- jethro (9/5): Waar mensen nog opmerken dat er een tourist onder hen is - Een geweldige kans om het dagelijkse leven van deze regio mee te maken! Rijstvelden, Handwerken en enorm lieve mensen die het vooral lek vinden dat je er bent en een praatje komt maken. Onderdompelen in een andere cultuur betekent ook de dingen nemen die net even anders gaan als bij ons. Voor ons waren dat de vele Moskees die tegen elkaar in het ochtend gebed inzetten. White noise op je oordopjes doet wonderen.

Villa Ilham Ketembong is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful escape, whether as a couple, a family, or with friends. It combines comfort, nature, and exceptional service in the best possible way. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Very authentic, Lovely countryside, nice villa. Number of beds différent from the description. Closeby mosque wakes you up very early at 4.15 am, which it would have been nice to know prior to booking. Earplug available in rooms.

- Karl (9/5): Great place to experience local Lombok life - Private Villa with your own pool, great to experience local Lombok life Mosque is quite loud, waking you at sunrise (but this common all over Lombok). Mattress a bit small and probably a bit dated (not really flat anymore). It's a bit remote in a village, 20 mins from Tetebatu. You will need a car/driver or rent motorcycles from the Villa, to get around. The owner helped us to rent motorcycles, so we really enjoyed driving around, yet staying in a village.

Les villageois sont souriant et vous saluent avec gentillesse. Le personnel est adorable toujours prêt à vous aider. Les excursions dans les rizières et cascades sont splendides. - Nikola (10/5): Immersion totale avec des habitants de lombok - Nous étions 3 avec mes 2 fils de 5 et 7 ans. Hébergement qualitatif dans un village authentique de Lombok sans touriste dans les alentours. Les habitants étaient très accueillant et nous avons interagi en nous promenant aux alentours (noix de coco direct des arbres, football dans la rue, cafe chez l’habitant, session de pêche). Cote nourriture, un restaurant en face avec des plats classique indonésien adapté pour un touriste et des supérettes dans le village. Pour le reste l’hôte de maison Abdi est là pour trouver des solutions. Rien de notable

The villa is beautiful, with a lovely view of Mount Rinjani if you wake up early in the morning, as well as direct access to the rice fields. Everything is super clean and well-appointed.
