Very good breakfast: big veraity and many choices. Not sure about the location related to the 'city center'. This was not important to us. The hotel itself is 10 of 10.

Extremamente atenciosa, preparou um café da manhã para levarmos no carro pois sairíamos cedo. Sempre a disposição 24/7. Amamos e recomendamos muito. O hotel era maravilhoso, no entanto o estacionamento privado, por ser na rua e aberto (na calçada), não oferece qualquer segurança ao veículo. Nosso carro alugado foi intencionalmente arranhado por alguém da rua quando estava estacionado no parking do hotel.

Near the ferry terminal, quite near the bus stop to Butrint and easy walking distance to pick up point for Albania Minivans Tours (which is highly recommended). Staff were incredibly friendly. Room is modern, clean and comfortable with a balcony with a decent view. We've travelled a lot, but seldom have we received so much value for our money! I really have to think hard to have anything. Maybe they could provide some fruit at breakfast.

• Alexander (10/5): Great breakfast, super clean, very nice staffs, has a parking - Very good. The street in front of the hotel is a oneway (google map doesn't know) and is rather narrow. But there is a parking for 5 cars right next to the hotel. The breakfast was really good. The coffee was good. I must mention that the croissants are super good! They don't look like they will be good, but the taste and texture are top. Thank you for the kind and warm welcome. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Hotellet drives på en måde, så du føler dig utrolig tryg, helt fra køkkenfolket til drengene bag skranken. Manageren var tilgængelig hver dag og opsøgte gæsterne og var hele tiden i kontakt med os og sørgede for at vi følte os i gode hænder. De hjalp os ligeledes med at arrangere transport o var rådgivende, med de attraktioner sarande bød på. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale hotellet til alle og vil helt sikkert komme igen. Tak for 7 skønne dage. I gør det godt og fortsæt det gode arbejde. Vi savner jer- især Alejandro. Du gjorde meget for os og vi glemmer ikke din serviceminded instinkt. Tak!

Da migliorare la colazione dato che l'orario di inizio è previsto per le ore 8 del mattino, il cibo dovrebbe già essere presente sul banco della colazione, ci sono stati invece ritardi in cucina e tempi d'attesa un pò troppo lunghi per chi ha escursioni o servizi prenotati per visistare la città. Inoltre da migliorare la quantità di prodotti dolciari poiché la colazione è prevalentemente salata.

Location is good in my mind - next to port, beach is very close, but not the same street/beachfront where the most hotels are - which for us was perfect. Is situation on the small side street, with private parking available. Maybe breakfast is something to be worked on - we stayed 3 nights and it was a bit peculiar. Little bit different every time and it kind of looked as attempt to be European, but not very successful. The buffet selection kind of was something, but not really. They offer eggs/omelette to be made on site upon request - but unfortunately the cook was terrible. I was thinking I am the only one who can mess up eggs/omelette, but no, this was worse. Also the coffee was brought upon request and I do not know how it was made, but it was not good - and that is a surprise as normally coffee was good everywhere in that country. And then you ordered something, like eggs, coffee, it took ages to get it, even then it was just us in the dining area. The point is that in other parts the hotel was very fancy and comfortable, but the breakfast was kind of not matching the rest of the experience, so if they would fix that, they'd get 10 points from me.

• Arlene (9/5): Alejandro was the most welcoming host at the front desk. So friendly and helpful and kind. He really made our stay enjoy - It was modern. Boutique feel. Great host. Quiet. Away from the busy, touristy promenade. I wish the kitchen didn’t close so early. In the evening, my friend and I got take-out food to enjoy on our balcony. But there were no utensils available at the hotel bc the kitchen was closed and locked. Even the front desk host couldn’t even access it. I think a copy of the key should be available to whoever is at the front desk just in case.

• Francesca (10/5): 10/10 amazing find, beautiful views and convienently located. - Alejandro who runs the show was an absolute legend, he couldn’t have done more for us, from a room upgrade, to ordering taxis and tips on where to go. If I could keep him in my pocket and take him home I would! The place was as in pictures, clean, with everything you could need, and well located - just a quick walk down (quite a few!) stairs to reach the promenade. I would go back in a heartbeat! Also the breakfast was also delicious, the banana chocolate was top tier! Leaving Alejandro behind when we left!

