• SARIN KAUSHAL (1/5): - Excellent view of the lake Our stay was made terrible by loud noises and banging from residents in the unit above us. This was going on till 1230 at night. The instructions of the room clearly says no noise after 10pm. After spending so much for this unit our family felt extremely disappointed. Despite the high cost our car has to be parked on the street as there were only 2 parking bays for 3 units! If you were to spend all that money just to have the view there would be much better options. The unit is near new so it's clean and well equipped. As we are visiting from Australia we did not have a phone to call the owner. So we had to purchase a voice call data and contact the owner on the number provided to complain about the noise. Don't know if they could do anything but the noise continued on. My advice DON'T choose this property if you want peaceful holiday. I have booked 8 properties for this vacation and this ended being the WORST+ expemsive

• Emily (9/5): Comfortable stay with stunning view - Stunning lake view, comfortable beds, laundry room with separate dryer, well equipped kitchen, great shower pressure, off-street parking. Staff were also happy to let us know if the room was ready for check-in earlier. Sound proofing between the lower and upper floors is not that great, so need to be more mindful of keeping noise levels low.

• danielle (10/5): - One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! The view, the apartment, the location.... everything was just breathtaking. The host was also very nice.
• Jake (9/5): Superb - Check in was easy, view was stunning, location is great Lots of construction going on around the property as new houses are being built. We were out most of the days so construction noise didn’t bother us at all but it may get louder in the future as more places are built. Car parks had a very steep lip on them, we had a RAV4 rented and even that scraped a little so beware if you have a low car
• Pamela (9/5): Stunning views of the lake and mountains. Highly recommend this apartment. - The location was fabulous, and the views were amazing. The apartment is well presented with good facilities. Price point of the apartment is value for money. I would suggest maybe some slightly softer beds, and if possible, putting pest repellant in the bedrooms and living areas. When the weather is great it is lovely having the sliding doors open without the unwelcome guests. Some more seating on the balcony would be awesome.

• Luke (10/5): Exceptional - House was fantastic, location was amazing. close to Queenstown and shops nice and quiet, no noise from road. beds were very firm, this is probably the only thing that i could think of

• George (10/5): Exceptional views with a modern feel - Digital door lock made it easy to access the property. The Layout of the property was great as it allowed our family to have our own bathrooms in each bedroom. the new modern features made the house feel fresh and open. But the cherry on top had to be the amazing views of the Remarkables and being able to get a view of the planes landing and taking off from Queenstown airport without the noise. Just be careful on the icy mornings as the ramp from the car park to the front door can get a bit slippery.
• Vik (8/5): Very good - The numbe of rooms, spacious bathrooms and view from the lounge were superb. None of the bedrooms were facing the lake. Side windows from the bedroom near the laundry room were very close to the external area, where people could see inside the room so privacy was low.
