• Arijana (9/5): - Prelijep apartman, isto i uredno, blizu javnog prevoza i centra grada i svih važnih znamenitosti. Parking javni, mi smo imali sreće bio je besplatan zbog praznika. Komunikacija sa vlasnicima super.

• VALERYIA (9/5): Рекомендую для длительного пребывания - Отличный вариант проживания для длительного пребывания. Это полноценная квартира со всех необходимым и даже больше. Квартира просторная состоит из сан. узла, кухни, гостиной, спальни, на втором мини-этаже детская комната. Есть стиральная машина, посудомойка, микроволновая печь, чайник, кофемашина, духовка, телевизор, утюг, фен и прочие удобства. Квартира находится в старом фонде, доступ в здание понятный. Предполагаю, что там живут и местные жители. Сначала мне показалось все довольно стареньким, но по итогу было очень уютно и чисто. Изначально чувствовала себя как в гостях, так, как там много вещей, но потом как дома. Цена была очень приемлема для меня, видимо так, как несезон - начало марта. Я бы вернулась сюда снова при следующим визите в Будапешт. Кровать была большая, двуспальная. Расположение удобное, метро в шаговой доступности, а также до старого города можно дойти за 20-30 минут пешком. По близости два магазина - Lidl и Aldi. А также есть недалеко торговый центр и различные кафе. Интересно было пожить в таком старом и историческом доме. В марте месяце было очень тепло в квартире, температура батарей регулируется. Много лишних вещей. Сложилось впечатление, что там жили люди раньше и оставили часть вещей. На мой взгляд можно многое убрать лишнее и оставить что-то функциональное и что-то для уюта. Телевизор был с youtube, но иногда плохо работал и тормозил, может батарейки в пульте нужно заменить. Утюг необходимо почистить, на светлой одежде оставлял чёрные точки. Диван нуждается в химчистке, на нем были пятна. Полотенца можно обновить, некоторые старенькие. А так вопросов нет, только некоторые мелочи, которые я заметила, но они меня не огорчили. На втором мини-этаже много детских игрушек, которые допустим парам с детьми не актуальны. Тостер был стартоват. Вода из под крана очень пахла хлоркой, использовали только бутилированую воду. Не было таблеток для посудомойки и для стиральной машины, но у нас были при себе. Несмотря на некоторые мелочи, мне очень понравилась эта квартира и несомненно остановилась бы там снова!

• Sophie (10/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, weshalb man innerhalb von 5min in der Innenstadt war und von dort alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen konnte. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das Treppenhaus war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, davon darf man aber nicht auf die Unterkunft schließen, diese war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Lediglich das Bettlaken war etwas unpassend und verrutschte in der Nahe oft.

• Simona (7/5): Este o proprietate placută. - Mi-au plăcut dotările apartamentului. Nu mi-a plăcut ca nu are balcon, că o camera are fereastra ce dă spre un perete si ca nu are parcare ( cea de pe stradă este contra cost si scumpa).
• EricMichael.co (1/5): Do yourself a favor: Stay anywhere else. - There is a wildly intrusive and disruptive insect infestation. I wasn't able to keep unpackaged food (fresh fruits, veg, etc.) in the apartment and had to watch where I was stepping at all times. More than anything, I have to say, the hosts couldn't care less about their guests; selective and coercive communication and they never resolved the issue. I was promised a full refund for all unused nights and then, after I vacated, the hosts essentially ghosted me. Thank goodness for Booking Genius Customer Care because, without them, I probably wouldn't have received anything.

• Yun-Ju (10/5): Quiet and well equipped apartment in a convenient location! We enjoyed our stay here! - - The location is pretty good! You can reach the metro, the supermarket (ALDI) and one farmer market (Sunday only) within 5 minutes. There are also many tasty restaurants nearby! - The apartment is big and well equipped, especially the kitchen!!! We really like it!! >> It will be nice to have a fan, because the temperature was often quite pleasant outside and we only needed a fan. Also because generally we don't like to use air conditioners. >> It will also be nice to have an extra towel hung next to the kitchen sink to dry hands. - The apartment faces to the backyard so it was very quiet most of the time. We even didn't hear any noise from the construction in front of the gate! However, there is a bar next to the backyard; sometimes in the evening we could hear people talking. Normally the noise stopped until midnight, but on the weekend it might be until 2 to 3 am. But if you keep the windows closed, you might not hear the noise, so it wasn't a problem for me at all! - Cooking oil and detergent are not provided, but it's totally okay! There are two zero waste shops in Budapest and you can bring your containers to buy the amount you need! Normally the shops provide free clean jars; I also found a big one in this apartment which was pretty nice!! Now you may find two because I left my smaller one there which was used to buy the detergent. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment!
