• Mark (10/5): Would be glad to stay again - The property was full of natural light, clean, comfortable and very well appointed, with lovely views to the wharf and access to the ferry Proximity to the road meant some traffic noise but it did quieten down during the night

• klw044 (8/5): Compact, cosy apartment in a great area! - This compact apartment is in a great location. Easy access to the the city-bound bus stops, and the ferry wharf, both free travel at the time of writing. The apartment had everything we needed, and was a cosy place to return to after a day of exploring. A good base. Also, walking distance from Bellerive Oval. Some minor maintenance issues, none worth noting here.
• LEGER (10/5): Such a nice place 😍😍😍 - Great location, appartement very clean, comfy with everything you need, very nice view ❤️❤️❤️ Just one little thing, the toilet seat 😅, otherwise it was PERFECT !!!

• Anonymous (9/5): Beautiful location and lots of space - Good area, nice views. Easy check in and parking. Nice hosts (from writing). Nice big space. Balcony was also great. It was very hot when we came in. Got quite hot at night too so had to use aircon, which worked fine. We found some stuff that was not from us on the floor which is not a problem but that‘s why I didn’t state perfectly clean. For more comfort it be nice if airbnb would have „chocolate spread or jam available as well as some simple cooking things available. Thats also not critics just something that would be nice

• Maria (10/5): This apartment has everything you need! It made for such an enjoyable stay in Hobart. Everything was clean and well kept -
• Cindy (9/5): Nicely situated, well equipped light and bright apartment - Light and sunny apartment with beautiful views of the marina, close to the waterfront and a short drive to the airport. Well equipped kitchen and in general, nice towels and comfortable bed. Easy check in and out, super responsive owner. A little wear and tear in furniture, loose fittings etc but no big deal. Also bathtub was not 100% clean when we arrived, and shower screen could be longer. Fairly minor things in an otherwise pleasant short stay.

The shower/bath was difficult to get in and out of without safety rails. No heating in bathroom and shower floor got saturated.

Zeer goede pizzeria (reserveren noodzakelijk, zo druk) om de hoek. centrum 5 minuten rijden zoals in veel huisjes, aantal pannen beperkt en natuurlijk een zeer bot broodmes.

Space was smaller than anticipated. No ventilation in second bedroom so no airflow when door closed. Cosy for 2 but would be cramped for 2 couples.

Plenty of extra towels and toilet paper. Great location close to Ninja Stadium, the beach and restaurants. Recommend the Chinese restaurant out the back door and on your right off the main car park. Would recommend this apartment. There are 3 doors to the apartments off the carpark, so it took us a few minutes to find the right one. The owners did give us instructions to go to the lower door. (the door is the 3rd one from the underground carpark) No heater/exhaust fan in bathroom but not a dealbreaker.

The bed was comfortable, shower good and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was convenient to shops, pub, restaurants and ferry to Hobart. It has a balcony and undercover off street parking. The airport is 15 minutes drive away. N/A

The bath was not clean and had to wipe the bath out. Shower screen needed to be longer and water splashed onto floor.

• Roberto (9/5): Nice roomy apartment suitable for a short term stay - Roomy and spacious. Clean. The only issue was trying to find the entrance and key when we arrived. This was quickly resolved when we called the owner.
