- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Komal (2/5): A lot of disturbance and difficult to make a meal in the kitchen due to it being one equipments of each and more people - Toilet and shower inside the room. High volume of noise during sleep time. Broken toilet seat, was a struggle to sit on. Kitchen was always preoccupied, rarely used it. I overheard once dog barking, which had decreased my level of staying there. Sent several complaints, no actions taken.
- Paige (6/5): The apartment was clean and it did the job for what we needed. It was clean, however the kitchen could be better stocked - Good location and central for what we needed. Good security on the building The kitchen only had 4 knives and no other cutlery in order for us to eat our food. The window in our room did not open which meant it was incredibly hot
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (8/5): Very good -
- Samantha (7/5): Great location - The location was fabulous The accommodation is basically uni digs. Not necessarily a bad thing
- Debi (3/5): Read the reviews!! - Location Broken toilet seat, awful smell (musty) that we couldn't get rid of, even having the window open and resorting to Febreeze.
The internal door keypad lock to the rooms was incredibly temperamental and the actual room door lock required patience and strength to get it to lock.
- Lyons (7/5): Good -
- Ward (1/5): Terrible - Nothing the whole room wasn't cleaned the homeless use the building to smoke drugs wouldn't advice anyone to stop here waste of money Everything

- Mohamed (2/5): Never again - Facilities are good No security l, front door is open to the public, and so are the doors leading to each flat, junkies walking in and out, absolute stench throughout the building, no cleaning done in corridors stairs or landing areas, filthy,
If you’re travelling alone and just need a place to sleep then maybe, I certainly won’t be back, if you are with family or a loved one don’t even think about it
- Chidimma (4/5): It was way way below my expectations. - It was very neat. The microwave was broken, the heating in the kitchen didn’t work. The kitchen didn’t have utensils, there was no brush in the toilet to wash and keep it clean. The internet didn’t work.
- Linzi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (1/5): Bad -
- Matthew (8/5): Stay - Comfortable Busy, in a communal area with people that weren't staying in the property
- Emma (1/5): Awful - Location Filthy, noisy, no communication, they actually sent me personal details on someone else's booking and the key code to get in there room , would never ever recommend, contacted booking .com , property didn't reply to my complaint not even a sorry , dissapointed in both tbf

- Wilson (10/5): Our stay at Albion house - Good location Bed was broken shower upstairs leaking into our bathroom and one weekend there was a wedding party and over 30 people
- Neil (1/5): Worst experience of my life. Horrible dirty with mould in the windows. On top of this they then take a deposit of £100 a - Absolutely nothing, dust/dirt all over skirting boards, mould through the secondary glazing and on the aluminium curtain walling/window frame!! This has never ever been cleaned in its life . Disgusting!! Everything!! Dirty/mouldy. Even carpet covered in marks
- Matt (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, and responsive helpful owners
- Michael (2/5): Poor - On this occasion the facilities were very poor, unclean and appear to have been left I cleaned.
Your staff were accommodating in dealing with things, but this has left a bit of a sour feeling.
I have previously communicated and await your final comments and proposals.
- Marume (6/5): Pleasant -
- Katie (5/5): Room is very basic but clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the communal area but noticed the kitchen was messy and dirty - The location was brilliant in the centre of town. Perfect for walking everywhere
Staff are friendly and do respond quickly to messages. No mirror in the actually rooms apart from the bathroom so no where to do your hair.
No curtains or blinds on the window so come morning your completely blinded.
Toilet seat was broken when I arrived and there was no hand soap.
They take £100 deposit which I understand but it isn’t returned to you till 5-7 working days which I think it to long.
As I am still now down £100 4 days after my stay
- C (6/5): Pleasant - Room, bathroom, lounge and kitchen was good.
Brilliant location. Some more implements in the kitchen. Only one mug, one fork, one spoon and half a dozen knives between four rooms. Luckily I take my own with me.
Myself and another guest, could not get wifi. Would not except the password. Hosts not really available to contact.
