- Rachel (7/5): Good - The location from the airport was a 24 minute drive. The owners were welcoming and had the apartment heated for us when we arrived. Free parking and great wifi. Pictures are old, much more worn since then. Not hotel standards. Felt it was expensive for the location.
- Vici (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alison (6/5): Pleasant -
- Piotr (6/5): Pleasant - Separated detached bungalow. Separate kitchen and separate bedroom. Big shower. Big tv. A lot of dust behind the bed. A lot of dust on artificial flowers. Apartment looked dirty. Shower cabin not cleaned as it should be. Fry pan unusable. Chimney on directly oposite building when ON and the fumes were going out of it was making very loud high frequency wistleing sound which was absolutely annoying. I used tin foil to block it from the bottom so the air wouldn be able to get in and it worked but if I wouldnt have a tin foile I would stuck coz owner said he will be there on Monday. Licking front door, spots on walls. Silling looked flooded.
- Cintia (10/5): Lovely -
- Brian (3/5): Do not stay - Handy for one night if stuck for somewhere to stay , big tv in the bedroom that does not have any channels ,no tv in living area , mats on the floor where dirty , bathroom smelt of urine and the shower door and tray was disgusting ! I have to get out the cleaning products and scrub the shower before I’d even stand in it 🤢sheets where clean as where pillows but very very uncomfortable bed , the host asks you to the air the place before checkout in which the windows are locked so can’t open them ,3 pairs of dirty slippers for you to wear if your brave enough to, mould every where would not recommend this place at all pay the extra 20 euro for somewhere nicer defo Filthy

- Edita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wisbert (6/5): Pleasant -
- Hope (5/5): Passable -
- Mihai (1/5): Bad - There were mushrooms growing in the wall in the toilet. Lots of spiders, heating not working. Very far from city Center.
- Martin (3/5): Disappointing and not up to expectation. - It had laundry facilities. Promised internet and found it was not available. Very difficult area to get phone service also. Clean sheets would have been nice.
- Alicja (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (3/5): Do not recommend - Pleasant host
Washing machine Accomodation is not up to an acceptable standard.
Furniture was in poor condition, eg. Dining chairs ripped
Bed is only a 3/4 not a double so small fit for 2 adults
No furniture in the bedroom so nowhere to put suitcases other than on the floor
No television
Headboard was not attached to bed so knocked against wall every time you moved in bed
Hand wash in bathroom had run out and not been refilled
Dirty old scrub left in bathroom
Needs a thorough clean - mould in the showers, large marks/stains on the walls and ceilings and doors
- Dahir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ayomide (10/5): Exceptional -
- Siobhan (6/5): Could be better organised - Good location, good facilities Bad overpowering smell of chemicals in wardrobes which were all badly stained and lined with newspapers. The smell got onto all my clean clothes.
Work men were re-surfacing the yard and walkway to flat for 4 of the 5 days we were there. Loud electric saws and hammering all day while my daughter was trying to sleep, as she was swimming in a large competition from early morning everyday and had to go back for finals. Couldn’t open curtains and blinds as workmen were approx 2ft from my windows.
No WiFi and very poor mobile phone signal. No TV
Fridge didn’t work properly as all food and milk had went sour after a few days.
If I had been told in advance work was being done to the house when I was going to be there I wouldn’t have booked it.
- John (7/5): The hosts were friendly, and the location was good. The annex was spacious, however some basic items needed an upgrade. - Location was good, annex specious and hosts kindly allowed us to park in their driveway. It was great to have access to a washing machine and dryer. Hosts were friendly. Accommodation required some maintenance and some furniture worn and required replacing. Lack of cooking and food preparation utensils in the kitchen. Cutlery inadequate and poor quality. Updating some basic amenities in the annex would make a big difference
- Joshua (4/5): Disappointed to not check the lowest score reviews. - Didn’t end up staying as after double checking the accommodation we realised it was basically a ssummer house in a back garden though they claim it’s an apartment. After reading lower scored reviews we thought it was wise to book else where. Make sure to check throughly before booking the accommodation.
- Oconnor (1/5): Bad -
- Shannon (10/5): Owner was very welcoming and polite, made everything very easy and straightforward all around great hospitality. - It had everything you needed. Nothing !
