• Cocoana (10/5): Magnífico - La comodidad del apartamento y que tuviera parking gratis, te puedes mover al centro de la ciudad sin problema. La terraza una maravilla para desayunar y comer al sol.
• Igor (8/5): Good place for a family - It's a great place to stay with the family, especially during the summer as this is a closed complex with a shared pool, playground and a restaurant on premises. The host was very friendly, we've had pretty much everything we needed. Amazing location, literally 2 min walk to the beach. The instructions for the check-in/out are not very clear if you come with a car. There are multiple levels of security plus you need to find a way to get to the parking and then the apartment as it's a large complex with 20+ entrances. The security guard spoke some English and explained to us how to get to the parking and how to use the fob (as it has to be used multiple times for entrance and exit). wear and tear, but that's understandable for a short-term rental.
• ane (9/5): Para repetir - Todo perfecto, sobre todo las vistas. Y la atencion de Ariane, majisima y servicial. Un poco alejado del centro, pero perfecto para descansar con tranquilidad en fallas
• Wilma (9/5): - Heel dicht bij het strand en alle faciliteien zijn zowel in het apertement als in de wijk aanwezig. Je bent met de bus in 25 min in de stad. Fles water voor als je ‘s avonds aankomt en graag wat meer theedoeken en afwasdoekjes.

• Phil (10/5): - Arianne is an excellent host and easily contactable with all queries. The apartment is clean, bright and in an excellent location. Despite our stay coinciding with Storm Alice we were able to explore the beach area and travel to Old Town Alicante. I hope to return to Arianne's apartment and enjoy the close-by beach and promenade in sunnier times. Would highly recommend the apartment and the host 😎
• Anneliese (9/5): - Saubere Anlage, schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Gute Busanbindung. Sehr nett fanden wir, dass es Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strandbesuch gibt. Die Wohnanlage liegt am Rande der Stadt: ca. 1 Std. Fahrtzeit ins Städtchen oder zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, im häufiger überfüllten Bus. Leider wurde am Tag nach unserer Ankunft der Swimmingpool geschlossen - was uns nicht bekannt war ( trotz Sonne und 26 - 29°C.)
• Guendalina (9/5): Super verblijf - Heerlijk schoon appartement met zachte bedden. Dicht bij het strand en lekker zwembad. De hostess reageerde super snel op berichtjes en regelde alles wat er nodig was. Een van de badmeesters bij het zwembad leek soms echt geen zin te hebben in zijn werk. Hij leek wel redenen te zoeken om de weinige bezoekers van het zwembad weg te kunnen sturen.

• Veronica (10/5): Maravilloso apartamento en playa La Patacona, Valencia - La limpieza del apartamento. Excepcional. Las camas super comodas. La cocina full equipo y habia de todo para hacer limpieza. También habían sillas de playa y una sombrilla. El baño equipado con mucho papel higienico además de Shampoo y Gel para bañarse. La terraza preciosa. Con una Mesa muy cómoda y grande, toldo para el sol y ventanas . Además de una vista impresionante a la playa y la piscina. La sala tiene un sillon super cómodo y hay muchos juegos de mesa. Las habitaciones cuentan con grandes armarios. El apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas lindas vacaciones. Cuando vuelva a Valencia me gustaría mucho poder alojarme aquí otra vez. Nada. Todo es perfecto y super bien pensado para la comododidad de los huespedes.
• Siham (9/5): C’était très bien, très bon séjour! - Arianne nous a très bien accompagné, en étant accueillante efficace et disponible. L’appartement est très bien situé, en bord de mer. Il est propre, et très fonctionnel (il ne manquait rien). La piscine top! Le personnel gentil et réactif.
• Ally Parry-Jones (10/5): Perfect for a beach stay in Valencia - The apartment itself was fantastic. Arianne was a great host who was incredibly responsive and very kind. The facilities themselves were excellent, everything was very very clean and you couldn't be closer to the beach, which is also wonderful. Though the apartment is a little out of the way of the city center, we found buses and taxis incredibly easy and affordable when we wanted them. This place is perfect if you want to make more of a "beach holiday" out of your time in Valencia - as we did.

• Victoria (10/5): Vacanță frumoasă - recomand pentru relaxare - Apartamentul a fost curat, am găsit tot ceea ce am avut nevoie (fier de călcat, espressor cu pastile, șezlonguri pentru plajă sau piscină, umbrelă). Există un loc de parcare, aproape de lift, ceea ce ne-a făcut șederea comodă, mai ales în zilele când aveam bagaje. Complexul dispune de un restaurant- cafenea, dar nu ne-am oprit niciodată acolo. Accesul la piscină se face cu brățările pe care le găsiți în camera, noi am folosit piscina când erau valuri prea mari. Saltelele sunt comode, baia este spațioasă, aerul condiționat își face treaba. Recomand Pizzeria Lucifer, ne-am bucurat de pizza veritabil italiană. Apartamentul se află într-un complex mai retras. Nu aveți prea multe opțiuni de restaurante aproape, adică fără a folosi mașina. Noi am plecat aproape de fiecare dată cu mașina, ceea ce mi-a displăcut. Căutați pe google maps și veți vedea că restaurantele cu evaluări bune sunt la peste 1,5 km și fără mașină nu prea aveți multe opțiuni în zonă.
• Ciara (10/5): Perfect stay for holidaying with small kids. - The location was perfect for us as a family with small kids. Large pool outside, bands in the apartment for access and the beach was a 4minute walk away. Chairs and umbrella were provided in the apartment. Our host Arianne was very accomodating with cot, recommendations for activities with kids and really helped us out with a later check out time on our day of departure. The fresh baguettes in the onsite cafe were divine. There was a crazy golf.set up around the apartments but you had to have your own clubs and balls which was a shame.

The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and caring – always available to answer questions and offer assistance whenever we needed anything. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly looked after. It was clear that the host genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of their guests. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to main attractions, shops, and public transportation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

• Marcel (10/5): Very satisfying - It was a very pleasant stay at this apartment . Clean , nice apartment, very good equipped so we had all we needed for our stay with kids. Also very close to the beach . The Landlady was very nice and let us stay longer as our flight was in the evening. Really recommend this apartment to families with kids. Little quite location, but probably because of the time of the season
• Ggois (8/5): Excellent location, but for the price it should have better services - The location is really fantastic! Just a few meters from a great beach. And the pool is really good too. From the delivery of the keys to the availability to answer questions throughout the period, the kindness of the support team. The areas of the flat, with a good balcony. The central air conditioning is very, very noisy. It disrupts sleep. I know it's not a hotel, but for a period of 1 week like I stayed, it's a shame that the flat wasn't cleaned, and the towels weren't changed, especially considering the amount invested.
