• Thomas (10/5): Great break - The size of the apartment was excellent, Lovely and light and very spacious. Great location as the bus stop was a two minute walk away, so we didn't use the car at all. We have stayed in Wellswood before and it has lovely cafes, shops and the Kent pub. Julie and Darren were great hosts and answered any queries, both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend and we would definitely book again.

A very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend. Host very helpful. Lots of care and attention for a beautiful apartment. Five star. Nothing.
• Narina (9/5): Excellent apartment. - Very clean, well equipped apartment. Lovely white bed linen and towels. Comfy bed. Free parking . 3 TVs, powerful shower. Location good & so close to a lovely church. We attended the 1100 service, we felt welcomed and encouraged by the service. The communal stair case isn’t kept clean & hoovered.

We really enjoyed our stay and made the whole experience of our trip comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Torquay.

• Michael (8/5): - We stopped in KinBrae over Christmas. It is a lovely apartment with comfortable beds and everything you need to make you feel at home, including Christmas decorations 😊 Wellswood has all the amenities you need for a self catering holiday, and the location is ideal for a leisurely stroll to either Babbacombe or Torquay Harbour.
• Sara (9/5): It was the best apartment we stayed in on our travels - Firstly, the apartment was presented so nicely and fresh. The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the rest of the furniture was comfortable. There was plenty of space for clothes, suitcases etc. The bathroom has been renovated and the shower is huge with fluffy towels. The apartment had everything you can think of, so it was easy to wash our clothes and prepare meals. We had trouble getting the heating on but the host was available immediately and guided us on how to use it. I highly recommend this apartment. we stayed an extra night as we didn't want to leave. The are no negatives about our stay here as we were a couple travelling on our own. I think had there been 4 of us, it would have been too cosy but that is just a personal thing.
• Juliet (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Torquay - Great place to stay in Torquay. I chose this place for a few reasons - off street parking, 2 bedrooms and walk in shower. All of these things were perfect. Public transport was just a short walk away and we did most outings without the car. Very clean and comfortable apartment and barely heard any road noise. Instructions were very well communicated and host is polite and friendly. Highly recommend. Nothing

• Susanne (10/5): Super schönes Appartement in bester Lage. - Perfektes Appartement in einem schönen alten Haus. Schöne Cafes, ein nettes Pub und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus inclusive.

• Georgina (10/5): Seaside holiday - Lovely bright modern apartment. Beds large and comfy. Well fitted kitchen. Super WiFi. Good size telly. Amazing shower with a good flushing toilet. What more could you want. Owners super helpful. This isn't a complaint but it would have been nice to have a seating area outside.
• Inge (8/5): - Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. In unserem Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht öffnen. Es konnte am Wochenende auch nicht repariert werden. Da es nur ein Fenster in dem Zimmer gab, mussten wir etwas schwitzen.
• David A (9/5): We had a very good stay—very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen . - The stairs getting to the second floor apartment are challenging, especially for older individuals. There is a step down from the living room to the hallway. That is also dangerous.

Managed the stairs okay but may struggle carrying up luggage in a few years.A couple of things that are temporary.Early morning noise from the work being carried out on other parts of building.The work being carried out in Torquay harbour making visiting the town testing by car or bus due to long delays in traffic jams.

• Jennifer (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks holiday despite bad weather! - Pleasant walk to local shops a bonus We would have liked a cafetière for our coffee, the coffee maker supplied required capsules and there weren’t any, an oven glove would have been helpful, and a small serrated edged knife.These are very minor complaints, the apartment was very nice.
