- juan (10/5): - Clean,safe, quiet. Sadly we can't cook food on the stove and the store are not close by...you can go buy food and warm up your food in the microwave.
- Martin (1/5): Real World Disney Villian - The host has the characteristics of a real world Disney Villian. Instead of providing guest with clean Sheets, she leaves the sheets on the bed from the previous guest, she sprays the sheets with Frebreze and let's the new guest think the sheets are clean.The floors are filthy as they half mop them. the house smells of mold upon entry. Her behavior is worse. She runs into the bathroom after a guest to ensure that they left the bathroom clean. She provides no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, no towels to dry your hands, and expects you to scrub the tub after each use. the kitchen situation is worse. Leave your food out unopened and expect roaches to come out from under the microwave (they are fast). She states the kitchen is available but it's frequently locked in the morning when it's time to eat before heading to work. everytime you come into the kitchen expect her to open the refrigerator and Ask you what items are yours while grabbing your food out the refrigerator. it feels like a prison more than hospitality. I believe she really doesn't want people in her home but needs the money.

- Levarity (3/5): Dissatisfied with the way the host seem fake and showed racism towards me - I experience racism and immorality with these people. I think these comments posted by other guests is false because these Spanish people are racist towards blacks at these hostels and if you try to book they will not let you book but they have these Spanish freeloaders who live at these hostels I think this place us faose advertisement and these hostels neef to be investigated because it's illegal how they are deceptive I am going to report them is hostel to better business bureau because what I experience was wrong. I see these loud ass Spanish men coming from the host room like they was drunk and high. I was hardly there so when I do get in. You gave these Spanish freeloaders who be there all day. They come banging on door while you taking a bath. Also they are liars and you can sense they are racist because at these hostels ran my Spanish it's basically Spanish people there. The blacks who come there only have a short stay. Please take this into consideration so we can crackdown on these Spanish people running a immoral business Staff was racist and had Spanish freeloaders stay there

- Jorge (2/5): Poor Air Circulation - Moldy - Very cheap with free parking. There is definitely mold in the house. There's very little air circulation, making it hard to breathe at night. This place is not suitable for solo travelers and is far away from everything.

Booking's association with this vendor/partner speaks to the poor quality low value Booking serves the Travel industry. Booking.com is a poor quality service because the stay options they provide are terrible.

- Juana (3/5): The host was really rude, andshe lied about house rules NOT posted in the platform, like curfew hour - Cleanliness The owner attitude and management of the site. The house was set totally on the dark every night, so it was difficult to access to the place and also DANGEROUS. She seems not understand why houses have lights around their porche or entrances during the night in a dark neighborhood. I had to use my phone light in order to see and enter the access key numbers on a black keyboard EVERY NIGHT. Of course, y had to place my packages or whatever I carried in my hands and pick them after, on the dark. The first night I forgot my laptop on a chair because the darkness, and she came furious, next day, very early, yelling at me when I was still sleeping, that I was left my computer outside in one of the chairs at the entrance, and somebody could steal it. I told her my computer was my responsibility, and I will accept the consequences, but she continued yelling. After this incident, I did not see her again, nor used other parts of the house. I arrived at house no later than 9.30p.m. every night. I am a75 years old lady and I do not go to parties or late-night events.

- Henri (8/5): Very good - The host is very responsive and friendly. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable. The other roommates for the most part are ok. It's summer in Miami, it's hot and humid. And I understand that central ac consumes a lot of power. I also understand that a hostel for the most part is only to come in to sleep, and leave in the morning. But, the only issue I have with this place, is that the AC only comes on at 9pm. So if you come home early or it's your day off and you want to stay in, it's going to be hot. You have to contact her to ask her to turn it on. She is usually very responsive.

I needed an emergency stay and she has been fabulous. If there is an issue, she resolves it immediately. Nothing to complain about. She is very responsive. She really cares about her guests. This is a hidden gem.
