• Dilze (8/5): - Near the train station. Big and clean room. The double bed is two single beds. It is not comfortable to feel the junction in your back when go to sleep. It was useful to have an iron in the room.

Tutto è confortevole e molto pulito. Il check in bisogna farlo nell’albergo a pochi passi dove abbiamo anche potuto lasciare in custodia le valige. Ci torneremo, grazie per la gentile accoglienza!

• Chiara (8/5): - Lage nahe an Zentrum von Bologna. Sehr grosse Zimmer. Möglichkeit das Auto in der Nähe in einem gesicherten Parkhaus zu parkieren. Umgebung wirkt für eine Frau alleine abends eher unsicher

• Jennifer (5/5): - Die Lage war toll und auch der Check In war ohne Probleme. Die Ausstattung war modern. Es war sehr laut. Die Fenster waren nicht ausreichend gedämmt und auch der Flur war sehr hellhörig. Zudem gab es keinen Kleiderschrank und die Bettdecke war nicht bezogen und nur mit einem Laken überworfen. Die Klimaanlage hatte keine Fernbedienung und die Heizung ging noch nicht. Somit konnten wir leider nicht die Zimmertemperatur einstellen.

• Donald (8/5): Very pleasant! - Clean, spacious and comfortable, with super friendly staff! Busses in the area were often so full they couldn't pick us up - a problem for families and the elderly.
• Ioana (5/5): Würde nicht empfehlen, sorry. - Lage unweit vom Bologna Centrale. Die Sauberkeit. Extrem laut, an eine stark befahrene Strasse gelegen und die Fenster haben wenig geholfen. Auf vom Flur konnte man alle Schritte und Stimmen hören. Sehr hellhörig alles. Mit geschlossenem oder geöffnetem Fenster gab es kaum ein Unterschied. Die Klobrille war viel zu klein. Auf einmal war kein Strom da und saß ich im Dunkel. Man muss zuerst den Schlüssel im Hotel Astoria abholen und die City Tax zahlen…es wird aber vorher nicht richtig kommuniziert. Man bekommt zwar E-Mails, aber alles auf Italienisch. Auf gestellten Fragen wird nicht reagiert.

То есть апартаменты в одном месте, регистрация в апартаменты в другом. Номер огромный. Душевых принадлежностей нет. Полок в ванной нет, УБОРКИ совсем нет. За 4-5 дней ни разу не убрались, мусор не выкинули. Цена очень высокая, качество очень низкое.

• Angela Simona (10/5): Very nice, comfy and modern 👌 😊 - The room was very clean and modern. It was above my expectations. We also had some bottles of water left in the room for us and a coffee machine. This apartament was across from the train station. A disadvantage for this apartment is that you have to go first at the hotel (Astoria Hotel) to make the check in and take the keys. The apartment is like 7 min walk from the hotel (not so far) but if you are coming by train, you could have stopped dirrectly here from the first place. In my opinion, they should put outside the entrance a combination key lock box (key safe) and send the instruction to get in the building and apartment in a message. This is a common practice at another apartments and much easier.

• Felix (5/5): - Das Hotel hat Zimmer in verschiedenen Gebäuden. Mein Zimmer war in einem Gebäude direkt am Bahnhof. Das Fenster ging direkt zu einer großen Kreuzung hin raus, dadurch war es auch mit geschlossenem Fenster ständig sehr laut.
• Dany (6/5): - Das Personal beim Abholen des Schlüssels war sehr freundlich. Die Dusche war groß und die Sauberkeit ganz okay. Es begann mit dem Weg zum Abholen des Schlüssels, im Dunkeln war er sehr unangenehm. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Bettlaken war total zerknittert. Am Schreibtisch gibt es keine Steckdosen, nur am Bett. Am Schlimmsten war der Lärm. Die Straße am Bahnhof ist stark befahren- etwas weniger in der Nacht. Lärmschutzfenster wären eine gute Investition. Das Zimmer hat seltsam gerochen.
• Angelo (9/5): Sistemazione comoda per la vicinanza alla stazione - Una buona sistemazione, la stanza era comoda, spaziosa e pulita. La vicinanza con la stazione fa comodo a chi deve spostarsi coi mezzi o in taxi. Pernottare in zona stazione a Bologna purtroppo non è il massimo, l'interno della struttura non è super accogliente. Il check-in va fatto in un'altra zona di Bologna. Dopo il check-in ho raggiunto la stanza in cui ho pernottato a piedi con una passeggiata piacevole ma non brevissima.

• Marta (2/5): I wouldn’t recommend such experience to anyone - I experienced the most absurd and at the same time potentially dangerous situation for a woman traveling alone at this hotel. When I received my key and opened the room, it turned out that it was already occupied—there were two people inside. Mistakes happen, of course, so the staff exchanged my key and gave me another, empty room. Unfortunately, no lessons were learned from this incident, because later, while I was in “my” room, I came out of the shower only to have a strange man walk in. It turned out that he had been given keys to my room. For me, this is an extremely irresponsible oversight, and I would never wish such an experience on anyone.

