I asked the cleaning woman to change the bett shits and she got angry and she did not do . I showed her that the locker was Brocken and she got angry and said I have to pay . Some one stole my stuff and I asked for help and they yelled at me many times and I had to call the police . I put a legal complaint against the hostel Horrible experience aversive people , dirty Bety , Brocken locker , they always want to charge money extra . Dirty place . No fridge, no living room , no place to do homework . No internet in the rooms no recommended . I got allergy in my skin because they don’t change the bett shits , you can smell and it smacks to man sweating. All dirty . Run away

• Doris (1/5): Theft , agresive people , police , no intermet in tne rooms no recomended - Agresive stuff , I was Stollen and I reported to the reception and they were rude abd told me they have no interest in my stuff , no intermet in tne rooms and social place is in tne steeet . No for working at all . You have no place for putting your Computer . I called the police because they were rude and disrespectful and they don’t help me when some one stole me my stuff . They give you an old Brocken bag that is garbage and they will charge you 400 bath . BE care full dangerous people , tne gut in reception is really rude and he does not care about anything . I wanted to talk with his boss BECAUSE THERE IS NO INTERNET IN TNE ROOMS AND BECAUSE I WANTED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION BECAUSE I DID NOT FEEL SAVE THERE DUE TO I WAS STOLEN . and I asked many times and He was yelling at me the whole time until he left and closed the door and leaving me speaking and with the peoblem . His boss came on the next day because I called the police because they are aggressive and although the police was there the woman was yelling at me and the police told her she must calm down and I started to make a video because I was afraid she hurts me . NEVER GO THERE , DANGEROUS PEOPLE , NO INTERNET IN ROOMS, breakfast is only dry disgusting old bread and you have to eat on the steeet with 4 chairs , not enought for all people , dirty toilets , only one for all . No water free . NIGHTMARE I HAVE VÍDEOS OF ALL WHAT I SAYING AND ALSO I DID A DENOUNCE AT THE POLICE STATION AGAINST THIS HOSTEL

• Andr (7/5): - Proche du centre et lieu de tous commerces. Le petit déjeuner offert et gratuit. (Brioches et café) Peu d'espace dans la chambre et une salle d’eau toilette pour tous donc insuffisante. Beaucoup de sables un peu partout dans le logement ce qui rend parfois désagréable l'habitation.
• Nishat (6/5): - I like the swimming pool, the daily towel and other stuff like beach basket and umbrella they give you to use at the time of check in.. The location is nice for arrival and departure coz it's just next to the Pattaya beach. Though breakfast is just toast butter and jam it helps to start the day early. I could also extend my stay by directly paying the reception guy so it was a bit cheaper that way. 1- Check in time 3 pm is horrible considering the fact ferry reach there by 10-11 am and they have no comfortable common area to wait and no one to attend you untill 3 pm. Even though the Check out time is 10 and the staff comes and disturbs you at 9 am itself and stats cleaning the room even if you're sleeping. . 2- Staff was extremely rude, not helpful at all even at check in and later my money (1000 baht) was stolen from the locker they give and when I tried to inform the reception guy, he got offended like I am blaming him. He also intimidated me saying you can call the police when I was just trying to explain him the situation. I had to just give up to save my time. Staff ruined my Thailand arrival experience !

• Grace (2/5): Unclean - It was a good location, but that was about it The staff were quite unfriendly. No one behind reception if you arrive before 3 so you can leave your bags at the hotel until check but that’s not much of an issue. The room was clean when I arrived but 8 people sharing 1 bathroom gets so dirty quickly. The sink was blocked most of my stay so had to brush teeth in the shower etc as there was a constant pool of water in the sink. The small bin was changed once in my 3 night stay and it was constantly over flowing. Asked if anyone could help unblock it and no one did. Would be really easy for someone to sweep the floor in the room also as they are sweeping the corridors but unfortunately the room was constantly covered in sand. Breakfast was also only toast but had read that in reviews so was expecting it! Overall a good location but really poor basic cleanliness.

• Marie (1/5): Do not go - Only the localisation and the pool I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The air conditioning situation is extremely frustrating. It was set so cold that it was impossible to stay comfortably in the room. Since guests don’t have access to the remote, we had to ask the staff to adjust it. However, instead of making a small, reasonable change, they increased the temperature so much that the room became uncomfortably hot and smelly. It really felt like this was done intentionally to make us regret asking. Housekeeping is also a problem: cleaning goes on for 3 to 4 hours in the morning, with doors left open, staff speaking loudly and laughing, making it impossible to rest. There are mosquitoes everywhere, which makes the stay even worse. But the worst part is the staff. They were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I also experienced missing belongings during my stay, which raises serious concerns about trust and safety. Overall, I would strongly not recommend this hotel.

