as window lock seems broken and curtain didn't reach across the whole window. There was a small flimsy hook lock on the bathroom door. Everything looked shabby. As a single traveller I felt very unsafe in this area as seen it has high crime in area. If I'd known this I wouldn't have booked it. Had to stay elsewhere for 2nd night. It may be OK for some but it needs some basic upgrading and decorating to make it decent. Don't advise single lady to stay here.

There were dust and hairs on the floor. Other than that, room was okay. Toilet also was old but fine. Working. Just, a locker for the door would be nice.

- Piotr (5/5): Passable - The location is good. Wifi was working well enough to work. Bed was as hard as rocks. The heating was set on the boiler to 17C. I changed it myself but majority of the people would not feel comfortable to browse the settings. Seems like property wants it off by default. It is November now, this should be common sense to have the heating on.
- Duy (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good, close to the towerbridge and the underground tube. Couple of stores close by. Its okay for the price that you paid for. Bathroom on the 2nd floor is verysmall. Shower is hard to control its either cooking hot or very cold. Walls are thin you can hear youre fellow travlers in the next room. Door to the bathroom could use a upgrade its very noisy.

- Sabrina (5/5): Disappointed - Location really disappointed, the bathroom was constantly dirty, there was no daily cleaning of common areas, mainly the bathroom. The shower was dirty and on several occasions I couldn't use the hot water and had to shower with cold water because it only came out cold.

- Nyan (5/5): In hindsight I should’ve stayed at a proper hotel a little bit further away for £80 per night. - Close to the city centre. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room was smelly. I couldn’t get a fresh towel - same towel for 4 days. The shared bathroom sliding door is very old and would make excessive noise and wake everyone up whenever some used it in the middle of the night.
- Florian (7/5): Good - the location and price was great in afriendly neighborhood and the staf at the check in was vert helpfull. to start the room was not apparently very clean; dusty' and the walls of the room were dirty. For a place that has shared bathrooms there is a lack of indications in how to keep them ckean in respect of other guests.The kitchen table is sticky. The No smoking policy is not respected and the host didn't answer to our complain (The smoke from another room got also in ours.)
- Laura (2/5): Very poor - Good WiFi, very friendly host The shared bathroom was dirty; the shower had no warm water. The bathroom door was so loud it woke me up at night every time someone opened or closed it. The room had curtain that was too small for the window, an uncomfortable bar stool, and a wonky desk that looked like it was about to collapse. The floors and carpets were dirty. Every single surface within the building was dusty and/or sticky, especially in the kitchen. There was a washing machine but I decided not to do my laundry there because it was covered in mold. The whole place was just very filthy and it was advertised with features that were not actually there.

- Sze (6/5): Pleasant - Acceptable for short stay. Not suitable for single lady because the neighbourhood nearby is quite silent and dangerous at night.
- Silva (8/5): Very good - The apartment was just fine for us. We mostly walked around the city, so it was enough for us to have a place to sleep and take a shower. The bed was ok. The location is also great. It can be quite noisy, both outside and inside the building/house. One night we were woken up by the screaming of a woman from the lower floor. It's not the host's fault, but noise from other floors can be expected.

- Izzati_haris (8/5): Excellent stay - The room is larger than it shows in the photo. The bed is comfortable. The wardrobes in the bedrooms are huge. Plenty of space in the bedroom. Quiet environment and close to public transport. Close to the grocery store too. The bathroom is quite dirty and small. THe building is quite old.

- Andewdavies (5/5): A low cost option small room size fairly close to Tower Bridge, but only a last resort really. - The location was 1.4 miles from my training course the other side tower bridge at 207 Providence square do could walk the in 30 minutes. The shower I could not get any hot water from it so gave up. Try all the different knobs at low, hot and medium not no success so could not have a shower at all during my 4 days stay there. One of the fridges on RIGHT HAND SIDE in the kitchen at ground floor level was no chilling / working so my carton of milk went off.

- Richard (1/5): Bad - Hmm.. Tenement in a scary neighborhood.. Waited half an hour in the street for the owner to let me in. Family or families in the other rooms. The shared bathroom has a sliding door which is noisy. It's four am and the families are still talking in the hallway. No cancellation allowed, and I don't have another place to go so I am stuck here. This makes me want to stop using booking.com. Warning: the owner says he has a hundred other apartments in the area. How could I know whether I was booking another of his apartments, since his name is not displayed on booking.com's site? Does booking.com have no quality control?
- Cathalina (1/5): Bad - Nothing it’s been a very stressful and sad experience as I’m fighting to get my money back. Sadly I had a very bad experience with this location. I arrived at 3.20pm and there was no one at the location in which I contacted booking.com at 3.45 pm for help. The lady also tried to reach him and he wasn’t available. I was told they will cancel the booking and find me a new place. S sadly they didn’t I had to sleep in a friend couch as I had nowhere to go. The owner did call after an hour or so me calling booking. Com but was rude and hanged up the phone on me😔. I am now fighting to get my money back as booking.com cannot seem to help me. They said I called them at 5 pm to ask for help and since he contacted me at 5.58 pm to check in I can’t get my money back. I have all the proof that I called and messaged and spoke to booking. Com for help but sadly am still fighting to get my money back. It’s been such a stressful and sad experience for me fighting to het my money back when I was left in the streets and making calls to find a new place. All I can say it’s been horrible horrible experience for me.
- Gary (9/5): Basic lodgings but exactly what I needed for a short visit to London. - The room had a fan. Was able to check in early. Access to the facilities in the property. I was very happy with this room.
