Kontakt z zarządcą szybki, sprawny. Lokalizacja blisko transportu publicznego. Z czystym sumieniem daję najwyższą ocenę i bardzo polecam to miejsce. Tylko pogoda 😉

• Peter (10/5): Cozy apartment ideal for a group of 4 visiting Como - Everything was very new and clean. The apartment, even though on a busy street, is located in a different building in the inner yard. Therefore it’s very quiet. The appliances were new, everything was comfy and Mario was proactively communicating. I’d definitely book the apartment again. -

• Karen (9/5): - Great location just a few minutes walk to the old town. The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable with everything you need. Mario is really helpful - good communication arranging meeting us at the apartment and good local recommendations. Car park is nearby but expensive - but that isn't the fault of the host!
• Marin (9/5): - Cosy flat on the first floor in a 9-floor apartment building located in an inner yard just outside the city wall of Como. Easy to reach by car, but almost impossible to park there. All the needed facilities in the property, cafes, bakeries and restaurants around. Parking is possible in a covered car park in the vicinity, but quite expensive. It is a better idea to search for a designated place in the nearby streets for a reasonable fee between 08.00 and 19.00, and free at night.
• Siggi K. (9/5): Wir hatten einen sehr schöne Aufenthalt in einer für uns optimalen Wohnung. - Die Wohnung ist geräumig groß, sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Sie wirkt sehr neu oder neu saniert. Die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage scheint neu und sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man geht ca. 2 Minuten und ist in der beeindruckenden Altstadt von Como. Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Reihe zwischen den Häuserblocks, so dass man von dem Trubel und der Straße nichts hört. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Er hat jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet und gute Tipps gehabt. Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Dusche ist sehr klein - das war bei meinen 1,97m etwas schwierig. ;-) Und unserer vierköpfigen Familie hat eigentlich immer ein bisschen Geschirr gefehlt, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

The apartment is cozy a clean. Car parking was hard to find and hardly any good restaurant near by. You would have to walk to the old city to find a good restaurant. They close early

• Aleksandar (10/5): Perfect stay in Como - The apartment is wonderful! It is situated on a crowded street but in a backyard, so not noisy at all. Bus stops near it. The first floor is convenient for people who is difficult to climb many stairs for. The place is equipped with everything needed even for a long stay and furnished with a good taste. The host speaks english and is very responsive and flexible, if possible (Thank you, Mario). You can find extra gestures of hospitality inside, which is impressive and makes people feel welcome. I definitely recommend the place.
• Achapan (9/5): Nice stay. - Conveniently located close to the city center and just 20 minutes from Lake Como, it’s easy to reach everything you need. A garage for parking is just a 5-minute walk away, and the apartment is near a supermarket, great restaurants, and a gelato shop. The check-in process was smooth and flexible—just coordinate your time with the owner via WhatsApp, and everything is taken care of. The apartment itself is on the ground floor, fully equipped, and thoughtfully prepared to make your stay comfortable. Temperature control for the water in the bathroom was not stable and a bit difficult to control.

• Daria (10/5): Great place to stay in and live like locals. - The apartment is in the center of town, 6 minutes walk to the train station, 5 minutes walk to the grocery store. Paid parking garage is located 5 minutes away. The best part is the bakery which is less than a minute away. Mario, our host, was very friendly and responsive and allowed us to check in early. It’s a perfect apartment to stay as a family. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and appliances include stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

It had everything we needed and more, we even found glue to fix some of our things and a small, but very nice collection of books. The host Mario was very helpful and responsive. • Anna (9/5): Superb - Very clean, well equipped, nice design and comfortable. The host was proactive and clear with check in instructions. Thank you! The building itself doesn’t have the best sound proofing, footsteps and voices can be easily heard through the walls, and of course also the neighbours doing some drilling right when our toddler was having her nap.
• Heather (10/5): Peaceful and luxurious - This is a large luxury apartment a short walk from the town and quite close to the train stations. There are two bakeries/patisseries a few doors down offering many delicious possibilities for breakfast. The apartment has high ceilings, a very well-equiped kitchen, lots of lights, plenty of cupboard space, electric shutters, air conditioning units.... and just about everything you could need. The bamboo mattress was super comfortable and the apartment was exceptionally quiet at night. We appreciated the water in the fridge, coffee capsules for the machine and the individual jams. The shower was nice, good water pressure and a useful temperature indicator, although the cubicle might feel a bit cramped for someone of particularly large build. There were more than enough sockets for all our chargers. Everything was clean and well-maintained. When we contacted Mario to ask a question he responded immediately with a solution. Everything was good.

• Viktoriia (10/5): Exceptional - There were 4 of us and we stayed in Como for 3 days. We were absolutely delighted with our stay in this apartment, It's a 10 out of 10 , we didn't want to leave. New renovation and furniture, high ceilings, air conditioning in all rooms. Two separate bedrooms and a large sofa in the living room, which folds out into a full double bed was a surprise for us. All mattresses are comfortable, linen and towels are new. The flat has everything up to the last detail, we never once had to think that something is missing. Tea, coffee, supplies for dishwasher and washing machine. Even the smallest things were taken care of, there are all the utensils you need if you are cooking. Mario is a very attentive and pleasant owner, he prepared a list of restaurants to suit all tastes, which was very useful to us. We had a late departure and Mario kindly took our luggage for safe keeping. The flat is in a very convenient location, 5 minutes to the centre and 15 minutes to Lake Como. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in your flat, we will definitely be back)))
• Jurgen (9/5): Superb - We had a nice time staying in this beautifully designed apartment. It has everything you need for a vacation in Como. It is well equipped and seems to be brand new. Located just outside of the city wall, it only takes you 5 minutes to be downtown Como. Our host was very friendly and extremely flexible about check-in time even though we changed it twice. He did everything to make our stay as comforting as possible. I can very much recommend this apartment. Many thanks !
