• Stacey (8/5): Lovely place to stay - The house is a little out of the main part of town (but not far) but for us meant we would drive to a restaurant at night rather than walk. Was very clean and comfortable. We were supplied with some milk, tea, coffee, some water and a liqui-fruit drink. We did not cook there but the kitchen looked well supplied and there was a nice braai area. Electric blankets on the bed which will be great for the colder nights The only think that was missing that we did not seem to get was directions, so we accidentally took the dirt road into Nieu-Bethesda which took very long and is not ideal for a non 4x4 car. So just make sure you check this in advance
• LM (10/5): Tranqual country living. - The property is not in the town center. Its on the outskirts. Very quiet. The flatlet is away from the main house making it very private. We loved it all.
• Brian (9/5): Very relaxing atmosphere for a short stay - The property was in a very quiet area of this village. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. Had a very pleasant overnight stay in the relaxed atmosphere There was nothing we did not like.

• Angela (10/5): Peaceful environment, well equipped and private home, and friendly hosts! - There is a whole private garden with a braai that you have to yourselves. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a nice big comfortable bed. It’s central and very tranquil - there were horse foals next door, beautiful bird song in the morning and a stunning starry night sky in the evening. The hosts were lovely and made our stay very comfortable. Everything was great, no complaints.

• Anne (10/5): Exceptional - The room was a good size, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable with great linen and an electric blanket. The situation was quiet, with a pleasant garden and close to the "action" in Nieu Bethesda.

• Nadine (10/5): Exceptional - The location was good and it was so quiet we had a good night sleep, they did not offer breakfast but we had the rusks and coffee that was provided🙂 Everything was good so I have no complaints.

Loved the private little garden, enjoyed our braai and a glass of wine under the trees. Good quality bedding and we were surprised with the welcome chocolate and juice. Wil definitely recommend this property.

• Gary (10/5): Peaceful rest in nature - The country feel and sounds of birds and animals were amazing in the mornings as the accommodation is perfectly situated in the middle of the valley. We felt very safe and the flatlet has its own garden area with 4 chair garden table next to a built in braai. The parking.area is right next to the accommodation all behind a sliding gate. They have two beautiful and very friendly dogs that love to say hello when they see you. A very peaceful experience.

The hosts have gone out of their way to make sure that all the necessary amenities are available for their guests. They replied quickly to our late booking and gave us good advice on where to get a good meal when we arrived.
• Danie (10/5): Exceptional - Meerkat is a beautiful quiet place where you can unplug and unwind. I had some work to do and luckily there was uninterrupted WiFi. A must stay when visiting Nieu-Bethesda. Thank you Tutti and Charles.
