- Brunner (8/5): - Super tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber! Hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell bei der U-Bahn und super schnell an den wichstigsten Orten.
- Karen (4/5): Near metro station but not comfortable due to unavailability of elevator in the facility - Near to metro station, approx 4 mins walk only. Near as well to the family mart, 7/11,m. No elevator, the strairs are very narrow and difficult to loft luggages most specially if your room is at 4th floor. Not recommended for those with heavy luggages
- Bek (6/5): Overall ok - Close proximity to the Kagurazaka train station. The room is relatively large to the local standards. Neighbouring streets are great to discover. The description doesn't mentions that the building is not equipped with elevator and the rooms located either on third and fourth floor! We were completely unprepared to move travel luggage to the third floor on tiny stairs, and had a real hard time to get in and out everyday with a stroller. If you are traveling with a kid you may want to reconsider. I wish that the part with the tiny stairs was in the description before we booked. Also, sound isolation between floors 3 and 4th is terrible, you can hear pretty much every step people make above you. However, if you are a backpacker , traveling light and dont mind exercising every time you go in or out, its a good place to stay.
