• Peter (6/5): - Room was clean and nice , however no staff was available. The check in had to be done by you, had to upload the passport info in the middle of the street, basically do it yourself. We asked for more towels but were brought in.

• Guest (1/5): Pessima - Stanza completamente sporca senza effettuare pulizia,con lenzuola ancora sporche del giorno prima,teli per asciugarci sporchi e bagnati (ovviamente lo erano perché la camera non è stata pulita.) Lo staff sapeva di questo errore e non ha fatto nulla per rimediare il loro errore.PESSIMI

• Tamara (8/5): Beautiful room but difficult to check in. - The property was centrally located. We wanted to be close to the port for our ferry to Capri the next day. It was not easy to find as it was literally behind a hidden door and when you get through you think this can’t possibly be where I am staying. But once you get in it was lovely. The staff just kept telling us to go to What’s app. There was nobody ever at the reception to assist with anything.

• Alexandre (10/5): Amazing little gem with plenty of room - Amazing little place. The app setup didn't work at first with pictures, removing them allowed us to check in. The doors in the app to go in could be labeled better. But that's the nitpicky stuff, great big room, nice clean modern bathroom, AC, mini fridge and great location near the Dante Metro. The elevator is a godsend since walking up 2 flights of stairs (and they're big flights)

• Wang (4/5): Avoid it at all cost - Location is convenient No on-site person while it is advertised to have one staff until 10pm. No hot water for shower at both night. Electricity go out frequently. Lights restarts with electricity even at nights. Very poor quality and unpleasant stay.

• Keara (6/5): - While the inside of the property is nice, certain times of the night around 10:30pm the lights would just completely shut off and not turn back on until morning which wasn’t convenient at all. The ac also would shut off in the middle of the night. The area does have a lot to do around it eating and shopping wise, so that was nice. A little noisy due to the area being popular with tourist and locals but the room was nice. Wish house keeping stopped in each day to clean but it’s ok

• Monika (6/5): - We booked 2 rooms. They were so beautiful but the air conditioning and lights kept turning off. At night it was so hot that woke us all night. I reported this to the host and he said he was going to send the technician. But did nothing. We stayed for two nights and housekeeping never cleaned the rooms. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go outside the room to get it.

Bathroom amenities nice quality. Excellent location near metro stop. The beds are hard. The electronic entry is a bit tricky but each once you get used to it.

The area is very noisy but you cannot hear anything in your room at night, in general Napoles is very very noisy. Details in the room are great. Anthony and Rino were always available by whats. Tip: Move sensor in the room turned the lights off but you just need to sign in again and thats it. Thanks Napoles!! Great stay!! Loved Italy

• Rogelio (4/5): If the AC is not a deal breaker for you, then you might have a different opinion. - The hotel is close to all modes of transportation. It was very easy to catch the local subway or bus. The weather was very hot, and I had to constantly contact the owner via What's Up App to restart the air conditioner. Having to deal with the owner via What's Up is very frustrating because the AC was constantly shutting down. This happened too many times, and became extremely frustrating. The room was superficially cleaned, and towels are never replaced. The latter not being the deal breaker but the AC challenges is a deal breaker. For this reason, I could not honestly recommend staying at the hotel (Room #4). I rented two Rooms (#2 & #4) with similar problems. We were not happy.

• Sajed (5/5): Passable - There is no sound insulation. The street noise is very loud. I contacted them to change the room, but unfortunately, there was no response. The bed was two single beds, and when booking, I requested a bed. The service was poor. An experience not to be repeated.

The exterior was very run down and difficult to find as there is absolutely no signage whatsoever to tell you Antico Dimora - once you entered the miniature door into the courtyard then it got much better and then to the room even better - the check in process online was tricky because we had no WiFi. A code to get in would have been much easier.

Make sure you get the email they send prior to getting there or you won’t have access to the doors and download the what’s app to communicate with them. So much to do in Naples and the taxis are right around the corner.

It’s good it’s automated but some communication would have helped. One other traveller staying here suggested how we can avail extra towels or toilet supplies and so on.

Metro station is closeby. 20 Minutes taxi ride from the Airport. The room was very modern, comfortable and clean. Online access to the building and room through the phone. We arrived late and reception was closed but no problem with the online access. I would stay there again!

• Jillian (10/5): Great, we would stay again! - It was exceptionally clean, great location (but be aware of noise outside, very busy but safe part of town). The modern double doors on the balcony keeps the noise out at night but lets you listen to all abundant street life if you’d like. Bed and bathroom are excellent. The only tricky part from accessing the property. It takes a lot of digital steps (you need a smart phone and it is convoluted — and we are savvy with technology). Once we got it worked out, it was fine.

Malheureusement malgré la bonne isolation des fenêtres, il est quand même possible d’entendre les personnes du restaurant/bar d’en bas sans oublier les sirènes de police/ambulance. On entends aussi facilement les autres résidents dans les couloirs communs. Pour dormir paisiblement il m’a fallut acheter des protections auditives. L’accès à l’immeuble/étages et chambres se fait via un lien qui vous est envoyé via WhatsApp/mail avec 3 boutons différents à activer pour accéder aux différentes parties, pratique mais aussi stressant quand on se retrouve sans batterie…

• David (9/5): Stunning rooms and great locations - Absolutely amazing rooms. Five stars. Everything has been newly renovated in keeping with the building's architectural expression. Nice little balcony and free water and juice in the fridge. The location is fabulous right next to Dante. The electronic key system, which is controlled via your smartphone is a mess. First I was sent a check in link, that didn't work. I was told, it would work from the time, we could check in. But when we arrived, it still didn't work. After a phone conversation (in the summer heat on the street carrying a lot of luggage) with the manager, who was quite nice, but not very good at English, as well as several attempts to resend the link to the check in page with no solution, we were finally let in by a colleague. Also a nice guy, but who also didn't speak much English. Finally we were sent a link, that worked, and we were able to check in. There are three buttons. One to open the room, one to open the door to the hallway and one to open the gate to the street. It turned out, that you couldn't open the gate to the street, when you were down there, because you have to be on the hotel's wifi before it works. Several times we had to wait for some of the residents to either leave the property or come home, so that they could let us in. The owner was friendly, when I called along the way, but apparently had no solution to the problem. I hope they sort out this rather essential issue, because the place and the rooms are amazing, and I would highly recommend the place because of the stunning rooms and the great location!
• Valerio (10/5): Don’t miss it - best property in Napoli - By far, the best experience we had. The property is located in an elegant old building 5m walking from the Metro Station. The interiors must have been restored by a specialist because they nicely combine old and new. The shower in the bathroom is alone worth the visit. The host (Rino) was very welcoming and gave us all support we needed for our stay. Nothing - it’s perfect
