• Sim (1/5): HORRIBLE stay, would not recommend! 1 star is a privilege. - Nothing. Absolute terrible stay. Absolutely terrible stay, arrived to a place with NO electricity firstly, secondly the place is dilapidated with broken windows, a stench and below par facilities. Cold water, a fridge with well aged food, hard beds with stains of God knows what on them. Absolutely horrible. THEN, the caretaker(Gift) takes the cash for the room on arrival, the following morning he comes demanding that I pay for the previous nights stay as he "hadn't received cash!" so barring the fact that the place is shoddy and poorly serviced, he tried to scam me too! Needless to say he backed off when I threatened to involve the police and the owner, who backed him by the way, gave up and said I should leave. This all transpired around 7 a.m by the way. Absolutely would NOT recommend!

• Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - The security The bedding was okay, is the first time I booked a guestbouse where I needed to share a kitchen. Normally a room will have its own kettle, cups and maybe tea or coffee. But maybe for the price that's okay

• Richard (8/5): Comfortable and calm - I appreciated that I could come and go as I pleased and given the area, I was very impressed with the level of security. The primary gate to the premises had a code lock, as the the house. Then my room also had a key.

• Dee (10/5): My 2nd home - Whats there not to like?? I have been here for the past 6 months and I must have booked here quite a few times aswell as Mimi's cottage in randburg. I loved everything as usual especially the owner.who is one of the most humble pleasant people I have ever met in my life.The thing I appreciate the most is that I would rate this a 5 star venue yet it is by a mammoth stretch way more affordable than most places in it's class. Having said that, the owner is not making a hunanimous profit margin but ensures she takes pride in her work and give me a memorable world class service experience.

• Bradley (10/5): I Found my home - Firstly, the owner was a gem from fro 01st contact after the booking was made her. She displayed a high level of world class service delivery which whic is unknown in this day a age. He was transparent ad what she promised he delivered to the TEE. Absolutely memorable and sterling experience...Angelina who is the manager a the property continued with her friendliness professionalism and kindness upon arrival. I usually book in at least 2 to 3 times per month and this is a guaranteed I will no longer book a anywherebrlsle but at Tita comfortable home. Thank you once again. I loved everything.

• Thobile (3/5): Poor - Arrived at 20:30pm, tried to use the toilet but there was No water running , was told that the water stops running from 21:00 and we should have water tomorrow at 04:00 am. Couldn't bath 🙁. In the morning the water is just a bit warm.
• Hope (4/5): Disappointing - The bedroom was clean and nice, the beds are super comfy The curtains didn't close fully we even had to use a hair tie to ensure that it was closed. There was no hot water in the shower and on the bathtub, the wifi was not working. You can't even lock the bathroom door when you are using it, I even had one of the male guests walk in on me while I was taking a bath. The bathtub had brown stains and the shower had a bad odour.

• Menge (10/5): Stay conformable home was lit - The welcoming was extremely good and the staff was very helpful and the restaurant around the place it's nearer to the malls easy to find no hustle definitely coming back 💖😜 The loadshedding it was beyond the owners control and she was very helpful in sending us the weekly schedule overall our stay was out of this world 💞🙏💖we are definitely coming back