• María (10/5): Great location - Magnífica ubicación. En la walking Street súper cerca de inmigración, muy cómodo para pasar unos días. Hay gente que se queja de un baño para 8 personas, creo que eso se podría solucionar pero también hay que tener en cuenta el precio, es bajísimo y te cambian toallas y limpian todas las mañanas(eso sí a las 9:00 en pie). El desayuno es muy básico pero como he dicho por ese precio no puedes esperar un banquete.
• Charlona (3/5): Unfortunately disappointed that time - I came back to this hostel, cause I had a good and comfy time during my last stay, but this time it was unfortunately disappointing: • The bathroom was wet (like floated) and smelly • The room wasn't really clean • Had to wait ages to talk to the hotel staff, that I even just put my key and card in the desk without talking to someone, other vise I would have missed my boat I am from the hospitality business, I do not take things hard and know the effort, but this time it was disappointing. If it wouldnt be the only female dorm in Koh Luoe, I wouldn't come back again.

No staff was in Site when help was needed, they left the air conditioner on hot all night and they take the remote control away from you so you can’t change it until the cleaning stuff are back in the morning really uncomfortable

• Josefa (8/5): Lo necesario para unos días. - Alojamiento centrico, en plena Walking Street. Hostel bastante limpia y comodo, con taquillas grandes t sabanas y toallas sin cargo. Wifi y habitaciones mixtos o femenines o masculínas. Tiene piscina para relajarse y está al lado de la playa. Solo un baño por habitación. El chico de la recepción no es muy simpático que digamos… se le ve bastante quemado. Poco sitio par el desayuno, que a su vez es bastante escaso… solo pan de molde, mantequilla, mermelada y café. Pero por el precio de la habitación no se puede pedir mucho más.

• Maite (7/5): Correcto - La ubicación es ideal, a pocos metros de la playa. El personal fue amable, el desayuno correcto y las camas cómodas. Es complicado compartir el baño de la habitación con tanta gente. Se tendría que hacer doble limpieza porque éramos muchos.
• Chediac (5/5): Bien pero podría mejorar - La ubicación. El cambio de toallas diario, te dejan botellas de agua, shampoo y jabón todos los días. Y hay un dispenser con agua fría El trato del recepcionista, lo sucia que estaba la habitación y las sábanas manchadas, las cuales pedí si me las podían cambiar y no lo hicieron. Las camas que están arriba son muy calientes por el calor del techo. Tienes que dormir con la cortina abierta para poder respirar.

• Jeanne (3/5): - Good location and good pool While check out is at 10 am (quite early btw) the staff comes around 9 am to clean the whole dorms, talking extremely loudly (almost screaming as they usually do, especially when they call each other from far away), laughing and moving stuffs around so loudly as well. They also clean the whole bathroom so you can’t access it between 9 and 10 which is really nice when you have to check out at 10 maximum. Also it is not only disrespectful and inconvenient for people checking out but also for people who are just trying to sleep in on the morning. You will be woken up at 9 each day. Another bad point is the AC and the light. The main light of the dorm is always on and you can’t turn it off and the AC is very cold so if you bed is right in front of it (one is the middle on top) then the AC does directly to you while you sleep and you are cold.
• Valentin (6/5): Clean dorm but poor Wi-Fi and unfriendly staff - The dorm was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and each bed had a curtain which provided good privacy. In the locker assigned to my bed, there was a small welcome pack with a beach basket, soap, shampoo, bottle of water, and a towel, which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was extremely weak and I wasn’t able to use it at all. The staff also felt quite cold and didn’t really interact with guests, even when trying to talk with them. Breakfast was very simple, just toast and coffee.

• Maximus (7/5): - Great location, nice pool. We booked into dorms but they put us in our own huts with aircon which was nice. Very good value for money Breakfast wasn't great, just toast and coffee. Also our rooms had holes in the floor which meant loads of mosquitos would bite you in the night.

• Sylwia (1/5): Don’t recommend to anyone! - The location was nice, coffee machine at the breakfast was making good coffee. The rooms were really dirty, the bed was dirty, stinky, everything was moist, the mirrors looked like there were never cleaned. The room wasn’t really suitable for a hostel, we thought 1 bathroom for 8 people will be fine but it really wasn’t. People were queueing everyday to take a shower or just use the toilet. There was no common toilet or bathroom either. The room wasn’t wide enough, you couldn’t pass by to your locker if someone had their locker open. Everyday we were running out of toilet papier and there was no replacement on time. The staff is not helpful at all. I don’t recommend anyone to stay there.

• Paula Andrea (10/5): Está bastante bien! - Tiene ahora acondicionado todo el día! Tiene acceso a la piscina. Está a 15 pasos del muelle. Es limpio. Dan desayuno. Tienen nevera. Hay habitaciones solo de mujeres. ¡Es muy bueno! Un tema importante es que hay un solo baño en la habitación para 8 personas. Por lo que después de la playa hay que esperarse bastante. Podrían poner un secador de pelo en el baño de chicas.