- Aime (10/5): Highly recommend this place. Great value for money! - The property is always clean. Great value for money. Plenty of restaurants around the area which is very walkable. I booked this place for 5 days and it was less than £200 which was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend! N/a
- Wilson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tamara (1/5): Bad -
- Steven (1/5): Bad - Nothing could not access the property, tried ringing and not no answer, messaged through booking.com and still no response Getting no reply, no room, no access to building paid over £150 for a room that I did not use then had to pay£55 for a taxi back home, absolute joke, stay well clear.
- Kevin (7/5): Good -
- Ramodisa (1/5): Bad -
- Shannon (2/5): well take it this way I got a other hotel I didn’t stay when I went back on Friday to drop the keys it was cleaned then - Tbh I wouldn’t stay again My first room was stinking of Tobbaco smoke gave me a second room that was cleaner but their was burns in the carpet bedding wasn’t fresh it was like it’s been wash but had a metal smell
- Richard (1/5): Woeful - - lounge & kitchen were okay - no curtains or blinds up at the window! Asked to change rooms and was told they’re all the same despite there being blinds on the windows in the photos. Bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be woken up at first light
- toilet seat was loose / broken on arrival. Reported is immediately and was told it would be fixed but wasn’t during my 3 night stay
- pillows were wafer thin and provided no support at all. I requested additional and was told that there wasn’t any available
- hallway / staircase stinks and there’s extensive water damage / damp on the walls
- Unomuinjo (6/5): Pleasant - That it’s in the city centre and everyone is accessible. The bed was broken on the one end and people kept smoking in the other rooms and it came in .
- John (4/5): Disappointing - Proximity Shared kitchen. No blinds curtains in the appartment
- Chris (1/5): Bad - Nothing They asked me 100 pound deposit never received it back
- Christabel (7/5): Good stay overall with a few issues only - I’ve stayed at this property before and I would recommend it again due to its favourable location and facilities. 1. Although it is supposed to be smoke-free, the room was heavy with smoke probably from the previous user which made the first evening uncomfortable. Thankfully, we got a room change.
2. Although the kitchen was clean, there were some dirty glasses left in the cabinet.
3. The stairs and floor leading up to our room were dirty which was not pleasant to see.
- Peter (1/5): Not too fair how they handle their customers - Location is good No toilet paper left in the room, nobody is available, alhough they should be. We left messages, sent messages, no answer. It seems that they deducted the deposit twice, we can’t clarify this, because they don’t pick up the phone.

- Odessa (8/5): Very good -
- Janusz (10/5): I’m happy - Calm down Homeless people and dirty in front of the front door
- Shell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bashir (2/5): Didn’t know what I was ment to do when I got there and it want as it said of the ad - Dart bored Isn’t advertised correctly I says studio but it’s a shared living space with a family that’s been there for last 6 months feels like your in someone’s home not enjoyable
- Nichola (1/5): Bad - The property was dirty. Handprints all over the walls. Thick dust on the skirting. Black mould on the outside of the shower and the shower screen was smeared and dirty. Needless to say we dud not stay nor would we ever. Absolutely ruined our xmas break as we had to book a hotel room (which was immaculate) and exactly what we needed after 3 hours of trying to sort out what the owners of the original property would do to help. They did nothing but after 3 days they did return the deposit. I am still in dispute over the original payment. 🥺 Absolutely nothing to like.
- Tim (6/5): Pleasant -
- Matt (9/5): Superb -
- Aduse (8/5): Very good -
- Melisa (3/5): I rate it 5/10 the location is great but the rooms could use some more work - The kitchen was big and it was nice and quiet The toilet seat was broken, we wouldn’t find the light switch for the bedroom, the cleanliness could of been better there was lots of dust, but the main problem was we was waiting for two house because our code for the lockbox wasn’t working turns out they forgot to change it, the customer service was a 3/10
- Snezhana (2/5): Very poor -
- Krasnoselovs (5/5): STAFF - I didn't like how the staff ignored me when I asked how to get to my number correctly

- Victor (8/5): Very good -
- Wicinska (3/5): Poor - The best in this place was localisation The room was dirty, it was dusty everywhere and the bed sheets were also dirty maybe used. I had to barrow bed sheets set from my friend who lives close by, same with the shower.
