• Olivier (8/5): - Appartement très cosy et propre. Parfaitement situé pour partir à pied ou en bus aux 4 coins de Rome. Communication parfaite avant l'arrivée. Le seul bémol est le déclenchement intempestif du detecteur de fumée. Obligé d'ouvrir porte et fenêtre même pour un simple toaster. Manque aussi de prise de courant au Rdc. Je recommande tout de même.

• Vasilisa (7/5): It’s okay, but could’ve been better - - Excellent location in the heart of touristic centre - Chris, the guys who checked us in was very nice and friendly - There is quite a lot of stuff that you might need in the flat, including umbrellas that we happily used on one day and some interesting books about Rome - main thing is that the flat is really overused and could use a cosmetic refurbishment or at least deep cleaning. Some things are semi-broken - such as railings on the stairs (which is not safe btw), shelves in the bath etc, some just haven’t been properly cleaned for ages, there was a weird smell of vinegar in the bedroom. It’s all liveable, but not pleasant - the property wasn’t ready for check in by 3pm, it wasn’t a deal breaker for us, we were going to drop the bags and go for a meal anyway, but the situation could’ve been different (for the record: we arrived 10 minutes earlier than 3, but there were much more work to be done than 10 minutes and that’s what we were told) - I wouldn’t say it’s quite. It’s not something the owners could fix, but it might be useful to know- you can here neighbours talk, watch TV and sing (yes, they do)
• K (9/5): Very close to all attractions.. safe area and really convenient place.. - Location was wondrful. Bed comfortable.. Shower not that great.. low pressure. Shower pressure not great. Not suitable for older people very tight staircase hard to take luggage up and down, the TV was also very small for the size of the room
• Carm (8/5): - I spent four nights at this small apartment very near Piazza Navona. It was clean and quiet. The windows open to a courtyard so there is not much direct natural light. The spiral staircase to the bedroom/bathroom is very narrow and probably not well suited for anyone with mobility issues. I woke up after my first night to find no hot water. Communication with the host was excellent and he expedited a quick fix. He also left a lovely bottle of red wine.
• Connor (10/5): - The property was lovely and a great location between the Vatican City and Colosseum. Chris was flexible and worked with us on our delayed arrival.
