- Lena (6/5): Decent place but it needs some TLC - Check in was smooth and the host even arranged ana earlier check in. Kitchen was functional and the location of the flat was convenient for the meetings I had to attend. Having 2 parking spots came in handy when I had a colleague visiting me. The flat and furniture are quite dated, some stains on the carpets, there was a broken chair under the staircase, the bathroom could have been cleaner. One of the curtains fell down when I opened it. The upstairs bedroom gets quite hot in summer.

- Gerd (8/5): Gutes Apartment mit Steigerungspotenzial - Die Lage ist sehr schön und sicher. Loftus Versfield Stadion kann man vom Balkon aus sehen. Das einchecken hat trotz kleiner Probleme reibungslos geklappt. Die 2 Balkone sind schön und man hat immer Sonne. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer sehr bequem. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß und das Bett bequem. Das WLAN ist sehr zuverlässig und schnell, was mir wichtig war. Parkplätze sind eigene vorhanden. 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette vorhanden. Kann es empfehlen. Der Host bemüht sich sehr. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte gut Remote arbeiten. Die Toilettensitze sind seit längere leider nicht gut. Der Austausch hat auf Grund eines zeitlichen Problems von mir nicht geklappt, aber die sollten nun getauscht sein. Angeblich wurde dies vorher nicht bemängelt. Töpfe waren teilweise sehr dreckig, wurden nach Reklamation aber umgehend sauber gemacht. Also, der Host ist wirklich bemüht. Badezimmer sind etwas klein, aber ausreichend.

- Modise (9/5): - Everything went really smoothly. I just wanted to be there earlier than check in time and they allowed me to .Room was nice and clean exactly like the pictures a bit better even . Communicated very well and are accommodative. Just a minute walk to the stadium.

- Deodat (9/5): Superb - Beautiful setup Friendly staff and owner Band for buck if you are looking for a comfortable and aesthetic place. Has most essentials in kitchen, and also a washing machine. This is not a complaint and doesn't apply to me, but for some who require mobility assistance, this will be a difficult place to live in as there are only stairs to get into building and floor levels. And stairs to the bedroom. The only thing I personally would have liked is: 1. Hairdryer 2. Coffee plunger or filter machine (optional of course!) The only complaint- well not really a complaint more than suggestion is the TV to have either DSTV or normal channels, with the Netflix options, as I found it difficult to navigate the current setup - but this may just be me.
