Guest Reviews
- Julietta (7/5): - The toilet paper roll that was there when we checked in wasn’t even a new roll.
The floors in the kitchen were not clean I wiped it with a dry paper towel and it was dirty.
- Ritma (8/5): Good - Apartment is really nice with a walk in wardrobe which I found very handy.Appt has everything you need to stay.Shop is just accross the street.Entry with code which is convenient as no need to mind keys or cards.I would love to stay again, but not as a solo traveler due to vicinity The area the house is situated has quite a significant homeless population. This is not pleasant if having to walk alone, when it gets dark. The car park gate is open at all times and as such they gather in the dumpster.I was not able to bring out my garbage due to this.Wi-fi was an issue the first few days, but improved once host was contacted.Minor inconvenience-no hand held shower which means hair get wet any time you have shower if not wearing shower cap.
- Lewis (7/5): Best price per square foot, not without drawbacks - The ease of access was nice, as was the space in the apartment. Having full sized amenities is a nice thing to have when dealing with leftovers and getting food/drink from out and about. The TV only had a Chromecast. Which would be fine, but the entire floor (?) shared the same wifi network and was achingly slow. A mesh network would've really helped. And maybe a smart TV or the emphasis on bringing a laptop or other device would've been helpful.
- Mariia (1/5): Stay away from this place! Unsafe, horrible place - The only good thing is a bed, it was very comfy First of all, this building is surrounded by homeless people. They are everywhere around. When we arrived it was a tent with homeless people at the building door. The garage door was broken and open. The apartment was dirty. My 8-month daughter started to crawl in the living room and her legs became black. It was Christmas Eve. And we had to go to the shop to buy some cleaning supplies to cleanse the floor. On the balcony I found someone’s garbage.
The stuff told us that the cleaning team can’t come next day because it’s Christmas. We couldn’t wait because we have a little crawling baby. WiFi didn’t work. The kettle was leaking. Also, the there is a bright white light right in front of bedroom’s window. So during the night the bedroom is very bright. I wasn’t able to sleep because of it.
Next day we came from a walk and building was evacuated, we thought because of a fire. But cleaning lady said it was a robbery above our unit. She took picture of a robber and showed it to us. And we realized we saw this guy right in front of our unit when we got home after our walk. We thought it’s a cleaning guy or neighbor. So it was the last thing. We didn’t feel safe anymore and decided to move to a different place.
It was very difficult and expensive to find another accommodation, because of the holiday.
The management doesn’t want to make any refund!
So stay away from this place. It’s dirty, WiFi doesn’t work, it’s unsafe! And management are out of the building, you can only chat with them via booking. And they just don’t do anything!

- Damian (6/5): Pleasant -
- Judith (9/5): Great place to stay in San Diego! - The unit was large and very nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. It was also a safe place to stay and in a very good location, within close walking distance to downtown and the convention center. We appreciated that some coffee and snacks were available and the hosts were very nice and communicative, they responded to questions quickly and always in a helpful way. We would definitely stay here again when we visit San Diego next time! We had trouble with the wifi the first few days but after it was mentioned to the host, this was corrected and we didn't have any issues after that.
