The location was perfect with 2 tweenage children - a very short walk to the beach and township. They loved the ping pong table. The property was very clean and comfortable - we will be back! There was absolutely nothing that we needed. The house was very well equipped. It was so comfortable and clean. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Janette (9/5): - Amazing location and great space for the 3 of us. We felt super relaxed in the space, after many one night stopovers whilst touring South Island. Everything we needed was available. An endless list of chores sent by email for us to complete before we left. We always leave a space clean and tidy and disliked the many repeated to do lists...we did not expect to be responsible for sorting bins from previous guests or washing towels used. It took the edge of LUXURY as did the many cobwebs on the balcony glass and windows plus ripped outdoor seating.
• James (10/5): Perfect way to start our trip. - We loved the house, the location and the views - within a short walking distance of the beach and restaurants. It was the perfect place to unwind from our traveling. Being able to do laundry is always a plus. We can't think of a thing!

Such a great location too. Nothing! It’s a great place. If I had to come up with something, the TV wasn’t working initially though Jason told us prior to arriving and worked hard to get a technician in and sorted as soon as he could. He invested in a new set up so it wouldn’t happen again. Excellent service!

• Inge (10/5): Beautiful house, great location! - The location was excellent- the views of the estuary were beautiful and it was lovely to be able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the sunsets while looking at the water. The house was great, with comfortable furniture and beds. The location was also great, easy to walk to several beaches or trails. Maybe the specific directions to the house? We had to ask a neighbor where the house was- our GPS directed us to the street below so just mildly confusing.

• Ruth (10/5): A perfect location to rest, relax and rejuvenate . Will definitely be back - The location and facilites are superb. A home away from home. Really appreciated the spices and flour in the cupboard, was abel to cater at home easily and hunker down during a weather bomb.
• Nathan (9/5): Superb - Excellent location and view. The town was great fun for us--- hiking, beach, biking. The trampoline, kayak, and ping pong table were big hits with my kids. The house can get a little hot in the evening. There are some fans, but if you leave window open in evening, bugs start coming in.

• Christel (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing, we can’t wait to come back! - This property is well stocked, lots of beach towels, beach umbrella, all the pots, pans and crockery we needed to cook. Plus it has a great BBQ. There are board games and Netflix. It has a wonderful deck area with great views of the water and it is super close to the town/beach. Less than 5 mins walk.
• Tammy (9/5): Great stay, would definitely recommend the house and stay again. - Amazing location overlooking the estuary and quick easy walk to the beach> Lovely kitchen, lounge, deck and seating area. We really appreciated being able to come in 2 hours earlier (by arrangement) to drop off cold things to the fridge. Table tennis table was great. The main bedroom was nice, a bit smaller than expected. The outdoor couch cushions could do with a wash down. The shower design was initially tricky for my children to keep water contained to the shower (no door), it tended to splash over the floor and we initially didn't have a bath mat. There's only one bathroom which is ok as the toilet is separate. The Kayak was great, but beware the tides if you take it out. We had to walk it along way back from the beach and its heavy over a longish walk.
