Not like we thought we were renting. - Dumpy trailer, portions of floor flex like you will fall through, no actual fireplace [despite the look of the listing], icemaker not functional with ONE empty ice tray in the freezer, and for me a totally creepy feel. The listing is not what we experienced. Reached out to the owner, that chat is in the screenshot photos below. Wow, just wow. val

• Angela (10/5): Private, clean and convenient for a Bryson City vacation - It was convenient to downtown Bryson City for the train, which is why we were there. Tammy was very friendly and helpful. The front porch swing was so nice since the weather was cool and dry. The main bed could use a new mattress but overall not terrible. My older mother did suggest that the hall bath could use handicap bars in the hall bathtub so it could be totally handicap accessible.

• Carolyn (8/5): I would recommend this place for anyone that needs a clean and comfortable place to stay for a night - I liked how close you were to the Great Smoky Mountian Railroad. The junked cars setting around; however, it was due to their line of work.

• Landon (8/5): Great value. - Good accommodations at a reasonable price. There is a soft area on the living room floor, where the floor sinks noticeably when you step on it. Bed in northernmost room is hard and squeaky.
• Katherine (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent, close to everything. That my stay was to short, would loved to have stayed longer.
• Timothy (3/5): The worst experience ever not sure how this place has 5 star reviews. - Nothing the remodel was poorly done floor transitions were elevated, master bathroom was also a poor remodel with trim shoved into place, view was of machine shop with junk scattered around. On the first night we discovered a mouse in the trailer-the hosts response “was I will deal with it when you leave”. The master bedroom mattress was so hard both my wife and I woke up with extreme back pain. Host’s response was “I have never had any one complain about the beds. Not able to close the master bathroom door because there was no room between door and carpet. We actually left after the first night even we reserved 2 nights. I would not recommend this property. If you want a photo of the “view” I will can provide it to you.

• Teresa (10/5): Amazing start for the new year bringing it in with the one I love - The host was amazing meet me with the code to the lock box cause I paid cash in hand and even left a lil party pack for the new year!! Definitely will be back as she has other properties in the same area
• Applegate (2/5): Definitely wasn’t worth the price they asked for - The view did not match what was posted. Only one person could take a shower at a time limited hot water parts. The floor felt like you were gonna fall through the shower was caulked together closet door knob fell off. What was not listed in the post on Booking.com was that there was a junkyard right outside the front door