• Pablo (6/5): - Amplitud de la habitación y la presión del agua en la ducha. Amabilidad del personal (recepción y camarera de piso). Colchón correcto. Puedes dejar las maletas en consigna gratuita. La ducha no tiene puerta y se sale el agua. No hay decoración alguna en la habitación. Los edredones se ven muy usados. Un poco ruidoso por el tráfico de la avenida de la estación de tren Bologna Centrale. Recepción ubicada a 6 minutos andando de donde está la habitación.

• Latteri (10/5): - La camera si trova al secondo piano di un condominio che fa angolo con la strada prospicente l'ingresso laterale della stazione centrale. Lo stile è moderno, con spazi ampi e pensili comodi e ben disposti. Anche il bagno è comodo, ampio e pulito. Non ho valutato il wi-fi perchè non ne avevo bisogno, ma credo che andasse bene. La posizione è perfetta e il prezzo non è elevato. Unica pecca è che non vi era la colazione inclusa. Farei in modo di aggiungere la colazione, poichè nell'edificio di fronte vi è un bar. Sarebbe inoltre opportuno applicare un ingresso a codice piuttosto che dover andare alla struttura principale per prendere la chiave e poi ritornare: con la valigia non è proprio l'ideale.

• Alessio (1/5): - La struttura sembra vicina alla stazione ma non è così per fare il check-in devi spostarti alla reception che è in in altra loro struttura e poi tornare alla camera che ti assegnano Booking mostra che è vicino ma poi la realtà è altra L’accoglienza presso la struttura il personale che era in turno è stato poco accogliente e nonostante aver chiesto di rimandare dove c’era la reception ha ignorato la nostra domanda rispondendo che il suo hotel è sempre pieno.. e ci ha fatto di nuovo spostare per andare dove era la camera sconsiglio per chi ha bambini e chi ci arriva in tarda serata come noi!

• Jones (8/5): - Great location when you finally find it The fact that we had to check in at the hotel first and then try to find the rooms. Connecting to WiFi was not easy, so I didn't bother. Bed blanket smelt discussing. 2 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 nights, really . We nearly got locked in this morning, some one locked the ass door outside the lift on the 2nd floor. Luckily, we hadn't closed our door. Otherwise, we would have been locked in . Air conditioning remote needed new batteries and no TV as we don't speak Italian. Need some variety for TV.

Junto a la estación de tren. Ideal para coger el tren y moverte por Italia. No se escuchaba ruido. Tiene jabón y champú gratis. La nevera no enfriaba nada. El barrio era regular. Había gente durmiendo por el suelo junto a la estación de tren.

Baño grande al igual que la habitación, cama gigante y comodisima. La ubicación era perfecta porq estábamos cerca de la estación de tren, a 5 pasos, y nosotros hicimos varios destinos en tren desde bolonia, aunq lo malo de la cercanía a la estación de tren son las personas que frecuentan esos sitios con aspecto de maleantes. A pesar de ello, muy seguros en la habitación y ningún tipo de ruido.

Możliwość przedłużenia pobytu w pokoju za opłatą do 14.30, co się przydało po tygodniu podróżowania i lotu poznym wieczorem. Polecam. Wszystko było jak najbardziej w porządku.

• Ana Martinez del Amo (6/5): Incómodo check in y recogida de llaves - Nada en especial El sistema de check in y recogida de llaves es anticuado, obligatorio ir personalmente a una localización a 10 min andando ida y otros 10 de vuelta. Incómodo. Llegas cansado del viaje y aún tienes 20 minutos andando para conseguir las llaves. Personal poco amable. La entrada huele a moho y hay ropa sucia en la entrada de la habitación. El baño es indiscreto con ventanal a la misma avenida, aunque tiene una cortinilla.

• NIKOS (10/5): - Spacius room. All facilities were new and in excellent working condition! Very favorable position close to the train station and within a walking distance from the city center. Travelling to other cities was very easy.
• Jamsheed (3/5): The listing on booking.com is misleading - The listing locates the room at one address. But what they don’t tell you is that you have to go to a different address, the main hotel, to collect the key and go all the way back to let yourself in. It’s a 10 minute walk between the locations on rough streets, in a rough area of town. With suitcases at 12.30am this was a pretty crappy experience. The different locations apparently I mentioned in an email in Italian after you complete the booking. I think that’s shady behaviour as the listing makes out that there is a hotel where a hotel does not exist. The room itself was ok. Clean and basic, but very thin curtains so broad daylight from 4am and doors slamming echoing down the hall. It’s not great and not that cheap.

• Mihaela (7/5): - Locația este foarte aproape de gara centrala și de centrul vechi unde se afla toate atracțiile turistice cam 20 de minute de mers pe jos. Baruri in zonă, la aproximativ 15 minute de mers pe jos se afla supermarket ul Aldi. Camera foarte simpla, pe tavan era o pata de umezeala, personalul de la curățenie foarte gălăgios dimineața când veneau să facă curat in apartamentele care se eliberau. Gunoiul nu se ridică deloc pe toată durata sejurului.Aparatul de cafea nu mergea, erau doar două doze de cafea și ceai.