• Salomé (7/5): Agradável - Em relação aos aspetos positivos, destaco a piscina, a qualidade das zonas individuais e a limpeza, que era assegurada diariamente. Por outro lado, o que menos me agradou foi, sem dúvida, o pequeno-almoço. A zona destinada ao pequeno-almoço, bem como a qualidade do mesmo, eram bastante fracas. As opções resumiam-se a torradas com doce ou manteiga, sendo que estes alimentos estavam expostos, o que facilitava o contacto com insetos, nomeadamente moscas. Além disso, o pequeno-almoço era servido no hall de entrada, ou seja, na mesma área onde era realizado o check-in. Compreendo que se trate de um hostel, mas, ainda assim, a experiência ficou aquém do esperado.

C’est situé presque sur la plage principale quand on arrive sur Koh Lipe donc très pratique, proche des restaurants… L’accès à la piscine de l’hôtel est vraiment un plus, et c’est super agréable Une salle de bain avec toilettes à l’intérieur c’est un peu pour 12 personnes

Small but comfortable bed with good blackout curtains. Only one bathroom for 8 people and communal bathrooms were on the building next door, so many mosquitoes and “breakfast included” is just toast and butter

• Elena (10/5): Recommend - Very well located hostel. IN the walking street (the Main Street) and super close to the beach. Rooms are pretty good, all with a toilet inside, lockers and plenty of space. A/C runs perfectly. The clean the rooms every day and give you water. The tidiness of the rooms depend more on the other people staying there than the staff that are very welcoming and helpful. You also get coffee, and toast in the morning to get you going and can use the pool next to it. The bed mattress is slightly hard but good. Pillows very comfy.

• Estefania (7/5): - La cama era cómoda y tiene un armario para poder dejar tus cosas. Hablo de la habitación femenina. El desayuno era horrible, una simple rebanada de pan y café, no había nada más. El personal la verdad es que no era muy amable. El aire acondicionado está demasiado fuerte y no puedes modificar la temperatura ya que se llevan el mando. Por la noche no se puede dormir ya que enfrente hay un bar con música hasta las 3-4 de la mañana.
• Kadesha (7/5): Overall cheap place on the beach… simply due to the price I would say again but if you have a higher budget stay elsewhe - Pros: location right on the beach & on walking street near shopping/restaurants, the pool is very nice (especially if you have kids), staff is friendly & helpful, large lockers Cons: mosquitoes everywhere in the room (will need to reapply bug repellent often even when sleeping), bedding is not cleaned (watched them throw the bedding on the floor and remake it for the next guest… not wash anything very unsanitary), lights are on 24/7 (need night eye mask), AC is not adjustable (it is very cold in the room), right above bars so loud until 2AM (bring ear plugs), constant odor/moldly smell (assuming from AC unit)

• Cristian (7/5): Solo para dormir - Tiene un excelente calidad precio y una ubicación excelente Que solo hay un baño por habitación , es decir para 8 personas
• Santerre (1/5): VOL/ARNAQUE - Rien À fuir ! Moi et mes amis nous sommes fait voler + de 400€ en cash et des affaires personnelles dans 3 casiers fermés à clé. À la réception on m’a dit que le personnel n’avait aucun double de clé et que donc ce n’était en aucun cas le personnel de l’hostel qui nous avait volé. Ils ont préféré me dire à travers le traducteur que j’étais fou et que nous avions mal fermés nos 3 casiers et que c’était probablement d’autres clients qui nous avaient dépouillés lors de leurs check-out (alors qu’il n’y a aucune trace d’infraction et que seul un double de clé a pu ouvrir nos casier). Nous nous sentions plus du tout en sécurité le reste de notre séjour et le personnel de l’hôtel ont des comportements assez étrange lorsqu’ils nettoient et préparent les chambres. Un ami à moi est entré un matin dans notre chambre pendant que 2 femmes faisaient le ménage et l’une d’entre elle est parti se cacher dans la salle de bain en rigolant directement en voyant mon ami… (situation étrange et non professionnelle). Si une réponse du propriétaire est faite à ce commentaire sachez que vous n’êtes en aucun cas crédible et vous êtes juste des voleurs et des gens malhonnête qui volent et ne respectent pas les clients.

They charged me twice for my stay and refused to refund me, still on going have raised with my bank but the staff at the property were completely useless and unhelpful, do not stay here unless you want to get scammed. The rooms are not clean either and lots of mosquitoes.

• Derek (7/5): A good place to start - Very usable hostel literally at the beginning of walking street. Big bonus is you get coffee and toast. Another big bonus is you have access to the sister hotels swimming pool. Great location. Nothing not to like. Its hostelling.
