• Lilla (3/5): Not recommended - Playgrounds in the area within a walking distance. The house is very old, very used. There has been a bad smell on entering the flat. It has not been cleaned well. We could still find the dirt of the previous guests. Broken things in the flat: broken table, dirty walls, deformed roller shutter on the windows, torn towels, spiders and spiderwebs all around - the whole place gives you the impression of an old, used house. Definetly not worth the price. Also we had a bad experience: after paying the full amount of the accomodation in advance, we had been informed that a deposit of 250GBP will be charged otherwise no more info will be given about the accomodation (!). The deposit had been refunded to us in the end. But to charge a deposit for an accomodation in such a bad shape is outrageous.
• Caroline (1/5): Awful. Would not book again - The kitchen was clean It was shabby and run down. The walls were grimy. The bins at the front of the property were overflowing
• Chloe (10/5): Exceptional - Location of this property is great, very close to Watford Junction and where the shuttle bus for Harry Potter World (less than a 10 minute walk) The property was perfect and was so comfortable. The host was very nice, getting back to us promptly we had any questions about the house. I would recommend this property to friends!
• Clarke (7/5): Good - Good location and close to train station No parking. And need a bit of TLC. Don't have a white couch on a rental property looked filthy
