• Mabel (8/5): Great value for money & very friendly and welcoming owner. Would recommend!! - The apartment was a very good size for 2 people with a sofa, TV, kitchen area and decent sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable, had air con and hot water for showers. We stayed here for 8 nights and can’t complain about the property, with also free onsite washing facilities to use 😊 The only thing we’d say was the location was a bit far from Hanoi city centre, as two travellers in our 20’s that’s where we spent most of our time but only a 15-20 min grab drive away which was cheap so not a problem. Lots of cute coffee shops around the property and markets & pharmacies.

• Trúc (10/5): Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, phòng ổn - Giường, sofa và tv netflix là 2 thứ mình cần thì ở đây đáp ứng được. Giá bình dân Nếu bạn muốn phòng có view thì không có nha, vì toà nhà bên cạnh xây lên che kín rồi. Và thủ tục nhận phòng sẽ mất 1 ít thời gian

• jessy (3/5): ATTENTION, PHOTO TROMPEUSES - Le propriétaire des lieux était gentil ATTENTION, les photos sont trompeuses! Je pense que le propriétaire devrait refaire des photos du logement. Les fenêtres donnant vu sur un mur, littéralement ! Aucune lumière du jour n'est présente, l'impression d'être en prison !! Il est indiqué ''balcon'' mais vous avez un espace d'un mètre carré, dans une cage d'escalier commune avec tout le voisinage, ou l'on entend tout les bruits, qui donne elle aussi vu sur un mur, et qui est très sale ( plumes d'oiseau, insecte en tout genre et même des touffes de cheveux humaine!!! Ignoble. J'ai également eu des invités surprises ( des cafards et des blattes), j'en ai fait part au propriétaire qui m'a dit que c'était normal ! Résultats, la colocation avec les nuisibles était original ! Il a également fallu que j'attende 1 semaine avec qu'un ''technicien'' vienne réparer le réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas. Technicien qui est en fait une femme de ménage, et qui n'hésitera pas a rentrer dans votre chambre sans prévenir, pendant que vous dormez, incroyable !! Des machines à laver son en libre accès au sous sol, à côté des scooter. Idéal pour avoir un odeur d'essence avec son linge propre. L'emplacement de l'habitation est loin de toutes les attractions d'Hanoï, alors il faut prévoir un budget grab, ou un scooter. Il est situé dans un dédale de minuscules rue, il m'a fallu près d'une heure pour le trouver le premier jour, le propriétaire ne s'étant pas déplacé pour m'accueillir, j'ai donc dû me débrouiller avec mes valises. Il s'est contenté de me regarder au caméra pour m'indiquer le chemin, avec un anglais très approximatif Pour résumer, je pense que ce logements devrait disparaître, c'est un scandale. Avoir payé plus de 8m de đ, soit quasiment 300 euro pour une prestation comme celle ci, c'est inadmissible ! Je le déconseille très fortement !

• Minh (1/5): THÁI ĐỘ RẤT TỆ - K có Book home từ thứ 3 đến thứ 7 mới đi, không thấy liên hệ thì check là home nhắn qua app book bảo nhắn home qua zalo, nhiều home cũng vậy nên ok. Sáng thứ 7 liên hệ, home chào xong mất hút, sau hỏi lại home bảo bận vc nên bị trôi, xin lỗi, ok. Xong Home bảo nay có lịch phun thuốc, gửi đề xuất sang phòng khác, phòng mới không có sofa, nhìn chật hơn, và shop lấy bằng giá phòng mà mình đặt. Mình bảo kiểu k vừa ý, mình bảo là k có sofa, nhìn chật hơn, xong hỏi giá, home bảo như bên kia. Cái cách nói chuyện rất khó nghe, kiểu mày thích thì đổi, không thì hủy phòng đi. Mình từ đầu đến cuối rất lịch sự, mình bảo báo sát giờ rất bất lợi cho mình, home bảo chả bất lợi gì, đầy phòng ra đấy trong khi đi đúng đợt GDradon sang biểu diễn, full phòng tốt từ đầu tuần. Mình cảm thán kiểu ".....vch" home bảo đừng rơi vãi, bảo mình kiểu "vch" là chửi bậy ý, r còn lôi tuổi tác ra nói. Kiểu mình trẻ thì "vch" với ai. Home bảo sáng t7 họ báo phun muỗi mới biết. Từ đầu đến cuối KHÔNG CÓ 1 CÂU THÔNG CẢM HAY XIN LỖI, CỰC VÔ TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ ĂN NÓI KHÓ NGHE, LÀM DỊCH VỤ CỰC TỆ. Mình đi home rất đều mỗi tháng, ở nhiều home rồi, chỉ có phòng tệ chứ chưa gặp ai nói chuyện với khách hàng tệ như này, nếu báo hủy từ thứ 3 thì ok. Sáng thứ 7 mới báo, sát giờ đi kiếm đâu ra phòng tốt nữa, lại còn nói chuyện thái độ cực tệ như này nên mình đã không đồng ý đổi phòng. Thà đi home đắt, kiếm chỗ khác còn hơn ở cái nơi mà chủ, người quản lý home có cái thái độ tệ như này. Thân ái. (Mình đi home cực đều, đi nhiều chỗ, từ tệ đến tốt đi cả rồi, lên Genius 3 từ lâu rồi, và đây là nơi tệ nhất, rất may là vẫn được đánh giá sau khi hủy phòng, cảm ơn booking)
