carlo (10/5): - Zona in cui è abbastanza facile trovare parcheggio gratuito e dalla quale si raggiunge Ortigia a piedi con una breve passeggiata e vicinissima al teatro greco (meno di 5 minuti a piedi). Tanti servizi nelle immediate vicinanze e appartamento comodo e ben tenuto.

Magari più comodità in bagno, ad esempio cuffietta… o anche un frigo bar più capiente, ci andrebbe solo una lattina!

Maria Grazia (5/5): Non abbastanza! - Ottima posizione, stanza pulita ed essenziale. Staff inesistente, struttura non presidiata. Siamo arrivati in tarda sera, dopo 4 ore di viaggio, non abbiamo trovato in camera neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigobar, e locali vicini tutti chiusi. Arrivati davanti la struttura, abbiamo chiamato più volte per avere informazioni su come fare check in, ci sono state date indicazioni dopo 20 minuti di attesa fuori.

Giuseppe (1/5): Occhio alla tassa di soggiorno - Partiamo dal dire che è praticamente impossibile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni della struttura, perché l'appartamento è all'interno di vari complessi, e i posti auto sono sempre occupati. Per andare in centro è necessario spostarsi con l'auto. La cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio comunque è stata l'insistenza del titolare dell'immobile nel chiedermi il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno a parte, nonostante avessi già pagato tutto tramite booking. Ho soggiornato in altre strutture a Siracusa, e se c'era da pagare la tassa di soggiorno, veniva SEMPRE menzionata su booking, in questa no. OCCHIO ALLE TRUFFE!

Carmen (9/5): Impecavelmente limpo e confortável - O quarto era novo, bonito, espaçoso e estava impecavelmente limpo. Além disso, dispunha de produtos de qualidade (banho e ambientador). A cama era confortável. O ar condicionado ligava-se sozinho - comuniquei o problema e creio que será resolvido. Não havia mantas ou cobertores extra. O frigorífico era tão pequeno que não dava para guardar nem uma garrafa de água. Gostaria de ter tido contacto presencial com pessoas, pois teria sentido mais segurança - mas é uma preferência pessoal, pelo que é uma característica e não propriamente um defeito do alojamento.

Nikolaos (9/5): Superb - Very clean Location although near the greek theater is a bit far from ortigia by walking. Also, practically the fridge is tiny (even a small water bottle is hard to fit) and it is like not having a fridge in Syracusa where the weather is really hot. See attachment

Adrianna (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great, next to some of the city’s biggest attractions. The self- check in is very comfortable, host replays very quickly to the messages. All the facilities worked great, there was no problem with parking outside the property.

Jose (10/5): Exceptional - Modern, spacious apartment just 15' away from Old City and meters away from the Archaeological Park. Nearby owners' restaurant produces some of the tastier veggie food I ever tasted (and I'm not vegetarian). Free high quality coffee and bottled water provided. Friendly owners that accommodated our bikes.
Anna (7/5): Modern room with a comfortable bed - The bed was very comfortable. The room was modern and nice. The location is very good. Free parking. The check-in process was very bad. Nobody was there, when we arrived and they didn’t pick up the phone. The bed wasn’t ready. The fridge was too small. The shower was wrong. The password for the Wi-Fi was incorrect, the Wi-Fi was very weak.