- Evan (9/5): Great place tostay - Having stayed here for 7 weeks and just booked another for next week this place meets my needs recent problem with soft mattress aggravating back problem comtacted staff by email and assured a firmer mattress will be provided for next week .only one problem we never recieve details of block am in or key code and unfortunately no one answered phone so left outside .
- Cameron (1/5): Worst place I've ever been to - Nothing, worst place I've ever stayed in
The room was full of mould & cigarette ends & stunk vile.
Felt very unsafe, we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. Room was full of mould & had a black bag on the window, the walls were full of scuffs & the towels were dirty upon arrival.
Room was nothing like the photos.
& Cigarette butts all over the carpet.
It had a very unsafe atmosphere.
The host would not refund me my money after starting I had left. Terrible place & terrible host. Avoid !!
- Chantelle (5/5): Might book again if there are no unexpected horrid surprises. - . .
- Ramachandran (9/5): Superb -
- Neil (7/5): Good -
- Rai (7/5): Comfortable for the price. - Reasonable price In the city center, so noisy. No info on parking. No cutlery in kitchen.
- Ramkumar (5/5): Passable -
- Sophia (10/5): I will stay there again with my family - The bed are made lovely and location is good All is good
- Calista (4/5): Disappointing - I like the fact that this property was in a good location, it is a good option for solo traveller and also a good price. I had the worst experience in that flat, first I was greeted by a large noise from neighbours, you can hear every thing your neighbour is saying, which means there are no sound proof. my food were stolen from the kitchen. Some were half consumed. by 12 mid night I had a crazy neighbour knocking on my door and shouting, asking why I switch off the kitchen light, which I did after using the kitchen and no one was there. He called me names and said to me if that was how we have in my country that I shouldn't try that in England, funny enough this guy was of Indian Origin maybe because he was probably born here, gave him the right to insult people of other origin. I called the management, the call was not connected because they weren't available at that time. I nearly called the police because his guy was very rude and behaved like a mentally unstable person. I was scared to open the door because I don't know what he was up to. Later that day around 7PM I saw him checking out with more than 20 shopping bags full of his personal belonging with some rubbish and a normal traveling box all lined up the entrance door, this made me confirm he was mentally unstable and my decision not to open my door that night was the best. This management need to run some check on the people they give out their apartment to, as for me, I will never ever in this life book that apartment again. Not to mention their microwave was broken I have to travel to the next floor to warm my meal, my toilet seat was bad, I saw this on the review, looking at the date I thought they must have fixed it, but nothing was done.
- Ryan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (6/5): Bad stay - Good location. Comfy bed and decent bathroom. Very clean - Check-in instructions were not clear and didn't match the email.
After working a full day, I arrive to realise I had to pay a deposit and submit ID while outside, in the rain at 9pm. A fair system but to short notice.
- There are no signs inside so finding your room means checking every single room and corridor.
- key safe wasn't in use so my room was just unlocked, didn't match the prior messaging.
- broken toilet seat
- broken blinds so the sunrise wakes you
- no staff in site to support
- no bedside lamp
- Mohammed (5/5): Decent - The room and the facilities where really good The host was impossible to communicate with unless it involved money completely ignored me the whole stay when i asking for wifi password
- Arnim (5/5): Ok for Derby centre - bring your own toilet paper - Location. Relatively new and clean (ish). Good, shared kitchen facilities with plenty of space. Room ok, but … (see below). Arrived on Sunday evening - no toilet paper, toilet seat and window blinds broken (which concerned me re deposit). The promised WiFi was faulty. Phoned customer helpline at 19:30 to be told that no staff available. Finding toilet paper in Derby on Sunday night proved a challenge. Email next morning to customer service remained unanswered. Repeated email next day answered with advise to leave key in lockbox to serve the studio. On my arrival in the evening I found that toilet paper had been delivered - but the lockbox had been left open. Anybody could have entered my studio. After 6 night stay still no WiFi and repairs not made.
- Stewart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mmca (10/5): Exceptional - location great mei cabanero a great help on phone getting check in details
- Yash (10/5): Good - Wifi was pathetically bad and awful.