- Sean (10/5): Last minute booking would definitely stay again - Clean and spacious Everything was great
- Madalina (2/5): Very poor - The green street - the heating had to be startet every each hour
-the ground wad dirty
- it was too fur from city
- we had just 1 teaspoon
- it was stinking in the waardrobe so we couldn't put our clothers in there
-it was stinking in all house
- for my men were just one kind od slepers
- the chairs were broken
- there was just one hanger for the jackets
- we couldn't open the window from the bedroom
- we didnt know how to throw the trash ( we found just a a printed paper in black, but we couldn't see the colours of the garbage
- Mukarati (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (7/5): Good - Private area with parking
Modern and well laid out
Pleasant greeting
- Jake (1/5): Double check before booking - Nothing Seems to be false advertising as it is not a studio apartment it is a shed in there back garden what they have done up to look like a studio apartment. Walked out straight away and gave the keys back. Told them we were too far away from the city centre as I didn't want to be rude Infront of there young child that lives at the property. Would recommend checking before booking this place as they said to pick keys up from the address before were we was led to the garden lol
- Slater (5/5): Cosy and comfortable apartments close to all amenities. In needed of deep clean though - Cosy and comfortable bed. Own entrance and location meant easy access to city centre was met by host and which she was very pleasant and approachable. The bathroom needed deep clean as there was stains on the mirror, cabinet and shower door looked very greasey. Also mats both in the bathroom and the hallway look as they hadn't been washed in while as very dirty.
- Serjon (8/5): Very good -
- Rilwan (8/5): Very good -
- John (7/5): Good -
- Cunha (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable. It's really near Dublin centre.
- Axel (5/5): Passable - The host was kind It wasn't very clean (hair). Impossible to open the windows
- Lucitt (8/5): Very good -
- Nicole (7/5): Good -
- O'hagan (6/5): Just be aware of what you are booking and it might suit you - The little studio is clean and for the money we paid it was good enough to put our head down for one night It really should be declared in the advertisement that this studio is in someone's back garden , the owner gave absolutely no bother but there was a notice saying that we couldn't smoke in the studio (fair enough) or in the yard so we had to walk out into the middle of a housing estate to have a smoke with all the neighbours looking at us . Going out in Dublin is just too expensive so we had planned to come back and chill , however due to where we were situated we just didn't find that comfortable. That's not to say that this would be perfectly fine for someone else , I just feel it should be stated in the details . We also couldn't get the hot water to work without the heat being on and it was quite a warm day so we had to turn the heat off therefore having no hot water and we didn't have time to report this as we had a concert to attend .
- Mariangela (10/5): Nice stay in Dublin - The host was very friendly, helped with our requests and the communication was quick. The place was clean and had every essentials. It was good to have free parking on street. Not far from centre and shops. Overall we enjoyed our staying for the day. From the pictures it looks much bigger but it got everything needed.
- Khabier (8/5): Very good - Very quite and clean
- Frances (1/5): I am disgusted and I think you should take it off your site!!! - The kitchen cabinets and kitchen area were clean . All areas were acceptably clean. Its location at the bottom of a very stuffy gravelled garden. The kitchen chairs were disgraceful, all the leatherette covering was missing from the seats and backs. There was mold on the bathroom sink and the shower . There was also mold in the wardrobes and a very strong smell of air fresheners to cover it up and the bed linen didn’t smell clean and the bed felt damp. The mattress was lumpy . The breakfast that was included, consisted of , half a litre of opened milk , cornflakes in a tuberware container and a couple of slices of bread in an opened packet. There was tea and coffee but they were also opened. I am appalled at the standard of the place!!! I have stayed in hotel executive suites for the same money. If I could have booked somewhere else that evening, I’d would have left. Worst nights sleep I have ever spent. I won’t be booking anything from booking.com again if this is what you have to offer and I will leave reviews on the property anywhere I see it advertised. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to photograph the property. A disgrace!!!
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - Washing machine, host was friendly, big shower We had to hunt for the one and only towel provided in a cupboard. I think they must have forgotten to put towels, bathmat etc in. The chairs were rather shabby and torn.
- Maguire (9/5): Superb - It was perfect No telly really should put a TV in there