• Aviola (5/5): - I truly wanted to give this hotel a higher rating, as the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the building itself is brand new. However, the overall experience is just as important, if not more so, than the facilities alone. We booked a Deluxe Family Room with a balcony and side sea view. The room was spacious, featured large beds, and was very clean. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the balcony because it was covered in dust (see attached photos), and this issue persisted throughout our two-night stay. The room was not cleaned after our first night, and when we brought this to the receptionist’s attention, we were informed that we needed to specifically request housekeeping. While the staff member was polite and apologetic, this policy reflects a lack of experience in hotel management. Typically, rooms are cleaned daily unless guests request otherwise. Breakfast was another disappointment. The only complimentary coffee option was filtered coffee; any other coffee—such as espresso or cappuccino—came at an extra charge. This was a first for me, particularly surprising given the hotel’s self-assigned four-star rating. I would expect a more generous breakfast with a variety of options to accommodate dietary needs and preferences, including vegan choices. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this hotel. My three-star rating is solely for the kind reception staff and the newness of the building. Management should seriously reconsider their service approach, as it is often the service that defines the guest experience.

Het hotel is vrij nieuw, volgens ons moet de details nog ingericht worden zoals ophanghaakjes voor de handdoeken in de badkamer en wat aankleding in de kamer. Hotel staat naast een school waardoor je ‘‘s ochtends op tijd wordt gewekt door vrolijke kinderen.

Y tb me ayudaron a modificar la reserva. Tenía 2 días y al final solo quería 2. Y no hubo ningún problema. Y para el desayuno, nos hicieron una preparacion increible. Es decir, todo muy bien Todo muy bien, pero tengo que decir que nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación durante la noche mientras ibamos a dormir. Mi familia estuvo un poco a disgusto a raiz de ello.. Quizás porque era el primer dia de la temporada que abrían....pero fue un poco desagradable.. En cualquier caso, el resto muy bien

The location is great & service was excellent - The breakfast was so good with a variety of of cheeses, olives, breads fruit and treats. We were also treated to baked goods every morning made especially for us. The food was lovely. There wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like. The staff was nice and helpful. The staff there: Tony, Alejandro, Lydero and Claudia were exceptional. l felt as though they were there to help as in any way possible. They treated us as friends as opposed to regular guests.

What made the stay truly special was the service. It had a warm, family-run feel, and the hospitality was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Alessandro was a standout—his positive energy and can-do attitude really elevated the experience! Claudia was also incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent: a continental spread with freshly baked goods, plus the option to order hot dishes like a delicious omelette. Chef Besa exceeded expectations and went above and beyond daily to ensure everything I needed was taken care of. It can be a bit noisy at times—there’s a school directly opposite the hotel, which creates some weekday noise, and some construction nearby on the weekend. This meant I couldn't enjoy the balcony as much as I wanted to. Also, one small issue: the cleaner accidentally threw away plastic bags I used for my toiletries, likely thinking they were rubbish. Overall though, a truly wonderful stay—highly recommended for the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. I’d absolutely return anytime

Staff are exceptional and we were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. The hotel is very clean and modern and the room was just the same. We booked the Deluxe Family room for extra space and we were not disappointed. Location of the hotel is on a residential street but very close to the main port and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and promenade. Breakfast here was amazing too. So much choice and very fresh! Free onsite parking is a bonus! Because of the hotel's location, we did experience some noise from the street below. Hotel is fantastic though so wasn't a big issue.

O café da manhã estava ótimo, quando chegamos nos perguntaram o que queríamos e todos os nossos pedidos foram atendidos com muita gentileza e capricho. O que me incomodou no quarto foi a ausência de um box no banheiro, pois molha tudo quando vai tomar banho; e de um suporte para pendurar as toalhas. Além disso, a falta de uma base maior para colocar as malas é um problema para quem viaja com malas grandes! O quarto tem uma cortina grossa mas deixa passar claridade, o que para mim é um problema! Essas observações não desmerecem o hotel, apenas acho que se deve pensar em melhorar tais questões!
• ruth (10/5): excellent accueil, service, petit dej et situation - l accueil, notamment la JF ( Ana ?) à l accueil , très professionnelle et très agréable, elle se plie en 4 et est partout, accueil , petit dej...le petit dej est très bon .chambre très fonctionnelle compliqué d'y arriver en voiture car des sens interdits , il faut avoir le plan avant sinon tout était très bien, je recommande
